Leah's point of view
I just stared at the ceiling because I remembered what Amoux and I had done earlier. After what happened to us, I immediately left their house. I'm just laughing at myself; no, I felt sorry because Amoux treated me like this.
I've grown more assertive, but I'm still a slave to my desire for Amoux. I love him, but I don't know how he feels about me.
'Amoux, do you love me too? Because if it's not, we'd better stop this nonsense!'
I sighed violently because I remembered Alpha Giovanni's expressions. His handsome face showed concern that I might have escaped from the Red Moon Pack. Fortunately, I was able to remove Amoux's scent from my body.
I'm sorry, Alpha Giovanni. I tried to love you, but I don't know why my heart beats only for Amoux!'
I closed my eyes to sleep, but I couldn't take out Amoux in my mind for what he did to me, pounding me deeper. I must be going crazy because I seem to enjoy what's happening at that time. What will happen to the Red Moon Pack if I leave?
I didn't realize that I had just closed my eyes. I don't know what time I fell asleep. The only thing on my mind is that I should forget what happened to Amoux and me.

I immediately got up and went straight to the door to open it. Almera raised her eyebrows while looking at me. She looked at me from head to toe. She pretended to whistle at me.
"Bitch, you are sexy!"
"I've been calling you for a while! Don't you know Alpha Giovanni is worried too? He was about to get the duplicate key. What does he look like when he sees you only wearing panties and a bra?" She smirked at me then she slapped my ass.
"Ouch!" I groaned because she spanked so hard.

I was fast to act so that Almera wouldn't have to wait too long. I put on my training outfit. We went out of my room together.
We went straight to the training ground and saw many people lined up. I frowned because I didn't know what was going on.
"We will train together with the new members." I was stunned by what she said. It's fate that Amoux and I meet again!
"What is it for?"
"I do not know. I think it isn't just for training because Alpha Giovanni is busy now. There seems to be an emergency going on."
I frowned because it looked like Alpha Giovanni was holding a severe case today. I glanced at the right side of the training ground because I felt someone was staring at me. I saw Amoux, who looked at me in front of many people.
Damon was next to him, whispering to him. I looked away because I felt lost.
'Amoux, aren't you afraid that you might be caught? You aren't too careful!'
"Did you see the hot guy? He's been looking at you for a while. It seems you're naked in his eyes." I urged myself to laugh because of what Almera whispered.
"I don't see him."
Almera's lips parted as if she didn't believe what I was saying. I need to act like I didn't know Amoux because they will kill him if they find out. I feel like a serpent that they are feeding but will bite them.
"Girl, he looks so hot. I feel like I'm getting wet by looking at him."
"Almera!"
"Relax. I'm just sharing my opinion. You are too conservative."
"I thought you wanted Alpha Rozen, but it seems it has changed."

I couldn't believe what I had heard. Almera rolled her eyes at me.
"Our training will begin. We will have a one-by-one battle. So expect me to beat you." I'm used to Almera. I know she is only changing the topic, so I don't have to ask about what happened to her and Alpha Rozen.
"Almera, how many times have you said that to me." She frowned as I grinned.
We also went to our queue. Almera and I were in line, so we fought each other in the end.
In the end, Almera and I were the ones left, so the two of us fought again. She made me suffer, and I won again. I pretended to shrug my shoulders.
We looked at the men who were training. We see Alpha Giovanni looking at the new members. They watch how they train.
"You two with half masks. They are twins. They are both handsome." I was shocked because of what Almera mumbled. It means that Damon and Amoux pretended to be twins. After all, they are the same age, and it is obvious that they both look alike.
"Do you know that many people want to see their faces? Many have tried but, in the end, have not succeeded." Almera added.
'Why isn't Alpha Giovanni upset? I know he didn't smell Amoux's scent today but is he doubting it?'
"I don't care about the man you're talking about, Almera." I was about to walk away when I heard the murmur of people watching on the right side of the training ground.
"I want you to remove the mask on your face." I felt like my world stopped spinning because of what I heard. I immediately turned to see what was going on.
"Tsk! I thought you didn't care. As soon as you heard, Alpha Giovanni's commanded him to remove his mask. You immediately looked at him." Almera whispered loudly. I ignored her because I was looking at Amoux. Damon was next to him and had a severe face.
There was no trace of nervousness in the two of them. Alpha Giovanni was in front of them with papers in his hand. His handsome face is also crucial.
Has Alpha Giovanni found out about Amoux? What if they get caught? The Red Moon Pack members will kill them!
My heart was beating fast while Amoux hadn't spoken yet. Alpha Giovanni came closer as if ready to remove Amoux's mask.
"Didn't you hear what Alpha Giovanni demanded? We need to see your face because you might be a member of the Nightwalker."
Alpha Giovanni has discovered that some Nightwalkers have penetrated their pack.
"I cannot remove this mask because there is a big wound on our face. Every time I took it off, I was reminded of the complicated things that happened to us because of Nightwalker." Amoux's voice was cold. It was not apparent that he was Amoux while talking to Alpha Giovanni.
"Is that so? What happened? And why did you have a big wound on your face?" Alpha Giovanni.
"The Nightwalkers burned our pack. We are from the Quarter Pack. Our faces were burned, but we were saved." Damon answered.
How can they say that in their pack itself, or maybe the Nightwalker is doing that but secretly?
"I do remember that the Nightwalker burned the Quarter Pack before. But we don't know that someone lived." Alpha Giovanni.
"We were one of the survivors there, but we hid so the Nightwalkers wouldn't see us." Damon.
Alpha Giovanni nodded his face showing that he believed what Amoux explained. I lost my anxiety because of what happened. I thought they were going to catch Amoux.
"Then we understand why you won't remove your mask. Welcome to the Red Moon Pack." Alpha Giovanni grabbed Damon and Amoux by their shoulders.
After a few hours, the training ended. I saw Amoux still looking at me. He also looked at Alpha Giovanni, who was walking toward me.
"Leah.." I looked away from Amoux as Alpha Giovanni was in front of me. I secretly swallowed because of his handsome appearance.
"I have something to tell you. Alpha Rozen will come here later." Alpha Giovanni added.
I frowned because I was worried about what he would disclose.
"What are you going to say?" He shook his head at me. He held me by my shoulder and then grinned.
"We learned about the Nightwalker, but you are connected to it." I was stunned by what Alpha Giovanni said. What does he mean?
"Later you go there to my office. I will wait for you." I just nodded to what he said. I can't be bothered because of what Alpha Giovanni will say.
I feel like time is slowing down. So I immediately went to Alpha Giovanni's office because he permitted me to enter his office whenever I wanted.
I stopped when I saw a thick book lying on Alpha Giovanni's desk. Is this what he's going to show me? But for what?
I took a deep breath and grabbed that book. I opened it and saw the photos that looked like they were from a long time ago.
"Is this what he's going to show me?"
I clutched my chest when I heard Alpha Giovanni talking behind my back. I felt him rub me then he inhaled me.
"I guess you can't wait for what I have to say. I still thought I would be ahead of you here."
I just snorted at him. Alpha Giovanni let go of my embrace. He went to his seat, but I saw that he was still looking at the photo album.
"Leah, I want to know how you ended up with the Nightwalker?"
"They adopted me. I don't even remember how. My parents died because of illness."
Alpha Giovanni nodded at me. I took a deep breath. I looked out the window because I saw Alpha Rozen and Alpha Dylan with Almera.
Why do I feel like something terrible is going to happen today? It's like my heart is being crushed because I didn't know.
"Alpha Rozen and Alpha Dylan were here," I informed Alpha Giovanni, and he just nodded at me. He stood up and took the photo album.
"Leah, do you remember the beta I told you about?"
"Oh, what's up?"
"That beta is my daddy's best friend. They grew up together and worked together to develop the Red Moon Pack. The Nightwalker has been the rival of the Red Moon Pack for a long time."
I don't know why my heart beats faster because of what Alpha Giovanni says.
"At that time, we had to spy on Nightwalker. That beta went there with his wife and daughter. My father didn't want it because it was harmful, but his friend insisted because he wanted to defeat the Nightwalker."
"That beta's family knows how to heal. They are known for healing, so the Nightwalker immediately accepted them."
Tears slowly formed in my eyes. I saw Alpha Giovanni move from page to page of the photo album.

He presented the photo album, and tears flowed when I saw the picture of my parents.

Both Alpha Giovanni and I were dumbfounded when people started screaming. We looked out the window and saw the struggle of each member. I saw Amoux fighting the Red Moon Pack.
"Leah, I want you to hide. I can't lose you!"
"Alpha Giovanni, please, don't go there."
But he ignored me because he immediately went out to fight with the Nightwalkers.
