Amoux point of view
I saw Alpha Giovanni approach Leah. I scowled because they seemed to have known each other for a long time. I took a deep breath to calm myself down. I feel so angry because of the intimacy I see between Leah and Alpha Giovanni.
"We have to go home. The training is over." I glanced at Damon when he spoke with me using the mind link.
We have been preparing for this battle for a long time. We know that Giovanni, Rozen, and Dylan also understand that the Nightwalker has entered the Red Moon Pack. So while they are not ready yet, we have to rush. It is more difficult if they are already prepared for battle.
I shook my head because I didn't think that the Nightwalkers and I could get into the Red Moon Pack so shortly.
"Later you will go there to my office. I will wait for you." What Alpha Giovanni said to Leah did not escape my hearing.
Shit! What will they do in his office? Are they going to do something I won't like?
I looked at Leah, but she didn't notice my furious look. It's like she's changed; she's no longer Leah, who's ready to come to my aid or help me.
"Okay, but what about Leah?"
"We'll get Leah here by the time the Red Moon Pack is gone."
"Will Leah won't be angry because of our plans? She loves this pack but—"
"Amoux, when did you learn to think about other people? Isn't the only thing that you only want to get here because of Leah?" Damon jerked his head as if he had a problem with me. I took a deep breath to ease myself down.
Maybe I'm just thinking about the members because I know Leah loves them. Before I arrived at the Red Moon Pack, Leah was the first person I saw.
I watched how she taught the children how to defend themselves. I saw her different personality, and I didn't know she wanted to teach children.
Although she is an Omega, she is considered the Luna by the entire Red Moon Pack. They honor Leah and love her.
"I don't know, Damon. I think Leah might be mad about what we're going to do."
We walked together and saw the stares of other members. I saw Leah with the girl she fought with. It's another fantastic thing because I've seen Leah thrive stronger. Before Leah arrived, I discovered that the girl she talked to was the strongest woman in the Red Moon Pack. She defeated her without shifting.
I also noticed a significant change in Leah's body. Her body became more and more shaped; when we had sex, I could hardly take my eyes off her body. Her chest also evolved as if it was nice to massage it.
"Is everyone ready?" Damon and I quickly walked to the house where we were staying. He nodded at me and then grabbed my shoulder.
"We have to get Leah. But what about your fated mate? Have you forgotten Anaya?" I frowned because of his question. Why did he have to say Anaya's name?
I don't know why I don't care about Anaya. Sometimes I get annoyed because she is becoming too clingy to me. She tried to seduce me several times to have sex.
When I felt what Leah was doing with that Alpha Giovanni, I tried to do the same to Anaya but couldn't. I feel guilty because I can't get Leah out of my mind.
"Do you like Anaya?" Damon stopped, then glared at me. He seemed annoyed by my question, so I just grinned at him.
"I don't have any single feeling for your destined mate. You know I only want Leah, don't you?" I stared at him angrily when he told me that. He has the guts to say whatever he wants!
"You know that Leah only wants me, don't you?"
"Yes, but he used to love you. But it looks different now."
"Damon!"
"Calm down, cousin! I'm just saying what I see. Leah sees Alpha Giovanni differently."
"Are you saying that she doesn't love me anymore? Damon, I'm not happy with what you're saying!"
"Before you get stabbed with what I'm saying. You better think about how we can get Leah."
I didn't say anything because Damon was right. We'll have a hard time getting Leah in the Red Moon Pack.
"What time are we going to attack? We should rush everything before they find out about our plans" I took off my clothes and then the mask I use every time I go out.
I saw that Damon had also taken off the mask covering his face.
"At night, we will assault. I noticed that there was a time when no member of the Red Moon Pack was on guard at that time."
"How did you know?"
"Because I'm looking at what time they change. We can ambush shortly when no one is watching."
"Our companions are just waiting for us. I put some in the front of the Red Moon Pack, some in the back." Damon added.
"And we are the ones inside. Is that right?" He nodded at me. We prepared the weapons we needed. Damon and I also learned to use weapons to defend ourselves.
The Red Moon Pack was known for being outstanding at using different types of weapons.
"What about the members here? Are we going to hurt them?"
"Hopefully not. But if they join the fight, we have no choice but to kill them."
I feel there is something wrong with what we are going to do. Nightwalker's only opponent is the Alpha of the Red Moon pack, so why should the innocent be involved?
We waited until nightfall. Luckily Leah didn't know what was going to happen. We immediately wore black clothes so no one would notice when we walked outside.
"Amoux, I want to tell you that the Lycan will not be happy when you get killed. We know he was forced to agree, don't we? By the time you're assassinated, he might also kill Leah." I was horrified by Damon's words and felt nervous. I knew he had a point because the Lycan was very protective of me.
Damon and I fast ran out of that house. We almost took the lead in the run to the first part of the Red Moon Pack.
We will wait for the guards to leave the Red Moon Pack first so we can enter. We immediately hid in a big tree when we saw a guard buzzing around to look around.
"Let's wait for them to leave first. It's too early." I nodded when I heard Damon's voice using the mind link.
"Have you finished looking around?" I almost held my breath when I saw the other guard. They were with Alpha's Giovanni best friend.
This man was considered the strongest man, except for Alpha Giovanni.
"Yes, we are done. We are going to the packhouse to rest for a while."
"Is that so? Tell your alternates about that. I have a feeling the Nightwalker is going to ambush tonight."
Damon and I looked at each other because of what we heard, but how did they know we were going to ambush? Only the Nightwalkers know our plan.
"The Nightwalker members are strong, so don't think we can trounce them. They might take our Luna."
"We cannot allow Luna Leah to be taken! We can sacrifice our lives for her!"
We heard the other guard agree, so I almost felt angry. Why won't they let me have Leah? Alpha Giovanni does not own Leah! I own her. She is only mine!
When they left, Damon signaled our companions to spread out throughout the Red Moon Pack. Each member also started to fight, and the shouting got louder and louder.
We also fought several guards because they insisted on fighting us.
"Ahh! help!"
It got even more chaotic because of the sudden attack. We heard children screaming in fear. Others insisted on fighting, so my compatriots killed them.
"You're a bad person!"
"Nightwalkers are attacking us!"
I fell when someone suddenly jumped on me. I saw Alpha Giovanni's best friend.
"I was right all along; you're the masked man! You're a Nightwalker!" He exclaims furiously and starts punching me. I avoided the punch he was giving me, but I groaned when I felt someone stab my arm.
I saw Alpha Dylan and Alpha Rozen standing on both sides of me. Damn these two Alphas!
"Amoux, if you were here to get Leah, I'm sure it wouldn't happen!" Alpha Rozen.
I dodged when I felt the katana coming toward me. I saw Alpha Giovanni looking at me evilly.
"You can't have Leah because she's a member of the Red Moon Pack!" His eyes were red as if he was ready to kill me for the woman he loved.
"She's a member of the Nightwalker, Giovanni! I own her!"
"You don't own her because your parents killed her parents!" I was not surprised by what he found out. The Lycan was fitting that they would find out the truth about Leah's parents.
He scowled as he looked at me. He shook his head and faked a chuckle because I didn't react to what he declared.
"It means you already know about it, right? Your entire pack betrayed Leah, and you want to snatch her from us?"
"What if Leah discovered your secret?" Alpha Dylan.
Did they think I wanted what happened to Leah's parents? The Lycan and Luna ordered them to die. Why did the sin of my parents become my sin?
At first, I only needed Leah's abilities. We knew she could heal, so the Lycan agreed to let her live with Nightwalker, to make her my doctor. The throne is the only important thing to me, so I just decided what the Lycan wanted.
"Leah will not be with you anymore. Because we know she will choose us over you and your fucking pack." Alpha Rozen.
I tried to loosen up because of what I heard. I can't shift because I can't control my wolf.
"Because we are her home. She is truly a member of the Red Moon Pack!" Alpha Giovanni.
My teeth gnashed because of what they were telling me.
"If Leah knows all of that. I'll make sure she never finds out!" I shouted angrily then I felt my wolf come out.
They rushed at me simultaneously, so I immediately fought them. I felt a knife stabbing me, so my wolf became even more furious. I angrily attacked the man who jabbed us.
'Leah is ours!'
'We own her!'
'We will need to kill those who try to snatch Leah! Leah doesn't need to find the truth!'
I barely know what happened. My wolf almost went crazy thinking that Leah might leave us, that Leah might not accept us anymore.
I regained my consciousness and shifted as if my wolf had won.
I grabbed Alpha Giovanni at his neck as if he was ready to faint. I saw that Alpha Dylan and Alpha Rozen were dead.
"A-Amoux!" He mumbled weakly, then grabbed my hand that was gripping his neck.
There was a fire in every house in the Red Moon Pack. Slowly the surroundings became quiet.
"You're gonna die, Giovanni." I raised him to let him die. His eyes widened, trying to break free from my stranglehold.
"L-Leah.." I glared at him when he said Leah's name. He slowly smirked even though he was turning pale.
"You didn't win, Amoux."
"You killed us, but you can't hide the secret of the Nightwalker. Because I'm sure Leah is mad at you, your pack, and your family."
I squeezed his neck badly. Damn this, Alpha!
"Leah already knows the truth. That's why you can't get her from us." Giovanni slowly lost his life; I mercilessly tossed him into the tree.
