Amoux's point of view…
My heart feels like it has broken into a million pieces. Leah wasn't treated very well, and I know it, but I was so busy looking for her that I didn't even realize I was in love with her.
I mistakenly believed that Anaya was hiding her, but she had actually been the three packs' Alpha all along, hiding out in the Nightwalker.
I see now why the three Alphas chose her to lead their pack as the Alpha because they trusted her so much. It was difficult to handle a single pack; imagine how difficult it is to carry a three.
According to what I recall, Alpha Rozen has a wicked brother, and the pack that Alpha Dylan was in charge of refused to accept a woman managing their pack in accordance with their norms. So how is that even entirely possible? To get the two packs, what does Leah do?
I am aware that Alpha Rozen's older brother William will be resistant to give up his position as an Alpha. Because he was purely evil and self-centered, he chose to work with the Lycan to get that title. William had a big dream to be an Alpha, and as a werewolf without even a hint of conscience, he knew that if Alpha Rozen was killed, he would inherit the title. This was particularly true of those who are in the Shadow pack.
Despite the fact that I had a brother who was deceased, I was grateful that I do not have a brother. I have no idea what happened to him and I have no idea how he passed away. I recently recalled seeing the Lycan sobbing at his loss. I wasn't his favorite because he loves my younger brother so much. So, once my younger brother passed away, the Lycan and the Luna began pressing me for the throne and for being too protective of me.
“Amoux, what else did you talk about? Is she one of your bitches?” When the Lycan began insulting my mate, I made every effort to remain calm. Of course, he was uninformed since he already knew that Anaya is meant to be my soul partner. How, surprisingly, is that possible?
“Lycan..” Damon had a frown on his face as if he were trying to keep himself from disrespecting the Lycan.
Damon was happy to see Leah at last and relieved that she wasn't being kept hidden by Anaya's father.
“Are you also one of her boys, Damon? I assumed that you were clearly different from your cousin.”
“Leah is my friend, Lycan.”
“a friend? She is a member of the enemy pack and holds the position as its Alpha. You already know that I desperately desire the land for my son.” The Lycan appeared to be warning Damon by glaring at him.
I'm not sure why the Lycan was acting this way; he seems to have changed after he offers to let Leah start to serve as my personal doctor.
Damon gave me a dubious glance when Lycan and another guest entered the party hall. Due to the fact that we were both looking for Leah, Damon and I were given to help one another. Damon approached me and then touched my shoulder.
“Amoux, Lycan's behavior was unusual. Leah appears to be his ultimate worst enemy.” Damon using the mindlink while speaking to me caught me off guard.
“What are you talking about, Damon?”
“I am aware that Leah's parents spied on us when they were at the Nightwalker. But it appears that there were some facts that we were unaware of. I'm curious as to why your father is responding in this manner. It's not Leah's fault that her parents spied on us, am I right?”
“Regarding that, I'm not sure. To me, Lycan and Luna seemed very restrained. The same thing came to my mind.”
“Perhaps we really do need to look into all of this. Also, I want you to be aware that I spotted my father with Alpha Joe.” Damon's words caused a furrow on my forehead. Even the fact that Anaya's father had connections to Uncle William is unclear to me.
“Are you sure about that? Where did you see them?”
“You understand how much I detest that dreadful old man. They appeared to be discussing important topics when I saw them in the restaurant. At that special restaurant in the human territory, they even hid their scent.”
“Human territory? And, what are you doing there?”
Damon averted his gaze before pretending to cough. His face turned red, as though he were ashamed of something.
“I want to eat a fries that time, so I went to the—”
“Are you fucking with me, Damon? You are aware that we require the Lycan's consent in order to go there!”
“Oh, Asshole, relax your fucking dick. The only reason I went there was to eat some fries. And if I hadn't gone there, I would not have learned that your future father-in-law had secret connections with my father. You should be grateful I saved your freaking ass!”
“However, it will not change the simple fact that you visited human land without the Lycan's permission. You are aware that we cannot interact with people and that they are not permitted to be aware of our existence!”
“Oh right, mother fucker! Will you please stop nagging at me in the mindlink? It's a little bit irritating.”
“You are at fault. Avoid doing it again. I'm not sure how I can definitely help you once the Lycan discovers that you visited the human lands without his consent.”
“Dude, as if I needed your additional help! I am also a powerful Lycan.”
“Then let my father know so that he can cut off your power. You know there are a lot of traitors around, so we need to remain vigilant at all times.”
I sighed and continued speculating what uncle William and Anaya's father had talked about. They chose to discuss it in areas designated as human areas because it seems so important. Well, they believe that if they enter the restricted area, their connections will remain secret forever.
I should be grateful for what Damon did, but what if the Lycan found out? Damon was right. It's difficult for me to realize that the one person I can trust is Damon. Although I am aware that Damon and I are competitors to become the Lycan King, I was surprised to find out that he didn't feel the same way.
“Next time, have someone make you some fries. You shouldn't go there because I don't want anyone to catch you.” I added.
I started to enter the party hall with Damon. It appears that we have been outside for too long and are unaware that the celebration is about to end. I'm still unable to get Leah's look out from her clothing. She appears to be naked to everyone. Even her breasts grew, as if someone had been massaging them every night. Leah, you really should not dare!
“Now I see why William didn't even come to our secret meeting!”
I caught a glimpse of the Lycan, who appeared inebriated. Who is the William he is referring to? It could be my uncle or Alpha Rozen's sibling.
“We found that William died unexpectedly at his Alpha Ceremony, and I'm still in shock that the woman you referred to as an Omega killed him in front of Shadow pack members.” Upon hearing that information, my eyes widened. When Damon heard it, he was little taken aback and wondered if they were referring to Leah.
“Oh, Possibly that Omega used cheating to kill that moron.” Lycan didn't even realize what he had spoken. Since he does not always drink, is there anything bothering him?
“Even Alpha Dylan's Beta died at the hands of that woman as to the the Dark Pack. She is a fighter and difficult to mess with.” The man added.
The stories made the Lycan laugh hysterically. I am aware that he was laughing out of irritation rather than joy of the story.
“So she killed my subordinates, that's why I didn't even see them.” Lycan took his goblet, I saw his eyes turning red.
“I was amazed by that woman, and I know that a lot of Alpha tonight will do everything to pursue her.”
“Not my son, Amoux is destined for Anaya.”
“Lycan, are you sure about that? It seems that your successor had a relationship with that Omega.”
“I am sure of it.”
“If that Omega will have a relationship with my son, I won't think twice to kill her as what her parent's happened.” The Lycan added. Damon and I stopped after hearing what the Lycan said. I was nervous to think what he will gonna say.
“Do you know that the hunters murdered a number of healers? They are hunted because they can heal wolves, but many healers are unaware of this. They are able to identify sickness in other wolves but not in their own bodies. That is how the hunters killed many healers.” After hearing it, my heart began to beat rapidly. What exactly does a Lycan mean?
