She laughed, before answering.
"I think you are being too fast, you don't even know my name yet.
"Oh! Please forgive me. It's just that, I think knowing if you are married is the first thing I should ask, because of my last neighbor". Blair laughed, as she asked.
"What about her?
"I saw her, I didn't know she was married and it wasn't like I was asking her out, or anything, but what happened was that, she was lonely herself, and she started making passes at me and I almost fell at one point, but then, her husband showed up one day, and that was when I knew she was married, and her husband travelled for peace keeping. Apparently, she was married to a military man, who had been away for too long, so when she saw me, she wanted me. I know I am a very cute guy, so I needed to ask, before you will start falling for me too". This time, Blair laughed so hard.
"You are really funny. By the way, my name is Blair Fire, and I come from Atlantica, something happened to our house, so we had to come here, but as soon as we can move, we will move back. My uncle is trying to get things in place, while we stay here for the time being.
"Even if it is for a day, I am happy to have neighbors. You have been saying we, but I don't see any other person here?
"I am here with my mother, she is exhausted, she is sleeping. The drive from Atlantica to this place is really long and tiring, I feel more for the driver, I am sure, it wasn't very easy for him".
"You can say that again". They were still talking, when she saw that the electrical power had been restored, she tried turning on the television, so as to know what is happening, then she lock eyes with the feather again, only this time, it wasn't as unresponsive as before. There was light coming from it. She wanted to hide it, to prevent her guest for seeing it, but he seem to have already see it, for he was looking straight at it.
"I have to go". He says, she could tell that he was scared, so she said nothing, as she watch him leave. She turned back and see that the feather is no longer shining, but there was noise outside the house. She had to go outside, but it was no ordinary noise, it was the noise of two animals fighting.
She have seen wolves before, and she knows that they are both wolves.
The house that had been there before, where Adman claims that was his, was no longer there.
"What is really happening? She asked, as the wolves kept on fighting, until one fell on its side, and disappeared.
She haven't seen anything like that before, she was so shocked, she stared at the one that had just won the battle. It was staring at her, and started coming close to her, she rushed in, grabbed a silver knife, to attack him, but by the time she checked outside, he was gone, she turned to look back at the house, and the snack that had been brought before, by Adman, had turned to dust.
She wiped her eyes, so that she could see clearly. She rushed into the room where her mother is, and she was still sleeping.
She shouldn't wake her, it won't be nice for her to be greeted with such news, of something she is actually afraid of.
She still had the knife with her, she rushed outside, and saw Jayden there.
She turned backwards, thinking it must be a trick of the light, but it was really him, he was standing, close to where she had seen a house before, and he was smiling at her.
"Is that knife for me? She nodded her head as to say yes, for she doesn't know whom to believe, she couldn't tell if the person she is looking at, right now, is really Jayden.
"Who are you? Jayden looked shocked, at her question, he had to touch his face, to know if he came in form of another person, for her to be asking him.
"It is I Jayden, do I look different?
He asked, moving close to her.
"I don't know what to think again, or whom to believe. So many strange things happening everyday, right now, I will have to believe my instincts.
Just a while ago, there was a building just right where you are standing, and the person magically disappeared, after claiming to be a neighbor. The snacks he brought to the house to welcome me and my mother turned to dust, at his disappearance, and you think I will just believe you are Jayden, just because you have a face that looks like his?
"I know all about that, and I have been watching you all through. I said I will give you time, enough time to think about what I proposed and that is what I am doing.
"So you are trying to tell me now that it wasn't you, who visited me in a dream, saying I should move on, that you are inlove with your witch. ride, therefore I should move on? Jayden looked shocked and nodded his head.
"I could never say a thing like that. This person that came here is a wizard, but can also shape change to a wolf. He is the one that visited you in the dream, he is the one that said all those things to you, and he came back in reality, to make you fall inlove with him. He is the one that set your house on fire, and he is the one that changed to Frederick Stone.
The person who sent him is what I don't know, but I am willing to find out, but the time has come. The star meeting with the wolves is in three days. "Then I guess we should both speak to her". He says, and they both walked back inside the house.
