In the Demini kingdom, earlier that day, there had been a very harsh sun, no one would have thought that all of a sudden, the harshness of the sun, could suddenly turn to a breezy and cold day. It started with a strong wave of air, that was almost sweeping every one away. The entire inhabitants of the kingdom, took to their heels, making sure they got home. Those that had been by the river side, would have been carried away by the wave, for it was stronger on the water side. Those that had gone to work, had to lock up everywhere and rush home. No one knows what was happening, or about to happen, but it was not supposed to rain that way.
Those that had managed to get to their homes, were quick to lock up the doors, to keep their little ones safe.
Sodom came out of his house, and looked into the sky, he nodded his head, it was happening, but that was not how it should happen, it seem even those that had been stone for more than ninety days have been released. Those ones that are not able to go back to their body, now they will roam the earth, destroying things, because they will be so angry with the world, as if it was their fault.
Most of the pack members that had been turned to stone, are those around and in the kingdom, so while every one else was running into their houses, Sodom ran to the palace. The walk to the palace she pretty long, and no one could use their transporting power, if something like that is about to happen, not even the witches, Sodom had to walk all the way, to the palace, shading himself, while he held on to the stick he walks with, that was almost the same height with him.
When he got to the palace, it looked like a deserted place, as every door was locked, and not even the guards could keep guard at the gate, as they have been faced with something stronger.
He rushed to the king's room and knocked. King Arthur opened the door gently, only to find Sodom.
"Are you not supposed to be indoors, I think the world is about to come to an end?
"No, my king, actually, things are about to get better and worse at the same time". Arthur was confused, but he couldn't stand the air anymore, he had already built a fire, so he welcomed Sodom into his room, and they both stayed close to the fire.
"What is really happening? He asked him.
"Jayden have succeeded, he has gotten to the mountain cave and he had freed the spirits, but I guess he freed even those that have been stone for more than Ninety days, which means that, we will have evil sprits in the lands". Just hearing that, Arthur sat up and asked.
"Are you saying that Marinara would come back? There was a glow in his eyes, he looked very happy, he rushed outside, by this time, the rain had started.
"We need to get some of the rain water, and pour it on her, those that were turned outside the palace, where the rain could get to them, started coming back, and since she could not be lifted off the floor, as Arthur didn't want the stone to break, he ordered that everyone gets a bucket, to get the rain water.
Even those that had just returned, grabbed something, and they all poured it on the king, and gradually, the Stony part of her body fell off to reveal her glowing skin, until every sand was off her body, she didn't open her eyes, when she finally did open her eyes, the first person she saw was Arthur, who looked pale. He had changed from the strong man she used to know, to a weak man
He was even badly dressed, that even the slaves around looked better, she felt bad.
"Oh Mari! He heard his cracked voice, and she knew he would break down soon, so she rushed to meet him half way, and there was a tight hug. Everyone in the palace celebrated, but they couldn't stay around, for the rain was getting heavier.
Tangy and Astra could hear the noise, but they dare not come out, else they will be wiped away. Tangy have been feeling really guilty since she ended the life of Blair, she wish she didn't so it, for it felt like she killed the king too, and she could only imagine, how it will be for Jayden when he returns, and to think that he may never even get to look at her face.
She might not get what she wants, and she might end up being banished or have to face worse punishment.
She peeped through her window, and didn't see the guard that had been turned to stone, that used to be just by her window, she knew at once that this sort of heavenly downpour was not natural, it had come for a mission. She grabbed the strongest blanket she could find around her, she cut the side open, and wore it as a cloth, then she went outside, she also didn't see the Queen anymore, she rushed to her room but she wasn't there. None of the pack members that have been turned to stone around and outside the palace were there, they have all been brought back, but all doors, are still locked, so where did they all go? That was when she started hearing sound in the room where they had kept Blair, she didn't want to go in there, for she have been dead, for almost a month now, and no matter how much the room is being treated, she will look like a skeleton, but there were voices emanating from there, maybe that was where the Queen and the king is
She have just come back to life, and he had thought of filling her in, on some of the things that she had missed.
She opened the door, and saw the king and Queen, she rushed into her arms, which was unlikely, but she has really missed her, but something else caught her attention, Blair was still look like she died a few minutes ago, as a matter of fact, she looks like she is just sleeping in the glass tomb.
