After a nice power nap, I get up and meet everyone down stairs. Since we are in the mountains in the winter, we are all wearing joggers for training. Prince Julian let us know that they have an indoor training facility, but we should still dress warm in case we move part of the training outside. The warriors have expressed the desire to practice in the lower temperature and elevation of the mountain so that they can be prepared if the need arises for them to fight in this type of environment. I completely agree with that.
Prince Julian and I agreed that while the rest of my team is warming up with a little physical training outside, I will spend that time in meditation and then complete my warmup exercises. Prince Julian leads the rest of the team outside, while Lacey and I head to the gym and sit on the mats to meditate. The royal family advised us that telekinesis and teleportation requires firm control of your mind and thoughts. Meditation helps center me. I energize myself and my elements. They agree to quiet themselves so that I can focus on learning this new skill. Although this isn’t an element, it is a form of energy, so my elements are excited for the energy boost that will be coming from the increased brain power I will acquire.
During my meditation this time, I focus the energy around my brain. I see the energy infusing my brain with power. I see my brain embrace the power and then send it flowing throughout my body. My brain is connecting to different power sources and spheres and spreading it throughout every atom of my body. My body has become a continuous flow of power. I stay in this state for several minutes.
I’m slowing returning to reality. I open my eyes and see both Lacey and Prince Julian staring at me. Alpha Clark and Beta James walk in the gym and freeze. Everyone is staring at me.
“Ok, why are you all looking at me like that? Did something happen?”
“Seleste, you were glowing.” Lacey said.
“I have never seen anything like that.” Prince Julian said. “What were you feeling at the moment?”
“I was feeling energy flowing through my body as my brain was taking it in from other sources and feeding different areas of my body.” I answered.
“Does that usually happy?” Prince Julian asked.
“That’s the first time I’ve seen it.” Lacey said. “Seleste and I usually meditate together, so I would have noticed.”
“It has never happened before because we never needed that power before. This is just a magnification the powers that will allow us to teleport and use telekinesis.” Tamaska says.
“My wolf says that this is the first time that this new energy or power is manifesting in me. It’s a new power awakening. She also said this power was needed for me to be able to uses telekinesis and teleport.”
“That is great. So we will be able to skip the boring parts and get right to the fun stuff.” Prince Julian says. “I usually start this training with the disclaimer that not everyone will have the ability or brain power to be successful and not all of the successful trainees will have a long range. Since we know you will have the ability, we will strengthen you and test your range. For today, we will just show you how it is done. For the rest of the time here, we will push you to your limits and beyond.”
“I am ready, what do I need to do first?”
“First we will work on telekinesis. That is the foundation for being able to dematerialize items first, then yourself and the rematerialize them in a different location.” Prince Julian said.
“Seleste the first thing I want you to do is focus on this cup. I want you to see it clearly in your mind. Then break it down to the basic elements in your mind. As you look at it in your minds eye, see the unique energy flowing from this cup. Now reach out to that energy and direct it to move from my hand to the table.”
As Prince Julian is talking, I see the cup in my mind and do exactly as he said. I reach out to the energy flowing from the cup and the energy responds to me. I ask it to move to the table and give it a little boost. The energy of the cup is happy with my treat and agrees to move for me.
“That was amazing Seleste. I have never seen anyone do that the first time trying and to do it so quickly. Tell me, how did you get the cup to move so fast?” Prince Julian asked.
“I learned from my elements that all energy likes to be recognized. I spoke to the energy of the cup, gave him a little energy treat and asked him to move for me. He was happy with my treat and agreed to move for me.”
“You are truly special Seleste. It takes some people years to learn how to reach the energy of the items. A lot of people use their own mind power to move items, which is effective, but can be costly in battle and drain their energy. The way that you moved that cup is more efficient and less costly to you. You set the amount of energy you give and let the energy of the item do the rest. I am going to enjoy working with you. You are the only person outside of the royal family that can speak to energy in that manner.”
To say that I was shocked by his revelation was an understatement. All I did was listen to my elements and the energy inside of me. It seems like the simplest thing to do.
Prince Julian and I spent the next several hours with me moving items across the gym. We started with small items then moved up to some of the gym equipment. Prince Julian said that tomorrow, we will work on me moving my warriors around. By the end of the week, he wants me to be able to move all of my warriors, plus some of his warriors at the same time. That can be handy in battle. I would be able to move my warriors out of danger in the heat of battle. I asked Prince Julian if we could do some war like simulations of me moving warriors in war like situations. This way I can see if I can still move items when my attention is split. Prince Julian likes my idea. He will add that to the training once I master moving multiple items and people.
This last week 5ýof training has been amazing. I have made a lot of progress with telekinesis. As a bonus, my range for mind linking has also expanded. I can midline all the members of my team, even the ones that are not from my pack. As long as Tamaska has a connection with them, we can link them. Yesterday, I was able to mind link my mom and dad back at my old pack. I have not tried it with my friends yet. Mom and dad completely freaked out when I did it to them just to test my range. My dad said that my grandmother was not able to do that. She also wasn’t able to move multiple items the way I can. Dad said that grandmother told him that I would be one of the strongest and most powerful protectors born. I guess the bigger the threat to the supernatural world, the stronger the protector needs to be.
This will be my last week at Mystic Coven. Next week is Thanksgiving. We will head home on Wednesday, the night before Thanksgiving. We will al return with Alpha Clark, and go to our separate locations from there. Francis will be going with me to my pack.
Its almost time for training. I woke up extra early because I’m super excited. Today I will attempt to move multiple people at one time while running an obstacle course that will simulate a battle.
I go downstairs and find me a quiet space to meditate. Lacey joins me. Lacey has gained some additional energies from meditating with ne. She is also able to use telekinesis. Prince Julian thinks she has always had the ability, but didn’t know it. It may have been dormant. Meditation woke it up. She is not able to move as many objects as I can, but she can move people and multiple objects at once. She haven’t decided if she will do this exercise with me. I hope she does.
Lacey and I get to our quiet spot in the informal living room of the castle with big comfortable pillows. The energy in this room is very positive. There is a skylight so we can get direct moonlight before the sun rises. The glass is coated to enhance the moon glow, but block the UV rays from the sun.
After meditating, Lacey and I meet up with the others in the training room. The room has been transformed to look like pack grounds at the beginning of a battle. There are holographic images of different species. My team is scattered throughout the battlefield.
Prince Julian gives the signal to start and the battle begins. I’m fighting off enemy warriors while sending weapons to my warriors and strategically moving them out of the line of fire or next to a peer in trouble. I'm able to do this without thinking about it. It is easy with my warriors since I am already connected to their energy. It is a little more difficult with Prince Julian’s warriors, but I have been able to do it.
We have been at this for a few hours now. I have had to reach into my natural elements of earth and wind to replenish my energy levels. The snow has also offered to boost my energy since it is made from water. I thank my elements for the boost and ask everyone if they are ready to go again.
“Seleste, I don’t even know how you are still standing. Most of the warriors are ready to drop.” King Joachim says.
“I restored my energy through my natural elements: earth, through the castle itself, wind through the breeze and water through the snow. They were hay to give me n energy boost we I ran low. We have been working together like that since I first met my elements.”
“Interesting,” King Joachim said. “I have not seen someone so in touch with their gifts in many generations. You ancestor would be proud of you. Of all the Protectors I have met, you are the most like him.”
“You knew my grandfather?”
“Yes. I am also an Original The one thing the fiction stories got right bout us is that we are immortal unless we are killed and experience a true death.” King Joachim said.
“That is awesome.”
“What few people know is that you grandfather and the other Original werewolves also were immortal, but chose death after many generations of living. They are now with the moon goddess in her forest.” Queen Ambrosia said.
“I have never heard that. I know they all live to be a few hundred years old, then they all left at around the same time”
I love learning about my ancestor. I can understand why after a time, they would choose to be with the moon goddess instead of continuing down here. It was time to pass the mantle down.
“Seleste, since you have mastered telekinesis, tomorrow and the rest of you stay here will be about teleporting. You already have the dematerialization and part down. So this part will be easy for you.”
We all split up ad went to our rooms to get cleaned up. Once cleaned up, I go hang out with some of the vampires my age. There is this onw young mated pair that Tamaska has bonded with. They are actually a part of the royal family. I plan to ask them to join my inner circle. There re a coupe warriors I also want to join my team. They are awesome warriors and leaders.
I find everyone, werewolves and vampires in the rec room. We all agreed to watch movies until dinner time. At the end if the first movie, I asked Ansel and Lula to step outside with me. I think they know what I want.
“I asked you both out here because. Tamaska has bonded we you both and we want to know if you would consider joining our Protector team and being part of my inner circle of warriors?”

Seleste, we would be honored It has been our dream to work with the protector team. We were not old enough or strong enough to work with your grandmother. Thank you for the opportunity. “ Ansel says, speaking for both him and Lula.
“I’m glad you accepted.” I tell them. “Now we just need to ask King Joachim and Queen Ambrosia.”
“I’m sure they will be just as honored as we are.” Lula says.
“Good, now lets go enjoy the next movie.”
We watched movies until dinner. I had an early night since tomorrow will be a big day for me. If I a successful with the teleportation, I was be only the second protector since Fenroe to be able to teleport
Successfully and consistently.
I start this day like I do most days, meditating with Lacey. Today Alpha Clark and Beta James joined us. They have really taken to Lacey techniques and say that they have often stronger and more focused since Lacey helped them.
After about an hour, we all finished and went to the training room. Today the training room is just one wide open space.
“Good morning Seleste. Are you ready to begin?” Prince Julian asked.
“Yes I am. I'm hoping that I can master this. It will be so helpful in getting me from one location to another.” I say.
“With this we are going to build on what we already know. Instead of picturing the energy of an object, I need you to picture you own personal energy. Picture each and every atom of your body. Once you get that picture, You are going to picture them dematerializing and reforming.”
“Where should I rematerialize? "I ask.
“For this try, I just what you to flash in and out in the same spot you are standing in.”
“Ok.”
I take a deep breath and start connecting with my body’s energy. I see a Starburst of energy within me. I follow that burst all the way down to the smallest point. There are millions of tiny starburst. I speak to my stars and ask them to dematerialize and reform in this spot. I feel my body turn to pure energy then I feel myself become whole again. The room burst into thunderous applause. It seems like the entire coven came out to watch me.
“That was amazing Seleste. I am not even surprised that you did it on your first try.”
“Thank you. I just followed your instructions and did exactly what you said do. It felt incredible. I became pure energy. I literally felt my body reconstitute itself.”
“For now I want you to do that a few more time until it only takes a thought for you to execute it.”
Prince Julian blinked out as he said the last word and blinked back in as an example of how smooth it should go. It took me about three hours to get it to be almost as smooth as Prince Julian. By this time, it was near lunch time, so Prince Julian let us break for lunch. After lunch, the warriors will go to their training and Prince Julian and I will work on me teleporting more.
After lunch , Prince Julian had me teleport a foot away from my current spot. I am not ashamed to say that I did not get it right on the first try. I did move about an inch. Prince Julian told me to focus on the area I want to go to and not a specific spot. I got it after three tries. For the rest of the day, I tried rematerializing further and further away. By the end of the day, I could jump across the room.
We have one more day left at Mystic Coven. I have come a long way in just a few days. By the third day, Prince Julian and I were able to teleport to different floors in the castle, then to different areas surrounding the castle. Finally yesterday, I was able to teleport.to different parts of the country. Today, I will try to teleport to different countries and then try to take at least one other person with me. Lacey volunteered to be my passenger. That shewolf is fearless.
Prince Julian and I traveled to several different countries and visited a couple of covens. Prince Julian connected with some long lost friends and met his soulmate. A beautiful vampire by the name of Violetta. She had been a sleep for several decades and had just reawakened days before our visit. She teleported with us to a couple countries. She will be moving to the castle over the holiday. Prince Julian and Violetta got me back to the castle, said hi to the king and queen, announced that Violetta was Prince Julian's soulmate, then left to go to Violetta home to pack it up.
“Wow T, we are really in the mate business. It seems that everywhere we go, someone gets mated.”
“That’s true Lettie. The moon goddess made it so.”
After Prince Julian and Violetta left, we all retired for the night. Prince Julian promised to visit after the holidays to help me teleport with a passenger. The bears gave him permission to come to the den while I am there.
