"That darn wretch thinking he could come into this pack and tried to force himself on my Beta's mate, I should have killed him" he said fuming about what had happened to Elaine.
"Does she know him?" Bella asked,
when she came out, she only saw Alpha Coast throwing a strange man out of the pack.
"Apparently she does, she was so scared of him" he relayed pacing around in the room.
"Relax, Arthur will handle his mate but are you going to murder every member of his pack just for his sins" she questioned and he sharply turned to her,
"Are you expecting me not to punish him for what he did" he asked in disbelief that she would say such a thing.
"No, I an saying that you shouldn't harm the innocent.
You can kill this man and who ever tries to protect him but don't blame his pack for his sins" she explained to him and he listened carefully to her, it was cruel to punish the pack when they did nothing to him.
"Fine, but if he dares to do something rash then I don't care about his pack, I will kill everyone" he stated and Bella was lost of what else to say. She couldn't advise him anymore because his mind was made up.
"Can you leave, I need to take a shower?" She requested and he was confused.
"Am I not supposed to see my mate's body?" He questioned the new sense of privacy.
"It's not that" Bella stated,
The last time she had a shower, he had intruded and they eventually had sex which she regretted, she didn't want the same thing to happen again.
"Then tell me what is it?
Are you scared that we might have sex again, if you want it then I am ready to please you" Coast instantly changed his temperament seducing her.
"Get out"
She pushed him out of the room and locked the door.
Alpha Coast stood outside the door smiling,
"I have clearly seen everything, you can't hide what is mine" He muttered.
"I can still hear you, leave Coast" she yelled at him and he laughed walking away.
Each day she was becoming less hostile to him and he loved every bit of it.

Elaine kept crying on Arthur chest behind close doors, when she was still in the grasp of Alpha James, she had thought he would have his way with her with no one left to save her.
"Why didn't you call for me?" Arthur asked her, if he hadn't gotten up in time to realize what was going on then who knows what Alpha James would have done to her.
"I am so sorry, I was too scared to even think of calling out for help, this was a man who haunted me for years, each event is still fresh in my memory" she said to him and he pressed her head on his chest allowing her to cry some more if it would help her relieve herself.
"I am always here to protect you, anytime you call me I would be there in a flash" he said reassuring her to confide in him. She was his only mate and it was his responsibility to protect her from harm, he couldn't forgive himself if anything bad had happened to her.
"Anytime I call you" she asked again and he kissed her head,
"Anytime you call me, I will answer" he said wiping her tears.
"I was so scared" she muttered crying some more and he kept quiet, he wished he could take away all her pain but he knew he couldn't do that for her. Her pain was a way of making her stronger and it would only take a matter of time before she puts everything she had gone through behind her and face a new world, a world that he had wished to make her happy for the rest of their lives.
"It's okay dear, I am here for you" he stuttered once again while rubbing her back,
His shirt was drained in her tears and he didn't mind it.
After a while Elaine was sober and she could finally smile at him,
"Why are you smiling?" He asked surprised by her change in mood,
"You were so cool back then, I felt safe when you came" she expressed and he couldn't help but smile too.
"I will always protect you when I am with you and even if I am not with you, I would still make sure that you go through no harm" he replied.
A knock came at the door interrupting their moment, Bella's voice was heard next.
"Elaine would you like to join me in making breakfast, we still have some hours before noon" she said.
Elaine suddenly got up excited to be in her company, she had always yearned to do things with her but Bella was always so busy or distant that she couldn't approach her other than sharing pleasantries.
She opened the door and found Bella smiling at her,
"Let's go" she grabbed her by the hand towards the kitchen.
