"Are you awake?" Bella walked into Alpha Coast room early in the morning.
He abruptly opened his eyes shocked to see her, he leaned on the bed and nodded his head.
"I want to talk about something" she said seating on the bed.
"I'm all ears" he answered her.
"It's about Denise and Lucian, it is not safe for him to be with her right now because she is dangerous" Bella said worried for Lucian, she couldn't possibly imagine what he was going through but she was sure that he was in danger.
This wasn't the conversation Alpha Coast had expected but he was also interested in the conversation,
"What do you want me to do, you were there when he took her away, I could not persuade to change his mind besides I would have done the same thing if it were you" he disclosed.
Alpha Coast didn't blame Lucian for his actions, he knew he acted out of love for his mate and wanted to be the one to protect her.
Bella was silent a bit, she felt a swelling in her heart when he claimed to do that for her too,
"But still we can't let him stay with her, Is there anyway way the sirens can be taken down without hurting Denise?" She asked, Bella may have known the answer to that because she had read many books and it said the host had to be killed too but she asked to know if he had another way.
"All I know is that they are burnt with fire and no one can handle that but sometimes the sirens also escape the fire and only the host ends up dying" he explained to her and she was puzzled.
"They can do that?" She asked losing hope if there could ever be a way.
"Yeah" he answered.
Bella was more concerned about Lucian which caused her to speak casually with him almost forgetting that he had committed a crime and she had sworn not to see him again.
"But there has to be another way, I have read all the books in the library and there is nothing important there.
I was thinking maybe we could meet someone who has experience about the sirens and once had an encounter with them and defeated them" she stated another alternative that could help on saving Denise.
"There is someone but she is dead" he said and his countenance changed, once he remembered what led to her death, he felt troubled.
"Oh, I'm sorry" she apologized noticing his change in mood.
"I also read that they could be summoned, do you know who must have summoned them before they were trapped in the room.
You were the one who trapped them right, how did you do it?" she asked him.
"It wasn't really me, they trapped themselves" he answered hiding some parts of the details from her.
"But who summoned them?" She asked again.
"My mother" he said.
Bella was more curious than ever, why did his mother summon the sirens and for what?, how is it now connected to him and why did the sirens want their revenge on him.
"Why did she summon them?" She asked.
"I don't want to talk about it" he instantly became cold and she could feel it, she couldn't force the information out of him since he wasn't ready to tell her.
"Okay, could we Atleast try to talk to Lucian to stay away from Denise for the time being" she requested.
"I don't think he will listen to me" he answered.
Lucian may have been the most sensible person he knew but once he set his mind to something, he would never let go until it was done. Right now, Staying with Denise was a decision he was willing to make and no one could change his mind not even him.
"How do you know when you haven't even tried?" She questioned him thinking he didn't want to help his Gamma.
Bella thought he was being selfish once again and she frowned at him, she wondered if he ever cared for other people other than himself.
"Because I would do the same, I would never listen to anyone else and stay by your side even if you harm me" he said and she felt her heart skip.
His gaze on her was soft and affectionate and he didn't dare take his eyes off her heating her body with his lustful eyes.
"But if you want me to talk to him then I will" he stood up from the bed showing his upper body to her, Bella instantly froze staring at his ripped body, he looked so divine that she just wanted to lick him.
He finally wore a shirt but she was still staring at him,
"Bella" he called snapping her out.
"Huh, yes I am coming with you" she said breathing heavily, she had stared at his body so much that she forgot how to breathe.
"You can't come with me, it is dangerous, you said so yourself" he used her words against her when she claimed Lucian was in danger being with Denise.
"You need protection"
"From who"
"From yourself" she answered and he twisted his lips. She was back to being her harsh self again but atleast she spoke calmly with him earlier.

Alpha Coast was able to find Lucian at the same house he rented to Denise,
They were about to knock the door when they heard a crashing sound, they immediately rushed in until they got to the room, Lucian was being held by the neck and pinned to the wall by Denise.
"Let him go" Alpha Coast roared and pulled her away from him but little did he know that she had stabbed just at the nick of time he turned her to him.
"You should really mind your business Alpha" she said and pulled out the knife, she lifted the table and sent it towards Bella who was standing by the door, Bella covered herself waiting for the impact when she felt nothing, she opened her eyes and found Alpha Coast on the ground with broken pieces of the table, he had taken the fall for her.
"Enough" Lucian got mad, he was tired of seeing her hurt others, it was okay that she hurt him but she was going too far even though she wasn't herself.
"I haven't even started" she laughed conjured a spear in her hand and tried to stab him with it but he caught it.
Furious about it, she broke the mirrors around and sent them to him, Lucian got hurt by it and he passed out on the ground bleeding.
She walked to Alpha Coast but Bella stood in her path protecting him,
"Dear Bella, even after all that I had told you, you will still defend a murderer, a man who killed his own father.
I really thought you were smart and would make the right decision but I guess I was wrong" Denise said standing directly in front of her.
"I am not going to let you touch him"
She strictly warned her and she scoffed.
"Do you think you can stop me, I will like to see you try" she stated.
A new surge of energy filled Bella's body and the air around them became very strong, she screamed and slammed Denise to the wall by directing the wind through the wall.
Denise got up surprised, she had not expected her to have powers that great,
"I guess I underestimated you, I thought all you knew how to do was shield" she said remembering how Bella had protected Coast from them with a shield of fire.
Bella closed her eyes and a gust of wind surrounded her forming a tornado, she was about to attack Denise and knock her out when she got hit by three arrow to the chest, she crashed in Alpha Coast arms as he watched in horror the arrows in her chest,
Fuck saving Denise, he swore to kill her for harming his mate but Bella held him, he looked down at her and she shaked her head.
"Don't hurt her" she pleaded,
Bella got back on her feet with the arrows still in her chest, she created the tornado again and sucked Denise into it causing a distraction for them to leave.
Alpha Coast carried her out while dragging Lucian out of the room too.
The screams of Denise could be heard as she kept swirling around losing her balance.
"I found solution" Elaine appeared breathless, she had ran out of the room without telling Arthur about it though he was busy with the pack's work.
"What happened to Bella" she noticed the three arrows stuck to her chest, Alpha Coast knelt down beside her and was about to pull them out.
"Hold her still" he ordered Elaine and she pressed Bella down.
He piled out the first arrow and Bella screamed in pain, his heart ached on seeing her like that and he wished he was the one who got struck.
He pulled the next arrow and she cried out,
"Last one please" he pleaded for her to hold on, she was on the verge of passing out.
"Okay" she replied and strengthened herself, he pulled out the last arrow and she winced in pain.
He laid her on the chair to allow her wake up, "Elaine, you said you found a way" he turned towards her.
"Yes Alpha" she answered and Bella instantly opened her eyes, she wanted to hear the solution Elaine had figured out.
Alpha Coast grabbed Lucian by the collar and slapped him back to life,
"I'm up" he said and pulled out the shards of the mirror from his body.
"What happened" he asked how they were out of the room without Denise,
"Was she able to escape?" He added.
"No, she is still in the room" Alpha Coast ordered him to listen and he heard her screams,
His feet gave way to want to help her but Coast stopped him.
"Elaine has found a way so could you listen to her before you make any rash decisions" He said and Lucian stopped.
"We are all ears Elaine" Alpha Coast said.
"Okay,
We all know that they only way to kill the Sirens is with fire and their most preferable host is human and not werewolves, do you know why?" She asked and there was silence for a while.
They had all expected to just give the solution and not ask questions.
"It's because they are unstable, so what if we actually turn Denise into a wolf.
It would give her a fighting chance against the sirens and she might be able to control them" she explained to them.
"No, we cannot do that to her without her permission" Bella immediately objected.
