Sold to her Forbidden Alpha Chapter 60

Denise woke up in a dark room with nothing but a steel door holding her in,

"Let me out Lucian or I am going to burn this place to the ground" she warned him,

The sirens were reminded of the room they were locked up in back in the castle and it didn't settle well with them.

"I know you can hear me Lucian, open the door now" she yelled,

She could hear his heartbeat just outside the door and she was certain he was standing there listening to her.

"Bring back Denise" he demanded in exchange for opening the door.

Lucian had no other way to talk to Denise other than requesting the sirens to let her go.

"We can't do that" She answered, Denise made a perfect host for the sirens and they weren't about to let her go until the mission was complete.

"Then I won't let you go" he answered.

Lucian was at a point of desperation, he wanted his mate back and most of all he wanted it all to end.

Denise came to the pack seeking refuge and this was what she got, he blamed himself for taking her to the castle when he should have kept her away from there as far as possible to protect her, he never knew that that would be the last moment his mate would ever be herself.

"You made a big mistake bringing us here, I know that you want to be with your mate but that is not possible until the work is done.

We must have our revenge on the Alpha if not then your mate remains with us until it is done" she answered and he didn't want to believe that.

"You think having a her as your host is the best solution, do you know how weak the human body is, it means that at some point when you have used up all your powers her body will give up and you would be helpless" he relayed to them to see why Denise needed to be released.

"We can handle our problems by ourselves, as for the weakness, her body is much stronger than you thought and with us in her, she is beyond your greatest imagination" she answered him firmly.

"Just let her go and I will let you out of here, find another host or something but just let her go, she doesn't deserve this" he pleaded with them as his last resort.

"What if this is her destiny, this might be the reason why she came here.

Don't you believe in fate?" She asked and he frowned.

"What stupid fate are you talking about, you turned my mate into a host, she is a prey to you and you are talking about fate.

I won't let you out of here until you let her go" he threatened.

"Do you think this room can hold me?" She warned and the door began shaking, she attempted to rip it off its hinges.

"Not the door but me" he said walking in like it didn't matter if she wasn't herself or not.

"What an unwise decision" she smiled.

"You may have the body of my mate but I know deep down that she can hear me and wouldn't harm me" he said with confidence making her laugh.

"We will see about that" she threw him to the wall with her magic, Lucian crashed hard on it but he didn't stop.

"Denise I know you can hear me, fight them" he yelled to her,

She picked him up and smashed his back to the ground.

"Your mate is long gone and will never come back" she answered him tearing his face.

Lucian didn't fight back because he couldn't harm his mate, even though the sirens were inside of her, he still regarded her as his mate and couldn't harm her.

"She isn't, I know she can hear me and will fight to be set free.

Denise I believe in you" he said and the words got to Denise in the darkness she was also trapped in.

"You can fight it Denise, please come back to me" he pleaded and she heard him again.

"I said she is long gone" She conjured up a knife and stabbed his shoulders, Lucian groaned in pain but didn't back down.

"Denise you are one of the strongest women I know and I can vouch my life for that, don't let yourself be lost forever, your friends need you, I need you" he muttered to her.

The friendship between Lucian and Denise was all he had left, he hadn't had the courage to tell he that she was his Mate and how much he loved her, each time he visited her, he had vowed to tell her the truth but then chickened out and finally said nothing,

He was scared that she might reject him and he was being extra cautious about that, he had never seen her show her feeling towards him but he believed that they had a special connection than just being ordinary friends even though his was much bigger because she was his mate and the woman meant for him.

"Please fight it" he begged.

"Not today" She raised her hand ready to slash his neck with her claws when she suddenly stopped. Her bright green eyes changed back her to beautiful blue eyes and she called out his name.

"Lucian"

"What's going on?" Denise truly was back, she asked wondering why she had him in her grasp.

"You are back" he said relieved, he hugged her tightly happy to her back to her normal self again.

Lucian took her back to her house and they sat down facing each other,

"What really happened?" She asked.

"What was the last thing you remember?" he asked back giving her a cup of tea.

"After breakfast in the castle, I decided to do a little tour when I heard my name, I followed the voice and ended up in a dark room.

What I saw there terrified me, I saw a void creature with green eyes, it said it knew who I was and had summoned me here.

I said why and it said to kill the Alpha, before I knew it I saw hundreds more and they surrounded me.

After I refused to help them, they said I had no choice and I suddenly blacked out after that.

The next time I was myself was when I heard your voice, you were asking me to fight, so I opened the door keeping me in" she narrated all that had happened while she blacked out.

"Hmm" he exclaimed.

"What's wrong?

Did I do anything bad" she asked confused by the stern look on his face, she guessed he had a lot to say.

"Just to justify, it wasn't really you but the Sirens.

You tried to kill the Luna by digging your claws into her body, she was in a coma for three days, you also tried to kill the Alpha by stabbing him with a spear.

You kidnapped Elaine and looked her up in an underground bunker and you may have caused a dispute between the Alpha and the Luna" he narrated to her all that she did though it wasn't really her but the sirens.

"I did all that?" She asked,

Denise was terrified that she had tried to hurt others, she couldn't remember doing any of that but it still hurt that it happened.

"The Sirens, you weren't really yourself" he corrected her.

He didn't want her to blame herself for a crime she didn't intentionally commit do, it wasn't her fault that she hurt them, she was possessed and couldn't stop herself until now.

Denise felt terrible and he could see it all over her face, he held her hand to calm her down.

"Don't worry about it, they all know that it wasn't you okay" he said to comfort her.

"But what if I do it again, I don't want to hurt anyone.

Please help me Lucian" she panicked worried that she might lose it again.

"I'm right here with you, I can help you fight it and take control of them until we find a solution to get them out of you.

Don't worry, I won't let you harm anyone" he replied.

"Promise me" she gazed at him, he stared at the beautiful blue eyes of his mate and agreed,

"I promise"

They discussed a bit more until she slept off on the couch, he carried to the bedroom and laid her on the bed.

"Good night Denise" he muttered watching her sleep for a while before leaving.

The next morning Lucian woke up and prepared breakfast for Denise, he knocked on the door but there was no answer, he heard her grunting like she was fighting with someone so he barged into the room

He found her shaking uncontrollably on the bed, he rushed to her to hold her still, after two minutes she was calm and stopped shaking.

She opened her eyes to find him closer to her,

"I thought I lost you" Lucian said, her eyes were still Blue and he knew it was her and not the Sirens.

"Hello Lucian" she said and stabbed him in the chest, her eyes suddenly changed to green and she pushed him to the ground.

"I had told you that your mate was lost and would never be able to control us" she said standing tall in front of him.

"What have you done to her?" She dragged himself backwards as she walked closer to him with the knife she had stabbed him with.

"I took her back to where she belonged, did you really think that she could stay in control over us, she is just a weak woman who can never defeat us" The sirens answered, they enjoyed putting him in confusion thinking his mate could actually win over them.

"Bring her back" Lucian yelled at them.

"No, what's the point, we gave you time to be with your mate, wasn't that generous enough of us" she said and grabbed his hand, Lucian was still reluctant to hit her because she was his mate.

She easily broke his arm and he groaned in pain,

"I am really going to enjoy killing you" she picked him up and pinned him to the wall about to slash his neck.

"Don't worry, your mate would join you in a little while" she signified that Denise wasn't going to survive and would join him soon.

Her long claws erupted from her hand but she put them back and decided to use a knife.
