After finding out that she was pregnant, Hava became more unsettled than ever. Her mind was always thinking about the worst from what could happen if Alpha Reid found out the whole truth.
And then there was Rebecca who was already in on her secret, if she found out about her pregnancy too then she would most definitely gloat over it or threaten her.
Hava had seen how desperate Rebecca was to get the Luna title and she knew that if she found out about her pregnancy too then she would be more desperate. She already had plans of killing Lily's child, what were the possibilities that she wouldn't want to kill her child too.
"Rebecca open up" she knocked on her door quite early in the morning.
"What is it Hava, I need my morning sleep" Rebecca grunted opening the door and Hava walked in.
"I want out" She blurted out to her.
Rebecca rubbed her sleepy eyes trying to understand what she meant.
"Want out of what?" She asked.
"I want out of all these, the plan to kill the child, to get the Luna title from Lily. I want out of all of that" she confessed to her getting that off her chest.
For someone who had just woken up, Rebecca laughed like she had just heard a joke.
"That's not possible Hava unless you want your secret out in the open and before Alpha Reid.
Don't you care about the punishment you would face" she questioned her folding her arms as she sat on her bed.
"I don't care as far as i don't have to kill an innocent child" Hava replied.
Having her own child made her realize how far she could go to protect the child and killing another child was too unbearable for her.
"There is no getting out of this Hava unless you want me to tell the Alpha immediately about your relationship with the Gamma behind his back.
Here's a little hint of what he will do you the both of you, you two will be tortured and will finally face death, I don't think you want to see your previous mate die because all that would be your fault.
You might think dying along with him would be the best choice but is that what the Gamma wants.
Think carefully Hava before you make a rash decision such as this" Rebecca toyed with her.
She was fully aware how much Hava cared for the Gamma and she wouldn't bear to have anything bad happen to him much less for her sake.
"But this has to stop Rebecca, you can't just kill an innocent child to get what you want" she defended to make her change her mind and think of other ways to get the Luna title.
"You are right Hava, I wouldn't harm such a defenseless child who hasn't been born yet.
You will be the one to do that" she stated and Hava instantly froze.
"What did you just say?" Hava inquired.
"The plan has changed, you will be the one to kill the child" she rectified.
"No, you cannot do this to me Rebecca, you know I can't bear to hurt an innocent child again" she muttered and Rebecca instantly picked up.
After Hava had accidentally killed Bella's child, she still felt guilty about it and now she had to kill another.
"Again, which means you have done it before.
Come on, it would hurt to do it twice" she suggested with a smirk on her face.
"No" she yelled.
"This is not a choice Hava, this is an order.
It is either you do it or the Alpha knows about your relationship with the Gamma" Rebecca threatened instilling fear in her.
"You could sacrifice your life for Lily but let me ask you, would she do the same for you" She added.
Hava thought about the things Lily had done to her in the past, she didn't deserve her pity for all that she had done.
Rebecca walked towards her drawer and took out a tonic,
"What is this?" Hava asked as she placed it in her hand.
"Poison, it will kill the child.
All you have to do is put in Lily's drink and then the rest would be taken care of. Once the job is done then I will let you be and your secret would be forgotten" She phrased.
Hava racked her brain thinking, she now had to choose between her life and the life of an unborn child. It wasn't just her life that was on the line but also the life of her unborn child and the man she loved the most.
She couldn't let anything happen to them,
"If this is done then you would set me free and zip your mouth forever" she asked making a decision to choose herself.
"Yes, you would be surprised how good I am at keeping secrets" Rebecca smiled answering the question, Hava had chosen to do exactly as she ordered and she lived in the moment.
"Just incase you hesitate in poisoning her drink, just remember that the Alpha's office is just a few feet's away and news travels fast which could lead to unwanted death which you could have avoided" Rebecca whispered to her before she left the room.
Hava made haste to the kitchen where she intended to make a drink for Lily and poison it, she found omegas in the kitchen and decided to hide from them.
"Ma'am Lily would like her drink sugar free" an omega said to a red hair omega and left her.
The red hair omega mixed the drink and went out to get a few things from the store room, Hava came out of her hiding and poured the tonic into it, mixed it well and then left the kitchen.

An hour later, Lily sat in her room idle when she felt a sharp pain in her stomach, at first she thought it was the baby kicking but the pain instantly became worse after a second, she could feel her organs getting crushed. She groaned from the pain looking for anything that would relieve her of such pain but there was nothing.
"Help me" she cried out but no one heard her, she crashed to the ground dragging her body, the pain was too much that she began to shed tears. She wished someone could open the door and save her, she kept staring at the door waiting for help as she held her stomach.
"Help me" she cried out again, her voice was quite dim this time and it couldn't even gain attention from anyone that might pass by.
"Please, anyone help me" she pleaded dragging herself to the door, since no one was coming to her rescue, she opted to helping herself out until someone actually saw her and rushed to her aide.
A minute later, She couldn't move her body anymore and just laid there letting the pain crushing the insides of her stomach, she then thought about her child and she got the urge to want to live.
Richard took a break off his duty to try to talk to Lily, As the chief guard he had access to most places so he walked casually in until he got to Lily chambers with the excuse that she was needed by the Alpha.
"Ma'am Lily" he knocked on the door but there was no response. He hadn't seen her leave the castle and was certain that she was in her room.
"Ma'am Lily" he called again.
"Help me" he heard her scream and he opened the door, he found her curled on the ground and he was distressed, he ran to her immediately.
"Lily" he called with her in his arms, her eyes were half closed and she was about to pass out.
"Stay with me Lily" he pleaded as he carried her out of the room and towards the hospital.
The news about what happened to Lily got to the Alpha and he rushed to the hospital with immediate effect.
He stormed into the doctors office,
"Is the child okay?" He asked in fear, he couldn't care less about Lily, as far as the child was okay then he was okay.
"Yes Alpha, the child is okay" the doctor answered.
"And Lily?" He then asked.
"She is fine too, she was poisoned and who ever did it had the intent of killing the child" the doctor disclosed and Alpha Reid was shocked.
Who would dare to harm him child, the first person that came to his mind was Rebecca because she had always been struggling for the Luna title but then he didn't believe it because she knew the consequences of that.
He stormed out of the doctor's office and towards Lily's ward.
"Did you try to kill the child?" he asked Rebecca sitting beside Lily's bed, he grabbed her by the neck squeezing her to death.
"No, I would never do that" she answered.
This was exactly what she had expected, Rebecca had insinuated that if she poisoned the drink then all fingers would point at her so she decided to use Hava.
"You are lying to me" he yelled in a fit of rage.
"Why would I think of harming an unborn child much less your child" she answered him.
"I would never do such a thing Alpha" she added.
"The drink" Lily blurted out and Alpha Reid turned to her.
"What are you talking about?" He asked.
"The drink I had this morning, it was the only thing I had since morning.
It had to be the drink" Lily stated. She could remember that the pain came thirty minutes after she finished her drink.
"Are you sure about that?" He asked with his hands still on the neck of Rebecca.
"Yes"
"Who served it to you?" He asked.
"The red hair omega" she identified.
Alpha Reid stormed out of the room and towards the pack house, the omegas had already been assembled.
He spotted the red hair omega and he grabbed her by the neck lifting her up from the ground.
"You dare try to kill my child" he reworded.
"Alpha, I would never do such a thing" the omega replied, she tried so hard to not look at him while speaking but his grip on her neck was enough to stare at him.
"You liar" he yelled.
"Alpha please, you are..." she wasn't given the chance to finish the sentence when he clawed her neck to death. He smashed her lifeless body to the wall and walked away with her blood dripping from his hand.
Hava stood there in shock after watching Alpha Reid kill the omega, she couldn't help but blame herself for the omega's death.
She was completely shaken up and thought if that was what would have happened to her if she was caught.
She could have been the one lying lifeless on the ground now.
