The whole pack was summoned before the pack house to witness the punishment of Richard.
He was tied to a pole shirtless while facing everyone, two guards stood by him with silver chains in their hands ready to whip him.
Alpha Reid took his seat to watch it while his Beta and Gamma stood beside him.
Hava stood along with the mistresses to watch even though she didn't want to, they were all summoned by the Alpha to show them exactly what it was like if anyone dared to deceive him again to turn to any man that wasn't him.
Alpha Reid gave the signal and they began flogging him mercilessly, Richard held the pain without uttering a word. The silver was already burning his skin giving him wounds, he could feel blood dripping from his back but that wasn't his main concern.
The woman he loved was being locked up along with his child, he wasn't given a chance to see her, despite how much he begged the Alpha to spare her and punish him instead, he wouldn't listen and choosed to punish her too.
"Faster" Alpha Reid commanded, he wanted to hear a cry from Richard, he wanted him to beg in front of everyone, he wanted to see him breakdown from the pain but none of that was happening. Alpha Reid knew he was in pain but he also knew that he was trying so hard to compose himself in front of everyone and that was not what he wanted.
"Heat up the chains" Alpha Reid ordered and the silver chains were heated up and used on Richard again.
The first hit sent a immeasurable pain to his body as he shaked a bit, he was also burning from within yet he couldn't do anything about it.
Richard was ready to accept his punishment for sleeping with Lily but what he couldn't accept was the fact that she was being locked up.
It wasn't good for her health because she carried a child and he was worried about that. His eyes swept towards the balcony and he saw Hava, she could easily understand his expression and knew that he was worried about his dear Lily.
She looked down to Ashton and he nodded his head slightly permitting her to check up on Lily in the dungeon.
"Make it hotter" Alpha Reid ordered and the chains were heated up again.
Hava wasn't able to watch such torture anymore, she saw it as the punishment Ashton was about to face when they also got caught. It gave her goosebumps that she couldn't get rid of.
She walked out of there and towards the dungeon, walking down the stairs, she could hear sobs and could tell it was Lily crying her heart out.
Once she saw her, she instantly stopped crying,
"Are you also here to mock me?" She asked with puffy eyes.
"If I was then I would have been here a long time ago" Hava replied her. The sorry state Lily was had given her no cause to laugh at her.
"Then why are you here?" She asked trying to act strong in front of her but deep down she wanted to cry her heart out in despair.
"Don't you need someone to talk to, I'm here for you" Hava said sincerely and Lily could see it in her eyes. She let go of her pride and began,
"This is all my fault, this is all because of my greed.
I was too eager to be the Luna that I didn't know I was digging my own grave, I should have just listened to Richard and ran away with him but I was too greedy to leave all this behind" Lily stated.
Hava listened carefully to her, it reminded her of herself, she had followed Alpha Reid in hopes to live a better life, a life of luxury that she had to reject her mate to get such life.
"He had begged me to come with him but I wanted more, I wanted my son to be the Next Alpha so I refused to go with him claiming he couldn't take care of me" She cried out.
Lily hated herself for not listening to Richard and leaving with him when he had suggested it.
"We all make stupid decisions at some point in our lives all that matters now is how we actually fix it" Hava advised her even though she knew it was too late for her to be able to do that.
"How do you expect me to fix this, Richard is already being beaten up all because of my cause, I was the one who seduces him in the first place until he eventually fell in love with him.
All that is happening to me is all my fault, I had betrayed the man I loved and hurt him countless times and yet he still stands by me.
I don't want anything to happen to him Hava" she pleaded with her like Hava was able to do something about it.
"Things are out of my hand but I can promise you is that I will try my best to talk to the Alpha, being locked up is not a good condition for the baby" Hava stated.
"I don't care about myself, all I care is that the father of my child is saved, he doesn't deserve all these, I deserve to die" she blurted out.
"If you don't care about yourself then care about your child, do you think Richard endured all you did to him just because it was you, it was also for his child.
Think about living Lily that's the best you can do for him" Hava instructed.

Late in the evening, Alpha Reid visited the dungeon where Lily was tied up, she was leaning on the wall sleeping after hours of crying that she didn't notice he was there.
He ordered for a bucket of cold water be poured on her and she instantly woke up, she got up on her feet and was met with Alpha Reid rageful eyes.
"Alpha" she called in fear, she moved backwards away from the bars, away from him.
"Merely seeing your face makes me sick" he stated with disgust, Alpha Reid now hated her for the things she did to him.
"How did you feel when you deceived me making me think that that thing in your belly was mine.
Did you feel like you were on top of the world that you were able to fool an Alpha such as myself. You must have felt really good to lie directly to my face right?" He asked.
Lily Kept her head down without uttering a word to him.
"Answer me, he yelled shaking the bars as if he wanted to rip them off its hinges, Lily was shaken up.
"I didn't mean to" she answered.
Alpha Reid scoffed, "You didn't mean to, I almost made you the Luna, I had promised to make a child that wasn't even mine the next Alpha and you are telling me that you didn't mean to lie to me" he reworded her statement finding impossible that she could actually mean what she said.
"I just couldn't tell the truth because you were so excited" she replied.
"I was so excited, why wouldn't I be when I thought the child was mine. You have committed a grievous offense Lily and you would never be forgiven for this, no one will be able to save you from me" he stated.
"I know what I did was wrong but please don't punish me just yet, let me give birth to my child and I promise you that I will serve my punishment without question" she answered.
What Hava had said sunk into her brain and she decided that she was going to do everything she could to make the child live.
"Do you think I am stupid, do you think I care about that child now maybe before when I thought he was mine but not now that I know the truth.
Don't think you will ever make it out of here alive because I won't let that happen.
You and your so called man is going die by my hand along with that thing in your stomach" he stated.
Alpha Reid wanted to state a deep warning to anyone who would dare to cross him to show that he was strict and wouldn't take disloyalty lightly.
Hearing that her child would be killed Lily was in high alert, she couldn't let such a thing happen. She couldn't let her unborn child die just like that. Her son was all that she lived for and she was almost due to give birth.
"Please Alpha I beg you" she went on her knees begging him.
Her last hope was her dear child and she couldn't bear the thought of having him killed along with her.
"You should have thought of that before you decided to deceive me" he answered back with no ounce of sympathy for the child. After finding out that the child wasn't his, he didn't care about saving the child all he wanted was for them to pay for what they had done to him and if killing the child would have the biggest impact then he was ready to waste the child's life even killing it before it could even take its first breath on earth.
"Please Alpha, don't be so heartless to harm an innocent baby who has done nothing wrong to you" she begged.
Her son was just an object of revenge for Alpha Reid to get back at her, she tried to reach out to his soft side, to remind him of those times he actually cared for the child genuinely.
"I don't care how much you plead, everything concerning you would be burnt to ashes including that baby" Alpha Reid stated the most gruesome way of ever killing a wolf.
The thought of her child being burnt to death was too painful for Lily to think about she began cry again as she dropped to the floor just after the Alpha left.
She wouldn't stop blaming herself for the predicament she was in, she was the reason why her son wouldn't have a future, why he wouldn't have a family to call his own.
He would never get to experience what it feels like to be born, to walk on the earth, all that waited for him was ashes and his after life.
"I don't want this for you my child but what can I do" she said crying her heart out.
It was hurtful to know the fate of her only hope would be being burnt to ashes right in her stomach.
