After Lucian had left the Red moon pack in search of his mate, he finally found her in an a home close to the border of another pack.
He was so eager to meet Denise but he had to waited for Cabello to leave before he could knockon the door.
Denise opened it thinking it was Cabello who forgot something and was surprised to see Lucian in front of her. He immediately hugged her tightly in his arms, he had missed her so much that he felt completely lost.
She closed the door quickly to avoid being seen by Cabello,
“What are you doing here Lucian, how did you find me?” She asked baffled. She hadn’t told him exactly where she was going to because she didn’t want to follow her and start a fight with her uncle.
“I missed you so much” he whispered to her and her heart fluttered, all her worries vanished as she hugged him too. The feeling of being in her mate’s arms was amazing and she had almost forgotten what that felt like.
After while they finally let go of each other to talk things through,
“How did you find me?” She asked him.
“When you left I was so devastated and eager to find you so I sent men to search for you and I got the information today” he answered.
“How are you holding up?” She asked acting all caring and thoughtful even when she knew he wasn’t okay because she had left him with a warning or trace.
“Terrible, I missed you everyday you were gone. I don’t want to ask why you left neither am I here to take you back. I know that you would always choose your family over me that’s why I am here to tell you that I understand and I will stick by your decision” he said.
Denise stared at him wondering how she got an understanding mate like him, she had expected him to be mad that she left him but here he was being calm about it.
“I am sorry that I had to leave that way, I wanted to stay back but I just couldn’t. I couldn’t just leave my uncle who had stuck with me for years. He is the only family I have” she explained to him and he smiled.
“I understand, it is much better than rejecting me” he said.
If Denise had really wanted to cut off all connections with him then she would have rejected him but she didn’t which gave him hope that she still cared about him and wanted to be with him.
“You know I missed you too” she said moving closer to him touching his face.
“I don’t think you did, you look fine without me” he looked away from her beginning his childish acts.
She held his face once again and turned him towards her, she kissed him fiercely showing him how much she missed him.
“Is that enough for you my dear mate” she uttered.
“Not enough” he stated kissing her again and pinning her underneath him.
The door knob was pulled alerting them both,
“Denise open the door” Cabello said and they were now terrified.
“You have to leave immediately” Denise pushed him off her.
“I’m coming” she yelled.
Lucian scrambled looking for a place to hide but he found none,
“What the hell are you doing, go out through the back door” she whispered and he quickly got out before she could open the door.
“Were you talking to someone? I could hear whispers?” Cabello said walking into the house.
“No, I was singing” she answered and he nodded his head and walked in.
“Why are you back so soon?” She asked him checking if Lucian was really gone.
“I forgot something” he said and headed towards his room. Denise used that opportunity to check for Lucian and he was really gone, she signed in relief about that because she knew Cabello would certainly get into a fight with him if he had found him in the house.

At the Red moon pack, Bella sat in the room when Alpha Coast brought a tray of fruits to her.
“Hmm, this looks amazing” she remarked taking out an apple.
“Its a beautiful day today, what would you like to do?” He asked seating at the edge of the bed. Alpha Coast had transferred all his work to his Beta Arthur so that he could spend the day with her doing whatever she wanted.
“Nothing much, just want to be close to you” she said gesturing for him to come closer to her which he did. She rested her head on his shoulders as she continued eating.
“You know back when my family were alive, my dad would make breakfast sometimes for my mother and bring it to her room. When me and my brother ask for our share, he would say that the breakfast was special and not for kids to eat” Bella said recalling how affectionate her father had been to her mother, they were the perfect couple to her and she wished to be like them one day.
Seeing Coast do those things her father used to do for her, it reminded her of home.
“Your father really loved your mother” Coast stated, he refused to remind himself of how his father treated himself mother because he would only be hurt by such memories.
“He did” she answered and kissed his cheeks.
“I love you too my big bad Alpha” she whispered biting his ears making him blush.
Bella picked up a banana and ate when she noticed Coast watching her keenly.
“What’s wrong” she asked.
“Nothing” he said.
She knew it wasn’t nothing and he was bothered by something but didn’t know what it was. When she was about to take another bite from the banana she noticed him lick his lips.
“Don’t tell me you are turned on by this” she yelled at him as he chuckled.
“I was thinking if the banana felt good in your mouth or perhaps you would like something else” he said.
“Like what” She feigned Ignorance knowing exactly what he was talking about but pretended not to.
He grabbed her hand to touch his pants and she could feel a bulging underneath his pants, he was really turned on.
He lifted her face to him as he kissed her, Bella made a swift move climbing on top of him as she knocked down the tray of fruits from the bed.
