Iris's POV.
He pinned me to the wall, I let him act like he is my master, he could fly all he want thinking that he could kill me just like that, then he had something coming, and I will make him bow before me before I kill him.
Oh, Damien, my Damien, you are still as stupid as you were back then, so you think you could just scare an alpha and she will confess like some chicken omega. I said inwardly staring directly into his eyes and my wolf picture all the things we could do to him.
"I am not Iris, I am Rose, and if you or your beloved mate and guards think that I am that woman, it's not my business what you think because I am not her." I growl.
"Are you growling at the alpha?" He pressed harder on my neck, I am getting impatient, and I jerk his hand off my throat as I throw him to the floor, his back hit the wall, and I could see the anger and my power surge through me. I match towards him, I am done with the hide and seek.
"Remember Rupert," Sally said as she flash Rupert's face to me, the next thing, I could see my body becomes calm and I walked slowly to him.
"Alpha Damien, are you alright?” He open his eyes and look at me, he is already standing on his feet like nothing happened, he stared surprised at me. "Why are you looking at me, like that?" I caress his jaw, he shakes his head confused. " Are you sure you are fine?" I tugged his shirt, he shakes his head again, my Sally was busy dancing in my head. Feeling fulfilled about what happened. "Do you still believe I am Iris?" Playing with his shirt button.
"I have something to attend to, can we talk about that later?"
"Sure," I smirked looking at him, he turned to leave. "Aren't you going to invite me to your party, or did your Luna also say I am not allowed?"
Faking a gloomy face. "Of cause not, and she is no longer my Luna, she is only carrying my child and there is no way I could take someone I have rejected before."
"Thank you." I mouthed pecking his lips.
"Anything for you." He pecks my lips back, taking a step from me. I smiled wildly as he is no longer visible to me.
"Iris." I wasn't expecting anyone to call me that, I have already answered before I realized myself, I stood motionless, staring at the annoying Hilary. "Oh dear, you see how careless you are, you should watch your back, if I were you, I will disappeared because this pack will never be yours, it will belong to me and my unborn child."
"Stop daydreaming, you and your child can never rule the Goldfang pack, it belongs to my grandparents, and it's only right that I take over it."
"So you are admitting that you are Iris."
I smirked. "I thought pregnant women only hallucinate, I never thought that they could have partial memory loss. Didn't I already admit that I am Iris?"
"I will tell the alpha that you are..."
I tittered. "It's your words against mine, remember you are not even in the good book of Damien, he is going to see you as some desperate bitch that is eager to get rid of her rival."
"That is not true." She snarled.
"Of cause, it's true, you are mad that I am going to be the next Luna because the alpha loves me now and he has promised to give me the crown." My words rile her, and she growls and howls at the same, trying to launch herself at me, one of Damien's guards appears from nowhere and pulled her hand.
"Let me go, so you are protecting this woman?" She pulled from their grip and stomped out.
"Iris, you getting too much, you should learn how to control your words, the walls as ears." Sally doesn't seem to approve of this action of mine.
"I could take all of them, no one could defeat me." I snarled.
"That is pride, you should know that pride goes before a fall." She scoffed.
"What are you saying, are you by chance saying, I will fall?" I growled at my wolf.
"You are being a brat, can you open your mind link?"
"What for?" Falling on the bed.
"Someone is trying to mind link us."
"And who might that be?" I am not in any mood to want to talk to anyone, so I shut it.
"It's Campbell."
"I don't want to speak to him, I don't want to get any distraction, I need to focus, tomorrow is going to be a big day"
"It's going to be something the world had never seen before." I turned to my side, it wasn't my conversation that one of the ladies sitting on the other bed in the open room is commenting on but they are talking about the announcement of Hilary's pregnancy.
"I heard the alpha is making a sculpture of his unborn child, he had spent a fortune to make the sculpture comes out, with the face the child might carry when he finally arrived and having it done on short notice." Another comment.
Damien must be very stupid to think that they could get his unborn child's face accurately and what makes him feel that he is going to be a boy, he should stop daydreaming of passing the position of alpha to his heir.
"Go to bed Iris, tomorrow is going to be a big day." Sally reminded me, I jumped off my bed and took off my wears when my newfound friend walked into the room, friend I don't even know her name. I wondered where she have been.
"You are back." She stretches out a cup of coffee for me.
"Thanks, I need this." I gulped the entire content before Sally could even speak up.
"Iris are you crazy, why can't you smell before drinking?" She whines in my head.
"Why? She..." I held my chest, a sharp pain struck my chest, and my breath wasn't stable, the pain is unbearable, forcing me to try to stand from the bed, but I fall to my feet. "What did you do to me?"
"The truth is, I don't mean to hurt you, I can never hurt you and you have nothing to be afraid of you are not going to die, it's not a wolfsbane, even if it's, you are going to survive this, I am sorry, I only wanted my freedom."
"Oh, this naive girl what have you done?" I struggle on the floor but those two other ladies pay no attention to me.
"You will be fine Alpha Iris, I am sorry." Her face keeps fading as my vision goes blank until I fall to the ground, and completely fade out.
