Caitlin's P.O.V.
“The following weeks has been divine. After the incident at the law firm, I can pretty much say things has fallen into place.
“After how things turned out between us that day, my mind has been in disarray. I'm confused at how my feelings waver towards him.
“It's like my heart has created a space just for him, My mind is filled with thoughts of him. Anyway after that incident Max hovers around me like a mother hen, but the good news is now he lets me out. Am not couped up in the house anymore, he even takes me out to work functions and fundraiser.
“And now presently we are now at the wedding. It's one of Max's biggest shareholder's wedding which we got invited to.
“It's quite an important event, when Max got the invitation from both couple. Although he refused to attend but I convinced him that attending this wedding gives us room to socialize and for me to stretch my legs more.
“The wedding reception is going to be held at a real fancy hotel, the food, music and decorations is going to be exquisite and fancy. I mean that's what you get for hosting your wedding reception at one of New York Most Finest Five star hotel.
“I was introduced to some of Max's business associates and friends, I even met some of my old clients. I guess they all move in the same high social society.
“During the wedding ceremony I could see some ladies sending flirty glances at Max. Such act irked and annoyed me especially with me standing beside him. Am pretty sure they were intimidated especially with the way I glared at them when I caught them in the eye. I mean who dares to anger a pregnant woman.
“And am not jealous....
“Because I never have been jealous, not ever and not in this lifetime.....
“Its definitely not jealousy, am just a lady who's trying to save this poor single ladies from being broken hearted. Which is why anytime they try to approach him I grab hold of his arm, of Course flashing my wedding band in a subtle manner....
“Well I guess the baby bump is Anything but subtle. Still, they should learn to stay away.
“Note, definitely not jealousy!
“My eyes misted as Heather the bride walks into the church, looking dazzling in her beautiful wedding gown, holding tightly a bouquet of red roses. With A delicate tiara which graced her coiffure which was a to her from the groom for their wedding.
“The service was held in a parish church and when the time came for the couples to receive the their vows, my gaze then drifts to Maximilliano as I leaned into him.
“Will you take this woman as your lovely wedded wife ...”The priest says smiling. As The groom answered with a “Yes” smiling happily as he stares at his bride with warmth and love in his eyes.
“Will you love her, Comfort her, honour and keep her in sickness and in health and forsaking others , keep your self loyal to her till death do you apart”I priest chant with an inquiring look on his face.
“I then freeze at those words he just uttered, I could then feel Max's stare as he holds my hands more tightly.Every bone in my body seems to melt under Max's gaze just then I wondered how it would have been if we did had a proper big wedding like this, with real friends and family as witnesses to our union.
“Instead of his lawyers as witness....
“Just maybe, if we had met in a different circumstances....

“The memory of our own wedding comes crashing in . It had just been the two of us with the officiant and the standby witness called in by the chapel. The short wedding Service had been thick with tension then with a I - can't - believe -am - doing - this - reverie.
“Composing myself and focusing on the service I felt unexpectedly teary, thankfully I was able to go through the service without a hitch. Although I couldn't help the tears that slipped out of my eyes.
“I'm definitely not being emotional, it's just pregnancy hormones”.I thought.....

Max's P.O.V.
“At the wedding reception I could not take my eyes off my sweet lovely wife. I stood to one side of the large ballroom taking a sip of my wine . I know I have unmasked and apparent desire etched in my face but I can't help myself. Spending time with Caitlin has made me addicted and obsessed that I can't contain myself.
“I'm now committing the unbelievable gauche sin of lusting after my own wife at a social event but I don't give a damn .
“When I caught sight of Caitlin Tonight she stunned me even more with a body hugging gown it's not harmful but it made the curve of her baby bump more pronounced. She looks more ravishing in a crimson satin gown and her neck looks even more glorious with the Ruby and diamond pendan necklace, I bought for her pairing it with matching earrings.
“I know she doesn't like being extravagant but I still presented her with the jewels at the mansion just when we were about to leave for the wedding, This very necklace set is a family jewel and heirloom that has been passed down to all the wife's of the Giovanni's.
“Caitlin refused to put it on so I had to convince her otherwise and of course I didn't tell her it's part of a family heirloom. Because then she'll think it freaking important and of course do the next best thing “Bolt”.
“Which makes her all the more a mystery I would love to unrival. I can't help myself from not liking her especially when she does the opposite of what others do.
“I want tonight to be a declaration and statement to everyone that Caitlin is mine and not to only the social climbers present wedding but to the public, my business associates, the reporters and to the whole world. I want her name to appear as my wife on the times, newspapers, magazines and society glossies.
“Across the room I stared at the Ruby pendant resting in the deep V of Caitlin's Cleavage . It twinkled and taunted me, lord knows how I want to sink in there and suckle on those breast. I'm certainly in purgatory now as a result of her crimson fire ensemble.
“The next music was about to begin and I stride purposely to my lovely wife. After a moment of resistance saying she couldn't and can't dance, I still pulled her into the dance floor anyway. As she rest in my arms.
“You don't take the word “No” do you?”she says frowning at me still giving me a disapproving look of taking her away from her conversation with Heather the bride.
“I slip my hand around her waist, then she rest her hand into mine, as we swayed with music. Her eyes telling him that she was affected by our close proximity, even if she won't admit it her eyes and gaze speaks the truth.
“Even if I could see the resistance in them, I don't intend to stop.
“I could feel her body heat under my touch and hand at the small of her back. Her lips slightly parted carrying a lustrous red that seem to shimmer and call to me.
“The look of her lip just seems to pull at me as I gulp slowly with desire racing through my vein. The siren call of her lips seems to save me from being entranced by the Ruby practically tucked in her bodice. If it was gauche to gaze hungrily at one's wife, then staring at her cleavage was beyond pale.
“I can see you, If you keep looking at me like that I might actually go up in flames”She says sharply as a red blush begins to rise in her face.
“You're the one wearing red, and you know the color “Red” Is the devil's color. It's seems to be my favorite color now, and this very Red color is dangerous on you and it can bring any man to his knees”I said feeling myself harden.
“Oh yeah?, If you find a fatass pregnant woman attraction then he'll yeah I'll buy it”She says in a teasing tone.
“Am not joking Caitlin, to me you're the most attractive woman in this room. Seeing you swollen with my child brings me nothing but joy and everything beautiful and wonderful”I say with my voice thick with emotions.
“Oh, well isn't it so clever of you to lend me jewels that are magnificent and beautiful”She says with a look of suprise and shock as she smiled at my words.
“And FYI, you could just say am staking my claim with that necklace.” I say smirking.
“Oh really, well I've got to admit, it's a stunning Ruby”She murmurs. As I stared at the very ruby surrounded by small diamonds at it edges and pilowed on her soft creamy succulent breast .
“Its just the way I imagined it would look”I whisper as I pulled her closer to me Swaying to the music.
“By the end of the evening the sexual tension increased to another level.
“As we arrived at the mansion the sexual tension was thick in the air, we both walked silently to our room without saying a word to each other. As she moves to the other side of the bed I could see Caitlin cast me a look under her lashes, the scent of roses hung in the air. It was Right then and there all my control snapped out.
“I move away from the side of the room striding towards her as I let my fingertips trail up on her arm in a light and stimulating caress watching her body quiver, with her back to me I could see goosebumps appear on her arms and her breath coming in short rasps.
“Caitlin seems to stand stock still, not moving an inch. As she didn't seem to mind or complain, I then move a step closer as I move bolder this time, I grab her upper arms whirling her to look at me as She gasps out in shock at my sudden move.
“Before she could react I then settled my lips on hers and tasted her as if I had all the time in the world.
