The last pure she-wolf Chapter 11

— Rebecca’s already your other half. You share your soul with her, but Hayley doesn’t.

I felt her dominance, and believe me, I’d never seen so much power in a lonely female.

— It’s similar to the Supreme— said the beta, admired. — Of all the domains I’ve ever felt, only your Alpha, is stronger than hers.

She would be an incredible female to the Supreme. I would say the ideal. Hayley made a strange noise and his eyes turned red.

She closed her eyes and shook her head trying to control herself and went quickly to the kitchen.

— I’ve never seen anything like it. Confessed the Alpha in a whisper.

Aiden sighed as she sat on the couch, pulled me into her lap and hugged me tight, as if to make sure I was okay.

Her warm lips left a kiss on the back of my neck and smiles aside with her caress.

— I don’t know about you, but I’m hungry. — Dylan said suddenly. — Becca, what do you think about making that chocolate cake for your beloved brother? — He called me, I noticed the playful tone in his voice.

That chocolate cake was a recipe from my family. The best and only good memory I had of my grandmother.

— I’m not your maid. — I shot him, looked at him and saw him make a huge beak, making me roll my eyes. — How much will you pay me? — I joked.

— You should correct your female, Aiden. She’s pretty ignorant, needs to be put in line. — Said one of the Alpha guys, and the smile on Dylan’s face disappeared quickly.

I locked my jaw, shooting him with my eyes. I tried to get up from Aiden’s lap, but he held me and held me against his body.

"Let me go, I need to sink this idiot’s head into the wall!"

— Rebecca is my companion, but she’s free to talk and do whatever she wants. — Aiden replied calmly, and I shook her hand tightly. If you’re uncomfortable with her behavior, you know the way out. —  He pointed towards the door, and the man locked his jaw, looking annoyed at my companion.

I repressed a smile of satisfaction.

— You have a lot of courage to try to give me orders. — Hissed the male. — But I think it’s stupid of you to give so much boldness to your female.

I saw my sister— in— law return to the room, visibly calmer and in control, but that wild glow still sparkled in her.

— The fact that we are female does not make us inferior to you males. — Hayley said calmly, his chin raised. — We do not have to be corrected or educated, we are not animals to be domesticated, after all, I can put you on all fours at my feet easily.

Clary let out a laugh, but quickly closed her mouth, realizing that this was not the best time.

— It is ridiculous to allow females to think this way. —  I told Peter and then looked at Hayley. — You were created to serve us, procreate and satiate our desires, that’s all. Know your place, rebel wolf.

I arched my eyebrows and looked at the Supreme, he was silent, did not outline any reaction or uttered any rebuke in regard to the wolf.

Hayley stalled in place, but I saw her pupils dilate, and she displayed her teeth in a distinct threat.

— My place will never be of servitude to any male. I’m a legitimate Pure, and the next time I open that disgusting mouth to insult some female in my presence, it’ll be the last time you’ll have teeth.

— Don’t threaten my men, Hayley. — Jackson spoke aloud, calmly, in a tone of rebuke. Hayley was surprised, squeezed his lips. — Are you surprised my men don’t bow to you? They only owe respect to me and not to an ordinary female, as you yourself called yourself. I told you when you got up.

Hayley arched his eyebrow and ran his tongue on his lips, the canines elongated to the surface.

— You’re an imbecile. — She coldly declared. — You can take your damn males and get out of my way, get out of my house.

— Hayley, please stop it. — Peter manifested, fearing the Supreme Court’s reaction.

— Watch your words, wolf. — Warned Jackson, she snapped her tongue.

— As you yourself said, supreme, your men owe respect and obedience to you, I do not.

My sister— in— law stared at my companion, her eyes furious.

— Did you really think it would work? It was stupid to try. — It was just what she said, before climbing the stairs.

— What the hell! — Cursed Aiden, visibly angry.

— What did she mean? — Dylan asked, a crease formed on her forehead.

— It means Hayley would rather die than join you, then accept your claim. — My partner declared looking to the Supreme. He crossed his arms, facing Aiden in an intimidating manner, hoping that he would continue.

— Not quite. — Melissa tried, but no one paid attention to her.

— We all know the Alpha didn’t come here for a simple visit. You’re the Supreme, and Hayley is the last female Pureblood. You can only have heirs with a Labonair. — Sighed exhausted.

— What bothers you, Aiden? Asked the Supreme.

I managed to convince my sister to give it all a chance. Hayley believes you can avoid the attacks on the packs and end the innocent deaths of our people, she had hopes, Alpha, put her trust in us. But now, she’s given up everything and I won’t force her into anything. Hayley is my priority and if she says she’s no, that’s my answer too. I won’t let my sister down again.

Aiden got up off the couch and went upstairs behind my sister— in— law.

— Hayley may be a little difficult, supreme, but... Jackson raised his hand, shushing him.

— Don’t bother, Peter. — Jackson interrupted him, indifferent. — I know very well how to deal with rebel wolves, especially wild females.

They were his last words before turning his back on us and leaving the house, accompanied by his men.

— Tell the wolf to be careful. — Said the beta in a threatening tone.

A growl escaped from the back of my throat.

— I’d tell you to be careful. — I fired rude.

The beta just gave me a rough look before following the Supreme out of the house.

The tense weather had hovered between us, it had been a busy and strange day.

Melissa and Peter were about to have a heart attack and I rolled my eyes, I was still furious at their behavior.

— Hayley angered him. — Said, Melissa and looked at Peter, apprehensive. — What will he do with her?

— I do not know, dear— confessed sighing. — The Supreme does not seem to be very patient, and I fear what he can do with our girl.

— By the Moon! I’m rooting for Hayley to put him on the leash. — I spoke sincerely and saw surprised looks fall on me.

Rebecca! — Melissa scolded me, fearing someone was listening to us.

I’m just saying what I think.

I shrugged my shoulders.

— Argh! That tension is clogging my nose. — Dylan made a face.

A loud howl rang through the house and my skin shivered as I recognized that loud, powerful sound.

— Hayley is calling us for a race in the woods. — Smiles openly.

— How?

— You’re not deaf. — I replied and he laughed.

— I’ll also— said sulking Dylan. — And you, fox? Are you going to run with us, or are you unable to accompany us?

Clary opened a challenging smile.

I’ll make you eat dust, mangy.

What are you waiting for? — I heard Hayley screaming.

Betting race with each other and shoot towards the forest,

in the midst of teasing, pushing and fighting.
