The last Luke heard was that her name was Jadeline West, and once again Luke made it clear that he didn't care anything about the mysterious girl. Luke didn't care even if the girl was Katty Perry or Scarlett Johansson. As long as she wasn't spying on him again, Luke would be much happier.
Talk about what makes him happy a little, there is also something else. Namely when he heard Amy Lee that Valentina Miller had just come home.
"... he just walked away," Andrew informed me.
"Well, that's good then. So, I don't have to bother trying to avoid it all the time."
"His face looks so sad. Did you hurt him again, Luke?"
Luke choked on his drink from laughter. A cynical laugh.
"Ha ha, what did you say? I hurt him again ? Since when did I actually hurt him? It was him who hurt my pride. You know the story, Andrew," Luke replied a little angry.
"Indeed… But, I think you should also hear Valentina's version of the story, Luke."
Luke turned to Andrew and looked at him deeply. Slightly offended whenever Andrew or Amy appeared to defend Valentina Miller. In fact, before Luke and Valentina's relationship stretched, the three of them barely even greeted each other. Well, it wasn't until he and Valentina broke up that the three of them started looking like old pals.
So, Luke said to Andrew, "You… actually I'm a bit curious, why are you defending my ex like this. Andrew too. What has he done for you? What did he tell you, anyway?"
Andrew rubbed his neck. Looks clumsy.
"Um… that, yeah… that's because Amy and Valentina are friends, so…"
"No, no," Luke denied, "they're not as close as they used to be. Okay, Andrew, tell me now. What exactly did you guys hear from Valentina that made you and Amy agree with her."
"They are not in cahoots with Valentina," this time it was Andrew who denied it.
Luke laughed sarcastically and that was enough to make him decide to end this conversation. He put down the glass of alcohol and got up. Andrew had time to hold Luke from going and at the same time say a word of apology, but Luke still brushed his hand gently. Then, walk away. Luke is very annoyed with Andrew. Even though they are friends, sometimes his character who wants to interfere in every problem is a bit annoying for Luke. He was happy if Andrew helped, but if Andrew sided with the opponent; that was what made Luke feel angry.
Leaving that aside, true to his promise to Ben, he was back before midnight. Yeah, at least Luke doesn't have to get into any more fights tonight with anyone. So, he hoped he could sleep better that night.

Too bad, it turns out that Luke can't sleep soundly. Not with a strange dream that stopped in his sleep. Luke still remembers that clearly. It was so obvious that he even thought it was happening in the real world. Every movement, every second; clearly imprinted in the memory of the brain. As if there is no room to forget things in a split second.
First of all, Luke opened his eyes because he felt the morning sunlight coming through the gap in the window curtain. It was around six fifteen in the morning when Luke checked on his cell phone.
Luke was silent for a moment on his back, before then got up and opened the curtains even wider. He noticed that the sunlight was dimming. There were a lot of dark clouds hanging in the sky there. Creates a grayish tone throughout the environment. It might rain or snow, but hopefully no storms.
Then, Luke was about to head downstairs when he caught a glimpse, in his attempt to turn around, something caught in the corner of his eye. It's in their yard. It sat on its forelegs, pitch black, and stared silently as if it had been there all night. It was a black dog that Luke had seen several times. He chose to ignore it.
Second, Luke had changed and gone down the stairs. Prepare breakfast before school. The dinner table was already piled high with a mountain of pancakes, a plate of fried chicken, a tin of tart and a pitcher of cold cola. It seems interesting, right? Of course. But, it was before Luke realized there was an oposit placed on the other side of the table. Namely a bowl of slimy tongue, a mountain of gray, silver, and black fur, a dish of raw, very fishy meat, and a pot of fresh blood. Luke vomited instantly. His appetite disappeared. Also, despite Luke's repeated calls to Ulfa and Ben, they don't seem to be home for now. Don't know where to go. No notice, no little scraps on the fridge. Luke scoffed in annoyance. So, he decided to go to school.
The third round, this one Luke was enough to make shudders in his memory. When he walked out of the house, the black dog he had seen through the bedroom window, there was only one. Now there are many. There were so many that Luke thought the dog was performing a thousand shadows. In fact, there were about a dozen dogs sitting on their bellies on their porch. Luke had tried to shoo them away, but they looked so calm, passive, and just stared at him silently. It took Luke two minutes to realize that these dogs were no ordinary dogs. Their eyes are sharper and deeper, their snout is longer, and their size is slim and tall. Damn it. This is not a pack of stray dogs. These are all a pack of wolves.
Somehow, Luke worked his way through them all. No one attacked even though in the end all the dogs followed him.
Another oddity, Luke was waiting for a crosswalk with dozens of dogs behind him, when he heard a voice from above a traffic light pole. Luke remembered clearly that this scene was incredibly strange.
"Hi, Luke," the voice greeted.
Luke looked around for a moment before finally realizing that a white and pink fox was clinging to the iron pole of the crossing light. But, Luke still couldn't believe that it was the voice of a fox.
Once again, the fox greeted him, "Hey, Luke," which this time distracted the dogs. Because, all of a sudden they became very aggressive and kept barking ferociously. Baring their fangs towards the one pink-white fox. Luke, to be honest, he was shaking from it. The memory of being trapped in a barn at the edge of the forest surrounded by wolves made him want to faint.
But fortunately—which is surprising at the same time—all the wolves were seen keeping their distance from the crossing lampposts even though all the barking was directed at one point. Other than that, there was only one that didn't join in with the barking or howling. It was the blackest wolf Luke had ever met. The black wolf walked calmly past the pack and stopped right below the fox. Seemed to let the fox slide down, then up on his back.
The fox said to Luke with a bit of exclamation, "Luke! Watch your feet! The train is almost here?!"
Train? What train? Where are the trains near the crossing light poles? Crazy, huh?!
But it does exist. Very weird. There was indeed a train rushing and stopping in front of it, without even a track underneath. Luke knows that the world is getting more sophisticated, but this one is too sophisticated. Luke gaped for a few seconds.
Fifth round. The carriage door opened and a hand pulled Luke in, followed by an angry tone from someone.
"You want to die, huh?!"
Huh what? What else now? Luke couldn't understand today's storyline yet, but at the same time, Luke had to look at two facts. The first was, the person who had attracted him just now was Jade—the jacket girl with the cool piercings. Second, the pitch black fox and wolf had been attacked and eaten by the wolves that had followed him from the house. Suddenly, Luke pounded on the closed carriage door.
"What?! Hey, open the door! Let them in?! Open it, damn it?!"
Luke screamed frantically. How could it not be, in front of Luke's eyes, out there; the foxes and black wolves had been torn to pieces with lots of blood and flesh torn apart. Even so, Luke could still witness how the two poor animals were trying to survive with the sound of their screams and body movements that were so apprehensive. Luke felt nauseous at that point.
Again, Luke begged, " Please tell the engineer to open the door. I can't let those two animals in."
"Are you crazy?! You want them all to come in and attack us?!" Jade replied.
"That fox you fool! Let him in! Open the door now. Hurry!"
Jade shook her head so they argued loudly for a few moments. The next minute, Jade's eyeballs went behind Luke's back and her expression looked scared.
The girl muttered something Luke didn't understand.
"Oh crap. No. They got in."
At the same second, Luke heard a roar from the carriage next door, followed by screeching, barking and howls that responded.
Damn it. The memories of being trapped in the warehouse came back.
Sure enough, by now tens of wolves were already running towards their carriages. Jade, although she looked scared, still ran forward towards the connecting door of the carriages to close the door. Blocking the wolf pack from attacking them.
"Luke, back off! Back off!" Jade shouted as she tried to close the door.
But, Luke didn't care and kept sliding the door. Don't forget to seal the top. Even so, Luke felt that this could not last long with the wolves at the door slamming their bodies against this door.
Sixth round. Luke had been unconscious before, but now that he saw the pack of wolves in the carriage next door, Luke had the feeling that this train had moved on. Runs very fast and runs over several cars and crashes into a bus. That made Luke unable to hold back hysterics. Bodies lay strewn outside and some blood splattered through the windows.
Also, the sky that had been overcast was now turning into night. There was only moonlight shining on their carriage. The light was too dim.
"Jade! Jade! Where are you?"
For some reason, his instincts told him to find the only partner who was in the same carriage. But, for a moment Luke couldn't find him because of the low light. Once again, Luke shouted Jade's name.
The seventh and most terrible round. The lights in the carriage suddenly turn on and Luke is faced with two choices. The first option, Luke has to be brave amidst the onslaught of the wolves from the next carriage. The second option, Luke has to face a figure standing hunched over the carriage door across the room. Growling slowly and deeply. The most absurd and most difficult figure to accept; werewolf .
