Too Late To Realize Chapter 11

All she had to do was add some blood-red lipstick, and she looked absolutely gorgeous. Her hair is curled at the ends, and her make-up is not too thick, adding to her beauty.

Unfortunately, Resti just realized that her car had a flat tire last night. She was forced to take public transportation today.

Twenty minutes later, Resti had just arrived at her school. The ride on public transportation did not go smoothly. Resti didn't like being jostled by other people, and the fact that the public transportation always stopped made her very annoyed.

Resti fanned herself with her bare hands, she was very hot, even though the sun had not yet risen. She was currently walking towards her class.

"Resti."

Resti's eardrums had just caught someone saying her name. Resti turned around, frowning, when she saw a strange boy walking towards her.

"Who are you?" she asked with a frown on her forehead.

"It's not important that you know who I am," replied the boy in front of Resti, catching his ragged breath.

Resti nodded in agreement, "So what do you want?" she asked finally.

"I want you to go to the counseling room now," he replied.

Resti immediately narrowed the corners of her eyes and asked, "What do you mean?"

"I was told by Ms. Lila to tell you that she told you to meet her in her room," he explained in one breath.

"Ms. Lila wants to see me?" Resti pointed to her chest, "What do you want?" she asked, confused.

The boy shrugged his shoulders, indicating he had no idea.

"Okay, thanks for the info," Resti said, and a second later she left him and hurried to her class. Resti wanted to put her bag away first.

Once in her seat, Resti tossed her bag aside and took a thousand steps to go see Ms. Lila.

"Res, why are you in such a hurry, where are you going?" Her classmate asked, and Resti's long strides immediately stopped, she turned around and looked at the boy who had asked with a lazy look. "I'm just curious about my work," she continued nonchalantly.

"I'm just curious."

"I have something urgent to do," Resti replied finally.

"I'll come with you," the boy interrupted, getting up from his seat.

"I won't let you, anyway I want to ask Indah and Lina for a ride," Resti said as she drove around. However, her two friends were nowhere to be seen, so she decided to look back at the boy in front of her. "Where are the two of them going?" Resti asked later.

"I don't know, pray to God, ask for guidance," said the boy.

"Fuck you!" Resti chuckled, then remembered Ms. Lila, and quickly left the classroom, not caring at all about the shouts of her classmates ringing in her ears.

After arriving at the counseling room, Resti immediately entered, she already knew where Ms. Lila's bench was located, because she herself had often dealt with her. But when she got the call this time, Resti didn't know what offense she had committed.

Resti's eyes immediately bulged when she saw Lina and Indah sitting in front of Mrs. Lila, it was only fitting that Resti was not in class, since apparently they were already here. So, it wasn't just Resti who was called to see Ms. Lila, but her two best friends as well.

"Sit down," Mrs. Lila ordered Resti as she got closer.

Without waiting any longer, Resti immediately complied with the counseling teacher's wishes, before throwing a smile at Lina and Indah.

"Do you know why I called you here?" asked Mrs. Lila, looking at her three students one by one.

The members of the Rose Gang exchanged glances with each other, but none of them knew.

"No idea," Resti replied, representing the thoughts of her two friends.

Mrs. Lila gave a small smile, "I don't want to waste any more time, now all three of you take off that jacket," she asked again firmly.

Compactly, they then frowned, still not understanding Ms. Lila's request.

"What for?" asked Lila, getting nods from Resti and Indah.

"Let's go first, I'll explain later."

Finally, the three girls could only obey. They took off their favorite jackets with heavy hearts. Mrs. Lila then smiled broadly when she saw that three jackets were now on her desk. She then took the clothes.

"From now on, there is no such thing as gangs in this school, THE ROSE must disband from now on," Mrs. Lila explained in one breath.

"WHAT?!"

The three girls were immediately choked up, their shocked expressions now sponsoring their beautiful faces.

"I can't, and I don't agree with your request," Resti argued loudly, and as the leader of THE ROSE, she had to take further action.

"No way, I've made up my mind, this gang you've created is causing problems, you know! Many have reported to me that the actions of the three of you are very bad, you often bully and tell the younger classmates to buy this and that, right?" explained by Mrs. Lila again.

Resti just growled in annoyance, it was true what Mrs. Lila said. In addition, Resti also realized that she often messed with other students. But she loved doing it, there was a satisfaction that she felt.

"Now, therefore, I am forced to dismiss you. Starting tomorrow morning, I have decided to put you in different classes."

"Don't be like that, it's enough that THE ROSE is disbanded, but we don't need to be moved to another class," argued Indah, disagreeing with Mrs. Lila's proposal.

The counseling teacher shook her head. "If you're still in the same class, it means the same thing. You'll still be hanging out like this," she said firmly.

"For you, starting tomorrow, go to class A," said Mrs. Lila while pointing at Lina.

Lina immediately smacked her lips in displeasure.

"And you, go to class B." Now it was Indah's turn to purse her lips.

Mrs. Lila's eyes now looked at Resti. "And you, Resti, I'll take you later."

It was so annoying, why was she the only one who had to be kept in the dark about where her new class was? And Resti knew that something bad was about to happen. She already felt bad, her emotions were in turmoil.

"I'd rather switch with Indah," Resti argued.

"You can't, my decision is inviolable. And I'm confiscating your jackets. Now your gang is extinct, if there are other students who report that THE ROSE is back again, I will not hesitate to expel you from this school," she said passionately. The look in her eyes was intimidating.

"Then you can move to your respective classes."

"Well, didn't you just say that we start moving classes tomorrow morning, which means we're still in the same class today," Indah said, and was greeted with head nods from Lina and Resti.

"It's up to you, whether you want to move now or tomorrow. But one thing is for sure, tomorrow is the day you won't be hanging out like this anymore. Understood?"

Lazily, the three of them nodded resignedly. Ms. Lila's decision this time was very annoying.

Resti and her two best friends walked down the corridor to go to class, looking very lethargic. Especially without THE ROSE jacket, making them a spectacle. The students who saw the three famous girls wondered why they weren't wearing their rose jackets.

"We're dismissed," Resti pleaded wearily as she walked away.

"But we'll still be friends, right?" Lina raised one eyebrow, and then looked at Resti and Indah in turn.

Both Resti and Indah immediately gave a small nod. "Starting tomorrow, we won't be in the same class anymore, why am I so sad?" Indah smiled sadly.

"It's okay, we'll see each other in the break." Resti tried to calm them both down.

"But why did you ask to switch classes with me, Res?" Indah asked, her gaze fully focused on Resti.

Resti let out an exasperated breath, "You didn't catch my thoughts, obviously because Ms. Lila didn't tell me which class to go to, how annoying is that? Why is it only me who is kept secret," Resti replied irritably.

"Maybe your new class will be special Res," said Lina.

Indah nodded in agreement. "Yes, Res, it could be."

"Instead of being special, I thought that the class I would be in would be very bad, not what I had imagined. Anyway, I don't want to think about this problem for now. Let's go!"

During the first break, Resti got a lot of questions from her classmates.

"Res, did THE ROSE really disband? Is that true? A lot of people are talking about it outside."

Resti's ears hurt from hearing the same question over and over again. And this time, it came from the mouth of her class president. Since an hour ago, the news has become a trending topic in the school.

"Yeah, so what? Are you happy?" Resti said sarcastically while looking at the boy in front of her.

Doni smiled happily and said, "I'm happy, really happy." And in the end, Doni chuckled a little.

Resti then chuckled, rolled her eyes, and continued to exhale the breath that had been rushing in an uncertain direction.

"No wonder you like me to suffer," Resti commented sarcastically.

"Well, it's not like that either," Doni corrected later. "This class is already badly labeled because of how you and your gang treat each other. And I'm the class president who always gets reprimanded for being incompetent in managing the class."

Now Resti looks more depressed after the absence of the gang that has been running for quite some time, especially because tomorrow Lina and Indah have moved classes.

"Don't worry Don, I'm already moving classes tomorrow," Resti said, looking at Doni lazily.

Doni immediately frowned and said, "Well, which class do you want to move to?"

"Ms. Lila made an agreement that I, Lina, and Indah will change classes starting tomorrow," Resti finally replied.

"So what?"

"Well, that means you won't be responsible for me anymore. You're at peace now, right?" Resti asked.

"Well, not really, Res."

Meanwhile, in a different class, Weeby and Marcell were arguing because Weeby had an intention to move from Marcell's seat.

"Where do you want to move to? You're already sitting with me."

"Uti sits alone, I can join her," said Weeby. "I suffer when I sit next to you all the time."

"You suffer, but when you sit with me, all your assignments get good grades." Marcell boasted, puffing his chest forward.

Smacking her lips in annoyance, Weeby again said, "I don't see it from that point of view, I'm always tormented when I sit with you for years."

Marcell spontaneously chuckled, "Well, go ahead and move, I don't mind either. After all, all my duties will be safe," Marcell commented that he did not mind Weeby's decision at all. In fact, Marcell was very happy here and now.

"Okay, deal. Hopefully you'll get a good seatmate later." Weeby smiled wryly at Marcell, then she got up from her seat, and continued to move towards Uti's seat. However, her footsteps suddenly stopped after Marcell's next words drifted into the air.

"Okay, I hope your decision is the best. Watch out, you'll regret being away from a handsome boy like me," Marcell replied with the happiest smile, making Weeby even more annoyed.

"Not going to happen," Weeby commented sarcastically with her eyes bulging.

"Watch out By, your words will be karma." Marcell giggled, and shortly after, he stuck his tongue out at Weeby.

"What the hell are you, you weird and obscure boy," Weeby scolded.

"Instead of you, you're an unlucky girl, you've copied my assignments so many times, and instead of thanking me, you're being a jerk like this."

Weeby immediately stomped her foot on the floor because she was annoyed to death at this boy like Marcell, "oh so you're not willing to let me cheat on your assignments, is that it?" Weeby folded her arms right in front of her chest.

"If so, why, it's my right too." Marcell replied casually again, to the point that Weeby's emotions were again provoked and ready to peak.

"You're the most annoying boy I know."

Weeby was now so busy fighting with Marcell that she forgot that she was going to Uti's bench.

"Who said I was nice? I'm really annoying plus cute like a Barbie doll," said Marcell, showing his signature smile. Until the dimples that are clearly printed on both cheeks are now visible.

"What you have is cute like a baby monkey," Weeby replied, accompanied by laughter.

"Well, it's better to look like a baby monkey, than you, not cute, like a mouse child, yes." Marcell laughed crisply again, he would come up with any way to reply to Weeby's words.

It was always Weeby who lost to Marcell in the end. The girl smacked her lips in annoyance.

"How come there are people like this on earth, I like to wonder myself," Weeby sneered while scratching the nape of her neck, which did not feel itchy at all.

Marcell smiled cheerfully and asked, "Where did you get the information that I'm from Earth? Don't just say that."

"Where are you from, the sun?" Weeby was already getting annoyed and was ready to burst out in anger.

"No, I'm not. I'm from a planet that doesn't have a name. Just so you know, I'm one of the brothers of the jadoo. The blue-faced alien," Marcell said, remembering an Indian movie he had seen on television.

Marcell's brain was already starting to wander, he was talking out of turn, and of course Weeby was already getting annoyed.

"Whatever you say, I don't want to deal with an obscure boy like you." Weeby lazily rolled her eyes, then she began to walk away from Marcell, who was still laughing happily.

Of course Marcell was thrilled, he had managed to get Weeby's temper out. The boy was very happy to annoy Weeby. Weeby's easily provoked nature made Marcell even more addicted to continuing to pester the beautiful girl.

Marcell didn't know how long this would last, because starting tomorrow Weeby wouldn't be sitting next to him anymore, and of course Marcell would have a harder time teasing Weeby.
