Blossom found herself being with Uriel. She didn't know why she trusted her so much. She wanted to take a breath, and as long as she didn't do something nasty, it was alright for her.
“I will use my private plane. You know that Leo can search for us. I want him to know your worth.” Uriel said. Blossom looked at the plane that she would use to ride. She pulled her luggage, but Uriel stopped her. He took her luggage while he was holding his luggage in his other hand.
Blossom bit her lips when she couldn't stop comparing Uriel and Leo. She didn't know why she fell for Leo even though he didn't like her. Maybe, because of his unique face, or maybe of his aura.
“You should stop thinking about my cousin for now. I asked someone to check on him, and he is still in the hospital since Erin isn't awake yet.” Uriel mumbled. He glanced at her to see her reaction, but she quickly hid her emotions.
“Blossom, I know you're a model. And you already learn how to hide your emotions, but I'm not dumb. I know that you were hurt. It's too evident in your eyes.” Blossom faked her laughter when she heard those words. She coughed when Uriel didn't even take away his sight from her.
“Uriel, I never knew that you knew me so well. I will be flatter because of what you say, okay? I will be honest; you're right. I'm hurt to hear that he is still with that biatch.” Blossom couldn't stop herself from admitting it since Uriel had caught her.
Uriel chuckled when she mentioned that Erin was biatch. He shook his head and the corner of his lips. He thought Blossom was too innocent because of her face, but she was a fighter. Leo was too lucky to have her, but he was a blind man.
“Did you know that some people like to chase? Leo knew that you were always there for him, even if you were trying to hide your feelings for him. I'm telling you that he knew he had a feel for you since you both are numb.”
“Why don't you make him see that you are worthy of chasing? Act that you aren't affected anymore whenever he is with that bitch.” Blossom chuckled when Uriel deepened the word ‘bitch'.
“If he saw that you aren't affected anymore. I'm sure that he's the one who will chase you. I know he will find out that you are going with me since he will know that you aren't returning to our country. He will chase you, so don't be happy about it. Instead, it would help if you were wise to make him feel important, and sometimes you make him think he's not. That's how you play someone's feelings, Blossom. And I know that Leo was doing that to you.”
“Are you sure that you're a businessman? Maybe, you're a marriage counselor?” she teased. She smirked when Uriel's face flushed in embarrassment. They went inside the plane.
“This plane had plenty of rooms, so you can sleep as long as you want. I will wake you up if we get to our destination.” Blossom felt amazed when she saw her room. She couldn't believe that Uriel treated her too much. She quickly lay on the bed to sleep.
She woke up when she heard a loud knock on her door. She saw Uriel dashing into his summer suit. She scowled and felt confused about his outfit.
“Uriel, where did we go?” she inquired. She yawned, for she wanted to sleep for more.
“I told you that we will be having a vacation, right? Why don't you enjoy yourself while we're on my recently bought island.”
“You buy an island? How is that possible? Wait, I mean, I know you have money to spend, but how could you buy an island?”
“Blossom, you told me that I am a businessman. I'm planning to open a beach island resort. Don't worry. It's free for you; you're my first customer.” Blossom pursed her lips when she heard those words.
“Wait, are you jealous that I have an island? Do you want me to give you a gift? Do you want an island?” Blossom's mouth hangs open when she sees that Uriel is too serious about his questions. She sighed deeply.
“Shut up; you don't need to buy an island for me. What would your future wife tell you once she found out you spent a large sum of money on me?” Uriel shrugged his shoulders. He was acting like it's not a big deal when it happens.
“Okay, then I will buy her an island if she wants to. Blossom, I will ensure my future wife won't be jealous of you since you are my friend.” Uriel reasoned.
“Can you wait for me? I'm ashamed that I slept too well and forgot to take a bath.”
“Eww. Disgusting.” Uriel acted like he was going to puke. He even covered his nose as if Blossom was stinking. But, there was happiness in his eyes when he left her.
Blossom quickly took a bath. She didn't want Uriel to wait for her for too long. She took a summer dress that her friend gave her. She took her sunglasses since she didn't even put some makeup on her face.
When she went out to her room, he saw Uriel was too busy typing on his phone. She pointed her pointer finger at his cheek; Uriel was shocked when his cheeks felt his finger.
Blossom laughed so loudly. She couldn't believe that Uriel was too anxious, and she didn't know why. She sat on the chair before him and raised her brow at him.
“Is there a problem? You look so worried when you are busy typing on your phone.” Blossom noticed that his forehead frowned. He sighed deeply as if he wanted to tell her the truth or lie.
“Leo was trying to track us. It looks like he quickly learned that you aren't in our country. So, I'm thankful that I used a different name and we didn't use any airports. So, I know it isn't easy to find us.”
“He still didn't know we used a plane, so this plane needed to get back into our country. Then my secretary said that I should go out using my helicopter. Am I smart?” Uriel nervously laughed. He scratched his forehead before he took her luggage.
“You don't need to worry for now. I told you, know your worth, and let Leo chase you. You are worth pursuing, Blossom. How could he hurt you several times?”
Blossom didn't say anything. When the plane landed, they quickly left and rode to a luxury car that Uriel was owned.
“You like expensive things, Uriel? You're too showy.” Blossom commented when she received a glass of champagne from him. She pursed her lips and tasted the champagne. Why does she feel that even the champagne was too expensive?
“This is my favorite champagne. I make sure that I have it every day. Don't worry; it's not too pricey.” Uriel mumbled when she saw her reaction, staring at the champagne.
“I think it's expensive since your everyday spending wasn't too average for me. Uriel, I don't know that you love fancy things, but I understand since you're working for it.”
“Oh, that's the reason, but my family didn't know about this. I'm hiding this from them since all they see is Leo. Don't worry; I don't have a grudge against my cousin; we grew up together, and both know our limitations.”
“So does it mean I'm the only one who knows about this? Aren't you worried that I might blackmail you in the end?” Blossom jokes around, which makes Uriel laugh so loudly.
Blossom was too amazed by Uriel's achievement. It's not evident that he secretly had money in his pocket since he was too simple.
They stopped at the resort, but Uriel pulled her since they would need to go to his island using a boat. Blossom couldn't stop herself from capturing everything that she saw. She shouted when she saw a lot of fish swimming at the same time as their boat.
“Did you like it? Seriously, I want to live here. It's too refreshing.” Uriel muttered. He was looking at her while his eyes were sparkling. He was too happy that Blossom appreciated nature. He closed his eyes and opened them when he heard that Blossom was picturing him.
“Blossom, you should tell me that you like to have a picture with me. It's too bad that I caught you because of the sound of your phone.” He poked fun at Blossom, making him groan and giving him a deathly glare.
“I'm sorry I didn't tell you that I want to picture you, your Majesty!” Blossom sarcastically said, which made Uriel laugh. His milky white teeth were too evident, and Blossom avoided her eyes when she saw that Uriel opened the two buttons on his top.
“Sshh! It's a top secret. You don't need to tell anyone this. Let's have a picture together.” Blossom was too hesitant at first, but since she trusted Uriel too much, she gave her phone to him. They started capturing everything, and Uriel made her pose while standing on the boat.
“Don't post any photos for now. Leo might locate us if you post your photos.” Uriel reminded her. She nodded, for she thought that maybe Leo was trying to open her account since he had a lot of employees who could do it for him.
“I will post this once I get back to our country. I'm excited. I didn't even know that you have a talent for photography!”
“That's a hidden talent, too. My parents didn't know that I studied that when I was studying outside the country. They didn't like it since what was important to them was only business.” Blossom felt bad for Uriek when she saw the sadness plastered in his eyes. Even though Uriel tried to hide his bitterness, it's too evident. She thought that she and Uriel were the same.
“Okay, Mr. Photographer. Can you take a picture of me while I'm on vacation?” Blossom's mouth twitched while she was waiting for his response. Uriel chuckled before he nodded his head.
They all cherished the lovely nature before reaching the island Uriel was talking about. Uriel told her that everything was clean, and he asked for someone's help to restock the fridge. Blossom didn't know that having a vacation was too delicate.
“What do you want to eat?” Uriel inquired while he had a spatula in his hands. Blossom was shocked when she realized that Uriel knew how to cook. She cocked her head.
“I don't like to burn eggs.” Blossom thought that maybe Uriel was trying to make her see that he knew how to cook, but he wasn't. She smirked when she saw how Uriel stopped and arched his brow at her.
“Are you challenging me, Ms. Blossom? What do you want to eat? I will cook everything for you. It would help if you enjoyed your stay here since you are my first customer.”
“Cook everything you want, Uriel. If you know how to cook, re me the best meal you have ever had.” Uriel quickly left her, and she peeked when she saw how Uriel chopped the ingredient like a professional cook.
She decided to go to her room and get her clothes. She lay on her bed, and she was thankful that Leo didn't even come into her mind. She took her phone and scrolled everything in her gallery. She wanted to post since the scenery was too beautiful, but Uriel was right. She didn't like for now that Leo might locate her. For now, she needs to enjoy her vacation.
She opened the door when she heard a loud knock. She saw Uriel smiling at her.
“I'm done,” Uriel informed her. She followed Uriel to the kitchen. She felt shocked when she saw a lot of dishes that he had prepared for her.
“Okay, let's see if it tastes good.”
