Blossom closed her eyes when she tasted the food that Uriel had prepared for her. She couldn't believe that Uriel knew how to cook delicious food. She munched the food, and she was thankful that Urie cooked healthy food. She may not need to diet, but she needs to maintain her figure.
“It looks like you enjoyed everything,” Uriel commented. There was a smirk on his lips, and he arched his brow at her. Blossom couldn't stop laughing, though; she was embarrassed to admit that Uriel was right; she couldn't lie since Uriel noticed that she was enjoying it.
“You surprised me that you know how to cook. A flashy billionaire like you makes me think that you ain't learned how to cook.”
“I can't believe you're trying to discriminate against me.” Uriel jokes.
“Oops! That's not what I mean, Uriel. Okay, I thought you grew up with a batch of maids who would care for you.”
“Haha, yes, I grew up with them, but it doesn't mean I wouldn't have a chance to learn how to cook. Aside from that, I am living alone outside the country, so I needed to take care of myself by myself.” Blossom nodded. She felt amused when Uriel kept telling her more stories about himself. She thought a pretentious billionaire like him couldn't know everything about house chores.
After they eat, Blossom goes to the seashore and enjoys the fresh air. She quickly went to the salty water and let her body enjoy the ocean. She took a lot of pictures, and Uriel even helped her to get more pictures of her.
“I want to change my hair.” She got tanned skin after five days on Uriel's island. She even does her makeover; she curls her blonde hair. She's too different when she goes back to their country.
Finally, she got the rest she was hoping for, and she was too blooming because of her makeover.
“Are you excited to see your husband? I found out that he's trying to locate you. He even fired those investigators because they couldn't locate you.” Uriel whispered. They both went out to the airplane after landing back home.
“Uriel, I'm thankful that you helped me. I know that Leo might do something bad to you, but you take a risk for me. I owe you too much.”
“You don't need to thank me because you helped me to get my rest, too,” Uriel mumbled as he took her luggage and helped her to pull it. They talked about a lot of things, and Blossom even told him that she would miss his island and would make sure she would be back on it.
“You are always welcome to go there. It would help if you informed me once you decide to go there.” Uriel and Blossom were laughing when a group of men ran toward them. She was shocked when she saw Leo glaring at them.
Though Uriel informed her that he would let Leo locate them once they went to the airport, she was still shocked that Uriel was telling her the truth.
“Miss Blossom, Mr. Fontaine wants you to come with us.” The man was about to touch Blossom, but Uriel grabbed her.
“You don't need to take her since we both are about to leave this airport.” Uriel chuckled when he glanced at Leo, who was giving him a murderous glare.
“Leo, I didn't even know that you like having a lot of men at your back. Why are you acting like I kidnapped your wife? Is Erin alright, and now you remember that you have a wife?” Uriel teased him. He crossed her arms, and his men came to him.
“Do you want me to ask the media's help to let them say that you kidnapped my wife? It's been five days since I didnt even see her.” Blossom scoffed when she heard what Leo had said to Uriel. She couldn't believe that he dared to act like he was jealous because of his cousin.
“Fine, ask Blossom if I kidnapped her. Did you see how gorgeous she was because of me?” Uriel winked at her, so she acted like she was about to puke.
“I will shut her mouth so she won't defend you once I sue you for taking my wife from me.”
“Have you forgotten that you left your wife because of another woman? Leo, didn't you ever hear that there's gossip about you? If you didn't like your wife at all, divorce her.”
“It's between Blossom and me. You don't have any right to ask me what I should do since you're my cousin. Why are you acting like you have a relationship with my wife?”
“I don't have a relationship with your wife aside from that; we're friends. But, you're wife knew that I have feelings for her. She was aware that I liked her from the very start.” Blossom lowered her head. She knew that Uriel was trying to piss Leo off, so she didn't need to take his words seriously. She pursed her lips and gazed at Uriel.
“Uriel, I think that I should call you. Thank you for making me happy.” Blossom was about to hug Uriel, but Leo grabbed her waist and pulled her closer to him. She pushed him too hard, making Leo's mouth. He saw her anger.
“I will return to our house; you don't need to do this.” Blossom angrily uttered. She wanted to smack Leo's face, but she was stopping herself from creating a scene.
“Stop testing my patience, Blossom. I told you to stop seeing Uriel, but you are stubborn. You kept disobeying me.” Blossom rolled her eyes. If Leo acted like this from the very start, she would be happy.
“Yeah, right!” she lazily mocked him. She started walking to the airport, but she peeked at Uriel, who was watching her. She waved her hands to Uriel, which made Leo give her a murderous glare.
“Stop provoking me, Blossom. You won't like it once I do something terrible to your man.” Blossom laughed. She knew that Leo wouldn't have the power to torment his cousin after she found out everything about him.
When they reached their car, Leo opened the door for her, but she pushed him aside. She opened the door for herself and went into the car. She took her phone and uploaded her pictures on the island. She even posted a different post for her photographs with Uriel.
After she hit the post, minutes passed, and all of her photos were trending. Everybody admired her new look, and many people were saying that maybe she had a secret relationship with Uriel. She didn't mind since she knew she didn't have a relationship with me.
“Did you enjoy my cousin's company too much that you almost did not answer my calls, Blossom? What do you think they might think that a married woman like you was seeing her husband's cousin?” Leo looked out the window. The veins on his neck almost popped out from the sudden anger that he felt after he had witnessed how Blossom was too close to Uriel.
“I don't think they will bash me because of what I did. I could tell them my husband was too busy to be with another woman, so it might not be wrong if I enjoyed another man's company.” Blossom smirked when she noticed that Leo gritted his teeth. He was trying to hide his emotions, and she could provoke him. After what he did, after he chose Erin over him, he still dared to act as a victim here.
Aside from that, she knew that she didn't do anything wrong. She doesn't need to worry that people would bash her if they found out everything.
“Are fucking with me, Blossom? Did you think there's nothing wrong with you going to a place with Uriel without noticing me?” Leo almost massaged his nape. He couldn't believe his wife was acting bitchy in front of him. Does she think that she won't do anything to make Uriel away from her?
“Oh, come on. What if I asked you back using your dumb question? Do you think there's nothing wrong if you choose another woman than your wife? Leo, I don't even know that you're too dumb. You're using a victim card in my face while I am the actual victim of your bullshit!”
Blossom couldn't hide how irritable she was. She took her earphones so Leo would stop talking to her. She didn't want to get angry with him because she finally realized that if Leo couldn't give her the love she wanted, it would be his loss anyway.
Leo was dumbfounded when Blossom closed her eyes as if she was telling him to stop talking to her. His breathing becomes inappropriate as he takes his phone to check some emails.
He frowned when he saw one of his friend's messages. It was Kid. He tapped his message, and he almost scowled when Kid asked him if he divorced Blossom because of the trending pictures. He clicked the link he gave him, and his blood boiled in anger when he saw Uriel's photo with his wife.
‘Wow! I can't believe that Blossom is dating a handsome young man!’
‘They fit each other. If they have a child, I'm sure it will look incredible!’
‘Blossom's tanned skin made me want to make my skin tan! I love it! She's too gorgeous, and Mr. Uriel is good for her!’
Leo almost clenched his phone after he read those comments on the post. He secretly followed Blossom on her social media accounts, and seeing her post made him want to delete it. How dare his wife post another man?
He gnashed his teeth before he tried to calm himself. So, does it mean that Uriel and Blossom stayed in the same house? He didn't even know that Blossom liked going to the beach. If he knew, he would be with her.
He smirked when a plan came into his mind. After he rushed Erin to the hospital, he returned to the party hall, but Blossom wasn't there anymore. He thought she would return to their hotel, so he went back to check on Erin to see if she was okay.
But he couldn't remove Blossom from his mind after Erin slept, he left her to check if Blossom was in their hotel room, but she wasn't in their room anymore; she even carried her luggage. He couldn't believe that Blossom had escaped from his hands once again.
He tried to locate her after discovering that Blossom didn't even go back to their country, and she didn't even book a plane ticket from the airport.
“Yes, Mr. Fontaine. How can I help you today?” The man greeted him after he called him. He stared at the window, but his eyes were too pierced.
“I want you to take down my wife's post right now. I want you to spread an article that Uriel wasn't dating my wife. You don't need to mention me as her husband. I want Blossom to announce that I am her husband.” The man didn't react. He couldn't believe that a respectable man like Leo Fontaine was asking him to create an article for his wife. He's an investigator! He thought that he would want his help to search for his wife!
“Mr. Fontaine, I don't understand why you need my help. I'm not a reporter if that's what you make me do.” The man was too hesitant to say to Leo.
“I don't care who you are or what work you are doing. But I want you to know that if you want to work with me, do whatever I want. I don't like to repeat my words.” Leo clenched his jaw so a man could even hear how he clenched his teeth.
“I-i'm sorry, Mr. Fontaine, I would do that.” Leo ended the call without saying anything.
