Blossom was full of questions on her face. She sighed deeply as she wanted to smack her face for being delusional again. Her sigh caught Leo's attention, which made him gaze at her for so long.
“It's not Erin. It's about my cousin.” Leo explained, which made Blossom's mouth hanging open. Cousin? What happened to Uriel?
Worry was too evident on her face when she glanced back at Leo. “What happened to Uriel? Is he fine?” Blossom asked.
Leo gave her a murderous glare as if she had told them something wrong with him. Blossom couldn't stop herself from biting her lip when she saw how mad Leo was.
“I'm not talking about Uriel. I have a cousin, and she's a woman. Of course, you don't know her because she's the most rebellious woman in our family.” Leo felt he almost spit some venom when he spilled that information to Blossom. He nearly choked in anger when Blossom mentioned his most hated cousin.
He might trust Uriel so much, but it doesn't mean he trusts his wife. “What makes you think that I don't have any cousins aside from Uriel?" Leo added. Blossom was stunned; she didn't know that Leo had a cousin, which was a great surprise for her. All her life, she did everything for Leo, and that information made her think that maybe, Leo hid everything about his cousin because she's a woman.
She gulped. “I don't even know that you have another cousin. All I know is Uriel, and you didn't even tell me.” Blossom reasoned out. She felt her cheeks burning with shame.
“My cousin didn't want to expose herself. She didn't like someone using her to take advantage of her. She had a trust issue regarding the people who weren't inside our family." Leo explained.
“She hid her identity because she wanted to have her name without the help of our family, but I know that some of my family helped her secretly.” Leo was careful when she spoiled some words. He knew that once he accidentally told Blossom about Jane, she would discover that her assistant was his cousin.
Blossom nodded. She felt relieved that it was not Erin. “Oh, I'm sorry. Maybe she wanted some privacy, so what happened to her?”
“She's fine. I already asked one of my men to save her. We don't need to worry about her.” Leo wanted to end the conversation about Jane. He knew that Jane wouldn't like it if she found out that he was talking about her to Blossom.
Blossom inhaled. She stared at the clock as she still didn't see Jane coming back to her company. She felt guilty because she didn't know that Jane would react like that.
“Do you want to eat with me?” Leo asked, which made Blossom's forehead crease because of his question. What does he mean? What kind of eating was he talking about?
Does Leo want to have sex with her again? Or maybe, a dinner? Blossom slowly realized that perhaps it was Leo's way of making her pregnant, and she was hesitant to tell him the truth.
Of course, she wanted to get pregnant by Leo. All her life, she wanted to have a family with Leo; he was one of the dreams she wanted to achieve. She tried to tell Leo that she had a shot, and this shot prevented her from getting pregnant. She didn't mean it; she didn't know that her relationship with Leo would be like this.
“I mean, to eat dinner with you. It's up to you if you let me eat you. Blossom, you know I would rather eat you than eat dinner, right?” Leo teased, and his mouth was secretly seducing her. His mouth was so slow that even when he licked it, he would ensure that Blossom saw it.
Blossom gulped. She avoided her eyes on him. “Shut up! We're done doing it today! I can't believe that you wanted to do that every day. What kind of strength do you have?” Blossom asked in disbelief as she crossed her arms but still avoided the sight of Leo.
“There's nothing wrong if I always crave my wife's touch, right? I have the right to seek my essential duties.” Leo replied.
“It's not essential, Leo. You're a horny man who always wanted to fuck with someone.” Blossom's tone was full of sarcasm. She even rolled her eyes to make Leo see she wasn't kidding.
“What makes you think that sex isn't essential for me? It's necessary, and I always wanted that. It's me, my wife. There's a big difference between my opinion and your opinion.” Leo didn't have any plans to lose against Blossom. He would make sure that Blossom understood how essential it was.
Blossom didn't know how she would react. She realized that even though she would explain to Leo that sex isn't more important, she would waste her energy. She realized that they didn't both have the same opinion about it. How could Leo think that sex is essential?
“Yeah, right. I won't debate on you anymore since I know that I will waste my freaking energy on you.” Blossom sighed in surrender. She didn't like to be lost against Leo, but she realized they were fighting for a useless reason. They both have a lot of topics that they need to discuss, like their marriage, Erin, and if Leo has her or not.
“You won't waste your energy on me, wife. Okay, I will leave for now. But I will fetch you later at night.” Leo stood up; he moved closer to Blossom and gave her a peck on her lips. He stared at Blossom for a few seconds before leaving her.
“You don't need to wear some hot clothes because I plan to rip them once we are finally done eating.” Blossom's mouth hung open when she heard Leo's words. Of course, she knew that maybe Leo was joking around. However, what will happen if Leo is true to his words?
Leo knew that she always wore a designer brand, and she didn't care about the price because she had money to buy everything she wanted.
Blossom felt more excited to have dinner with Leo. She realized that their relationship with each other was slowly an improvement. And that's good news for her!
Leo finally changed, and she was happy about it. Blossom was more excited, not because of their dinner date but because of what Leo might be planning for her.
Blossom took her phone and decided to call Jane. She wanted to ask her if she would be back at their company. And she was too worried that something terrible might happen to her.
After a few rings, Jane picked up the phone. “Hello, Ms. Blossom. I'm sorry if I can't be back at your company today. I didn't feel well.”
Blossom felt guilty and secretly blamed herself for causing Jane to be sick. How could she have sex with Leo without even locking the door? If the door were closed, Jane would find them naked. She may be traumatized that she saw a man naked in her office.
“It's alright, Jane. You don't need to say sorry to me because I called to ask you if you have any plans to go back here. You don't need to be sad. I understand. I wanted to know if you're alright. Are you home?” Blossom checked the papers that she needed to sign. She glanced at the documents that Jane accidentally dropped after they caught her.
“I am home. Thank you for asking, Ms. Blossom. I will come tomorrow. Thank you for your great understanding Ms. Blossom.” Jane wanted to end their conversation quickly. Jane didn't like to be caught since she was at their family house. She was scared someone might enter her room and call her ‘Young lady.’
“Jane, I understand you get trauma when you see us naked, especially my husband.” Blossom was too hesitant to bring up the topic. She sighed deeply.
“Ms. Blossom, it's alright. And aside from that, I didn't even remember seeing you two naked. I want to forget everything before I go there.”
Blossom finally understood what Jane had told her. She wanted to act like she didn't see anything and finally understood it.
“Okay, please have some rest. You don't need to worry about this since I will sign all the needed papers today.” Blossom and Jane talked about their plans for the company, and Blossom was too happy that Jane had a lot of business knowledge. She felt that once Jane built her own company, she was sure that she would be successful. She was a great help to her.
“You don't need to worry about social media; I will be the one who will edit and post it. Don't worry, Ms. Blossom, I learn everything. All we needed to do was take a picture of you.” Jane explained how important it is to get their clothes exposed on social media, which made Blossom feel happier.
Jane had a lot of plans for Blossom's business, and she was pleased to tell her about her ideas since Blossom likes to hear what's in her mind. She was happy that someone was trying to know her very well, so she ensured she would do the same for Blossom.
“Oh, Jane, I can't believe you have many ideas. I'm so happy right now. I think if you have your own company, I know that you will be successful.” Blossom couldn't stop herself from telling her what her thoughts were. She was too happy that she had Jane, and she was sure that if Jane resigned, it would be hard to find a new secretary.
“Ms. Blossom, it's not like that. You don't need to worry about me resigning from your company because I'm happy to work with you.” Blossom giggled since she didn't know how Jane found out everything.
“How did you know that?” Blossom was more amazed. She knew that Jane was too smart.
“It's because I already know you.” Jane reasoned out. Blossom chuckled, and her face blushed because they didn't know each other for a long time, but Jane finally knew her. “You are the st woman I have ever met, Ms. Blossom. Oh, Ms. Blossom, I needed to end this call. I'm so sleepy.”
Blossom didn't even have a chance to respond since Jane quickly ended the call. She sighed before she glanced at the clock; she saw that it was almost evening.
Blossom wanted to call Leo, but she knew that Leo might be going into her company hurriedly. She decided to wash and prepare herself for the upcoming dinner.
Leo didn't like her to wear hot clothes, but she would ensure that she looked hot in her outfit.
After an hour, she was sitting at her swivel chair and waiting for Leo to fetch her, but it was almost nine, and Leo wasn't at her company. She pursed her lips and clenched her hands. She took her phone, and she was about to call Leo when it rang.
She said that the call was Storm, and it was a video call. Blossom trembled when she accepted the call.
“Hey! Where are you? I thought you would come with Leo here?” She didn't remove her sight from the screen. Storm's surroundings were so noisy, and there were a lot of wealthy guests at the party.
“What do you mean, Storm? I can't understand what you're talking about." Blossom felt that her forehead was sweating. She was hoping that Storm was lying, and she didn't want to act bitchy without seeing the truth.
“Leo is here. He's with Erin. He is introducing Erin to everybody.” Blossom felt she was lost again when Storm rotated the camera, and she saw that Erin was hugging Leo again. They're too intimate with each other, which makes the guests think that they both have a relationship.
“You should go here. Come here, Blossom.” She gritted her teeth in so much anger. She will make sure that they will regret making her stupid.
