Erin was fuming mad, all she saw was red, and she wanted to attack someone. How could Leo be sweet to Blossom? What about her? She did everything to have him; she even sacrificed her friendship with Blossom so she could be with him in the end.
Erin didn't know what had happened to Leo. He changed all of a sudden after Blossom went back to his house. She even thought that Leo didn't even dare to sleep with Blossom, and now that Blossom was pregnant with his child, it was evident that they were fucking each other in their house.
“Leo Fontaine, did you think you could easily push me away? I am not like that!” Erin gritted her teeth and stared back at her phone. She even saw how Leo kissed Blossom in public. She was enraged, and she would make sure that she would remove Blossom from her life.
“What is happening here? Oh my! Erin, did you break this table?” Erin's father came out inside his office; he was frowning when he looked at Erin without any concern on his face. He was asking because he was concerned about the expensive table that his daughter had broken.
“Finally, you are done with your meeting, daddy. Who is the bitch that you are in your office? What took you so long?” Erin's tone was full of irritation. She wanted to slash whoever the woman was with her father. Does anyone sleep with her father behind her mother's back?
“A bitch? What are you talking about? I don't want to hear any of your tantrums now, Erin. Oh! Your sister is here.” Erin's father smiled, which made Erin groan in frustration. Her sister? Was it Sophia?
Erin forced herself from smiling. “Are you talking about Sophia, daddy?”
“Of course, she is my legitimate daughter. Did you forget that? She's here in this country, and she informed me that she would live in our house.”
Erin tried to maintain her smile. Sophia would live in the same house with her and her mother. She thought that her mother quickly got rid of Sophia in their lives, which was why she was kicked out of their country. And it looked like her father had forgotten about what happened, and Erin didn't like even more what was happening.
“Oh! Hi, Erin! It looks like you are too excited to meet me here.” Erin was shocked when she saw Sophia walking towards them. Sophia was different than usual; she wasn't naive Sophia anymore.
“I didn't even know that you were here, Sophia. If I knew, I would buy you some gifts.” Erin smiled, and she knew that her smile looked weird. She thought that she needed to call her mother.
“I would appreciate your gifts if you didn't use my father's credit card. You are modeling. It means you have money, but you kept using daddy's money.” Sophia sarcastically gave her opinion, which made their father laugh at her.
“Sophia, honey! You are right! Erin loves spending my money so much. And I am thankful that you volunteer to check everything. She will be the one who will manage the money. I'm happy my daughter finally dared to be part of this company.”
Erin's face paled when she heard everything her father had told them. But her anxiousness went out when she remembered how naive Sophia was. She was so stupid that she didn't even notice someone using her, especially her mother.
Sophia innocently smiled at them, which made Erin think that Sophia didn't change at all. She grinned because she would have some money again and again if it were Sophia who managed it. Aside from that, she remembered that her mother did everything to prevent her from studying.
Erin thought everything would be easy on them since Sophia didn't even go to school. How could she supervise their money if she didn't study abroad?
That thought made her giggle. “Oh, Sophia will be part of the company. Are you sure, daddy?”
“I am sure to make her one of the workers here in the company. Aside from that, she is the successor of my company, so I thought she needed to experience handling this company.” Erin's father hugged Sophia in front of her, which made Erin give Sophia a murderous glare.
Sophia was the successor of her father's company, and then what about her? Erin thought that she would be the one who would inherit the company since Sophia didn't even study. That was why she learned business courses to make herself more capable than Sophia.
“Daddy, did you think it's too early to tell that Sophia will inherit your company? What about me? I am your daughter, too.” Erin scowled, and she saw how Sophia bowed her head. She smirked because she was sure that Sophia was too easy to defeat, and she would make sure that she was the one who would end up managing their company.
“Daddy, maybe, Erin is right. I don't think that I am capable of managing the company.” Sophia mumbled, which made Erin want to jump for joy. Finally, Sophia knew where she would place in their company and their family.
“I told your mother, and I even promised her that you are the one who will inherit this company. You are my legitimate daughter, and Erin didn't mind if I wanted to join this company. After all, I cheated on your mother, and I didn't even dare to act as clean.”
“Erin is my daughter to my mistress. Aside from that, the shareholders would dislike it if I let Erin take the company since she always had a lot of scandals.”
“Oh, finally, I remembered, Erin; I want you to fix your scandal as soon as possible. I don't want them to think that I am tolerating your actions. Erin, you are the daughter of my mistress, and you wanted to be someone's mistress? Are you freaking stupid? Are you using your brain?”
“Oh, a mistress? I didn't even know about it, dad.” Sophia gazed at Erin with sympathy in her eyes. Erin was humiliated by her father in front of his daughter, her sister.
“Yeah, she is a well-known mistress of Leo Fontaine. I can't believe that she is following her mother's path. This is why she liked this; her mother always tolerated her.” Sophia peeked at her father and felt terrible.
“Leo Fontaine, the husband of Blossom Fontaine? I remembered her; she is too sweet; I met her outside the country.” Sophia informed them. She smiled at Erin, but there was something in her eyes that she was trying to stop exposing.
“She is too kind. I still remember how beautiful she was when I met her.” Sophia added, secretly putting more salt in Erin's wounds.
Erin was dumbfounded. Seeing Sophia look innocent made her think that Sophia didn't intentionally say those words to her. On her side, Sophia admired Blossom for being a model, and there was nothing wrong with it.
“Oh, how sure you are that she is too pure or maybe kind. You know that there is some model who is secretly hiding their true colors.” Erin wanted Sophia to hate Blossom without a cause. She tried to manipulate her since she didn't like someone admiring Blossom in front of her. She loathed her and envied her for stealing everything from her.
“I don't think so. I even asked her co-models, and they answered me how kind Blossom was. And I don't think that Leo Fontaine would fall for her if she is a bitch, right? Leo's family was Blossom's number one supporter of their marriage.” Sophia didn't have any plans to lose over Erin. She looked at her father and saw how her father's expression had changed too suddenly.
“I kinda agreed with Sophia. I saw Blossom, and she is too approachable. This is why she had a lot of supporters. Erin, it would help if you feel remorse whenever trying to steal someone's husband. I didn't think that you were like this. Look at your sister; Sophia isn't like that!”
Erin tried not to remove the smile on her face. Her father compared her to someone who didn't even finish her studies. Is her father in his right mind?
“Daddy, you don't need to say this to Erin. I am trying to tell her that Blossom is kind since she was friends when they were young. I don't want her to think that I am here to fight with her. Well, I am planning to ask for her help.” Sophia looked unhappy; she bowed her head.
“Oh, I could almost forget about that. Erin, I am planning to enroll your sister. I want her to finish her studies as soon as possible since she is the one who will inherit this company.”
Erin couldn't believe what she had heard. “Daddy, did you tell this to mommy?” She couldn't stop herself from asking.
“Do I need to tell her? I am the head of our household, so I have the right to decide because I am the one who will pay for everything. Erin, did you forget that your mother was too poor when she went inside my house with you? I didn't even marry her.”
Erin gnashed her teeth when she heard how her father humiliated her lovely mother in front of Sophia. It looks like her father was trying to make Sophia see that he was the one who had power, and her mother didn't have a choice but to agree with him.
Erin decided to leave her father since she needed to tell her mother about Sophia. She couldn't do that since she was with them. She was preparing herself for how her mother would be violent once she discovered everything.
“I need to go home,” Erin informed her father, who was too busy answering the calls while Sophia silently sat on the couch.
“Okay,” Her father said. He glimpsed Erin. “You should bring Sophia to our house. I want your mother to cook something delicious for her. It's a welcome party!”
Erin coldly nodded, but her face was too sour. She didn't like how her father treated them in front of her daughter. Sophia stood up, but she didn't dare to look at her since she was lowering her head.
“Okay, daddy,” Erin mumbled; she didn't want Sophia because she knew she would follow her like a dog. She gritted her teeth, and her jaw became tense. She was fuming mad, but she needed to stop herself.
Erin tapped the elevator, and minutes passed before it opened. She went inside before Sophia went inside too. Sophia was at the corner of the elevator, and when the elevator closed. Erin couldn't stop making Sophia see how irritated she was to be with her.
“How dare you come back here? Are you planning to ruin my family?” Erin glared at Sophia, which made Sophia look at her innocently.
“Well, Sophia, I want to remind you that you wouldn't get the company from my hands. You didn't even know how to manage this company!”
“Why don't you kill yourself? I hate to see you now. If you gave importance to your life, wouldn't you dare to fight with me? Got it! Or do you want me to translate it?” Erin groaned and even cursed Sophia. She was hoping that Sophia would die soon.
When the elevator opened, Erin didn't waste time going out of the elevator because she felt suffocated whenever she was with Sophia. She didn't even notice how Sophia's facial expression changed while walking outside the building.
Sophia blankly stared at her bitchy half-sister. She smirked. She took her phone and dialed her friend's phone number. “I am already here. And it looks like Erin is too affected by my presence.”
“It's good to hear that. Keep what you are doing, and don't let your guard down.”
“Of course, I will ensure she will taste hell because of me,” Sophia answered.
