Erin stopped because of her mother's suggestion. She was shocked not because of Sophia's mother but because she didn't even think she should hire someone again.
“Why don't you kill her in a car accident? My daughter, you can't take whatever you want if you keep throwing your anger here in this house. I don't want your father to think I'm tolerating you, but I want you to be happy.” Amelia whispered; she was trying to tempt Erin even more. Amelia didn't like her daughter losing, and she would make sure that Erin would do anything to have Leo.
“I want to tell you this. I found out from your uncle that your father will remove Sophia as his successor. I can't believe this! So we don't need to worry about her. If we have the company, we can throw her out. Well, she used to live in dumpy sites.” Amelia added, which made Erin pleased when she heard what her mother was trying to say to her. She couldn't believe that she had a chance to be the successor of their company.
“This is why your father is trying to clean your name. I think he will give you the company; there are two candidates, you and Storm.” Amelia sighed; she wanted Erin to know that Storm's father was trying to push his luck to make Storm the successor of their family.
“What are you talking about, mom? Storm isn't dad's child! How could they put Storm as one of the candidates!” Erin felt her blood boil. Sophie was removed as the successor, and she still had a competitor, Storm.
Amelia hardly sighed, ”Yes. I didn't even know about it at first. I can't believe your uncle wanted the company so badly.”
“I think I need to remove Storm as one of the candidates. Aside from that, I will do what you told me. I will draw Blossom, too. She kept trying to snatch everything from me.” Erin smirked; she glanced at the things she had broken and gnashed her teeth. If Blossom thought that she would stop, no, she's not. She risked everything to get Leo so that she would do it again.
Since Blossom was pregnant, she would ensure she would get rid of the baby first. She didn't like to be the stepmother of Blossom's child.
Erin smiled evilly, thankful she still had a chance to be with Leo. She was happy that soon— Leo would be hers.
“My daughter, don't let her take away a lot from you. Did you understand? Blossom kept doing that because she thought you were easy on her. Could you not make her take advantage of you? We aren't weak, and whatever we want, we can get by hook or by crook.” Amelia whispered; her words were like a spell in Erin's ears. Erin felt that her mother was always right, and she didn't even mind if she were like her mother.
“Be heartless because if you keep using your conscience, then you will lose in the end. You don't like it, don't you?” Amelia added that she said some dry wood to create a fire. She would make sure that Erin would get whatever she wanted. She didn't like Erin to experience what she experienced when she was a kid.

Blossom smiled widely when she saw her baby on the monitor, and Brea smiled when she saw that she was in tears.
”Your baby is too lucky to have you. The baby is fine; you don't need to worry about everything. As long as you will take the vitamins that I prescribed for you. What about Jane? Is she alright?” Brea went to her table and took her reading glasses. She started taking notes in Blossom's charts.
“She's good. But she is having a problem. She wanted to tell her family that she was pregnant. But she kept telling me that her brother, Uriel, would overreact. Uriel is Wade's friend, and I'm sure that Wade will have a punch on his face if Uriel finds out about this.”
Brea laughed, and her eyes sparkled when Blossom mentioned ‘Uriel.’ She met him several times, and he's a great man. “Uriel was trying to protect his sister from every man out there, and I think he's doing what is right.”
Blossom smirked. ”I found out that you successfully divorced your husband. You didn't even tell me about it? I thought you would stay with him as long as you lived.”
Brea shrugged; she tried to act like she was calm. “I'm cool with it. I don't want to get connected with him ever again; I want him to be cut from my life. That asshole still acted like I was the one to blame even though it was his fault that I broke this marriage.”
“Sometimes, men regret their actions in the end, and I'm done with it.” Brea scoffed; she massaged her temple to make Blossom see that she was indeed done with her husband's action.
After her divorce got approved, her husband kept chasing her like a stalker. She even moved to another town to prevent him from seeing her. She didn't like it, she loathed him, and because of him, she had no choice but to endure the trauma of what he had done against her.
“Are you sure? I thought you had another date. Brea, I know that you are enjoying everything. You should make him see that you're happy without him.” Blossom smiled. Brea nodded happily before she cleared her throat.
“Wait, I remembered that Erin's family will have a family party, though I know they might have invited Leo. Go with him, and make Erin see you have Leo while she can't.” Brea smiled.
Blossom was stunned. She didn't even know about the party. Leo didn't even tell her about it, and she didn't even know what's the reason.
”Aside from that, your best friend Storm was rushed to the hospital the last two months. Did you even know about it?” Brea asked. She pursed her lips when she saw how confused Blossom was. Of course, she didn't even know about it because Blossom was too busy doing something nasty with her husband.
Seeing how Blossom's face turned rosy pink, she was glowing as if she was too delighted in her life. She was satisfied that Blossom finally had Leo, but sometimes she was worried.
Brea wasn't too comfortable that Erin was too silent. It was unusual, and she didn't know what to do in her next step.
Brea felt Erin would do something more surprising, and she felt scared that Blossom didn't even notice it.
“Blossom, did you think that Erin wiwouldtop? It's too strange that she's too silent on social media.” Brea couldn't stop herself from asking. She wanted Blossom to see that Erin was still with them, and she didn't need to take down her guard.
Blossom sighed. “We are thinking the same thing. Leo didn't even tell me about the party, so it means there is a big chance that he won't let me go there. Aside from that, it looked like Erin knew Leo better than me.”
Brea frowns. She didn't even know what Blossom was talking about. Why did Blossom not even inform her? What would happen if something terrible might happen to her?
“Okay, do you still remember when I went here because I'm acting that—”
Blossom didn't finish her words because Brea butt in, ”What about it? I don't understand what's the connection?”
“It looked like Erin knew Leo's past. And she was using it for her gain. I'm sure of that, and Leo even told me he befriended Erin because of me. So it means she didn't even tell me about it? Leo and Erin were friends before I got married to Leo.” Blossom informed Brea, which made Brea scowl.
Brea was Erin's best friend. She was closer to her than Blossom. But everything changed when Erin decided to sleep with her husband.
“Okay, it means Erin made me see that she had a relationship with Leo even though it's not. She's too obsessed with my husband, and I know she won't stop doing what she was doing to snatch Leo away from me.”
“Blossom, you didn't even tell me about this. So, there is a big chance that Erin will harm you, maybe, at the party. Leo didn't even tell you about the party, right? What do you think?” Brea was trying to puzzle everything out. She sighed while the pen in her hands created a sound whenever it landed on the table.
“Do you mean that she wanted to kill me?” Blossom swallowed.
“Yes, did you know that Erin had the same motto as a mother? Whenever she wanted someone, she would do everything to get it. Blossom and she wanted Leo so badly, and I do think that to be freed from the gossip as Leo's mistress, she would kill you to make them see that she and Leo were in love with each other.” Brea uttered. She didn't even blink her eyes when she spits those words. She glanced at Blossom, who widened her eyes.
“You should know how to protect yourself. Erin will try to kill you, especially your baby.” Even though Brea didn't like to say that to Blossom, she had no choice but to inform her about what she was thinking. She wanted Blossom to know that Erin still had plans for her.

Blossom was staring at the dow, and she didn't even notice that she was taking a deep sigh multiple times. She massaged her nape, and she shrieked when someone held her hand.
It was Leo.
Leo was looking at her with worry in his eyes. “What are you thinking? It looks like you are overthinking, my wife. Did you ever receive a death threat or something?”
Death threat? Blossom's mouth hangs open. She felt scared, but she tried to maintain her composure. She didn't want Leo to notice that she was thinking of something.
“No one sends me a death threat. Wait, what about you?” Blossom tried to act like she couldn't understand what Leo meant. She was lost, so someone was trying to send a death threat for her because someone wanted her to die.
“No one, too. I thought someone was trying to scare you because your expression seemed afraid. What were you afraid of? I'm always here with you, and I will ensure you are safe with me.” Leo mumbled.
“Baby, I'm always safe. I know if someone was trying to hurt me. Aside from that, I know you will always be there for our baby and me.” Blossom response. She closed her eyes before she moved closer to Leo. She claimed his lips.
Leo took a deep breath. He felt relieved that Blossom didn't even have a death note. He was trying to track whoever wanted to kill his wife, but it looked like the mastermind was too good in their game.
“Leo, if someone sent me a death threat. You will tell me about it, right?” Blossom inquired, which surprised Leo, but still, he maintained his composure so that Blossom would overlook the truth.
“I heard Erin's family invited you to a party. I want to go there too.” Blossom added. Leo shook his head in disbelief, so he didn't want Blossom to go with him to the party.
“I don't want to go there because I have some errands I need to do that day.” Leo reasoned, so Blossom nodded as if she genuinely believed in him.
“You are close with Erin's father. Let's go there. I want them to see that I'm your legal wife.” Blossom wasn't asking; she ordered Leo to be with her at the party.
“Blossom, we didn't even need to do this. I told you I didn't want to go there because my schedule was too full.”
Blossom clenched her jaw. She gave Leo a murderous gaze, “Mr. Leopold Fontaine, I'm not asking you to come with me. I'm ordering you to be with me at that fucking party. Did you understand me?”
“I want to go to that damn party, and if you don't come with me. I will go there alone. Is that what you want? Choose.” Blossom's hands turned into a fist when she muttered those words which made Leo stunned.
