"WHAT HAPPENED HERE?!" Cross' face wrenched ugly as he inspected the dungeon. Then, his eyes turned to Parviz, who was naked and being helped out by one of their warriors. "Explain yourself. What the hell are you doing here?"
Parviz took his arms from the warrior and spat out the blood from his mouth. "Why should I explain myself to someone below me?" he sneered. "Rather than question me, you should start following the woman who has just escaped with a rogue!"
"A rogue?" mused Cross. His gaze shifted away from Parviz and towards a tunnel. He frowned. He had no idea such a thing existed in their dungeon. "Come with me," he ordered to the five warriors he had with him. He then returned his gaze to Parviz. "You might not need to explain to me, but I doubt you won't have to when brother interrogates you later," he scoffed as he entered the tunnel, the five warriors following close behind.
"Damn it!" cursed Parviz, slamming the wall behind him. If he could only mate that woman, he wouldn't have to worry about Severino's wrath. Severino could punish and torture him, but he would never kill him. Since Parviz was already Alinta's mate, Severino would never kill him. But now...
His eyes darkened. He had to find the woman first and kill her!
Parviz immediately wore his clothes and went to his sister's room. After knocking, Parva opened the door looking dishevelled. She trembled as she walk into his brother's arms. "Brother! Brother Sev is inhumane! He forced me! He forced me to mate with the pack warriors! I hate him! I hate him!" she cried out.
For the past centuries, even though Severino wanted her to bear a strong pup for the pack, he would never force anyone on her. Parva would always have the privilege to pick someone she wanted. But now--- she shivered upon remembering her experience for the past three days.
How could her brother Sev treat her like a breeding cow? How could he?!
Parviz embraced her tightly. "Don't worry," he said angrily, "you'll get your revenge later."
Parva raised her head. "What exactly do you mean?"
"That woman ran away from the pack with a rogue," Parviz explained, wickedly smiling, "so the two of us will go after them now, and by then, I will have you kill that woman as retaliation."
"No!" exclaimed Parva. "I want to play with her; I want her death to be agonising and dreadful!"
Parviz stroked her hair and nodded. "Whatever you wanted," he said solemnly, "let's go. We have to reach her before Cross."

Alinta Devereaux
"What exactly are you doing here?" I asked of my companion. It would be absurd to say I was not surprised to see her here. I was completely taken aback!
"Of course, to save you," Kara said, gently smiling. She then returned her attention to the front. She was carrying a torch to illuminate the path.
If you forgot who this lovely lady was, I'd be happy to remind you. Kara was the mate of the rogue's leader, Jug.
"How did you know I was here?" I inquired again. I was also curious as to when this tunnel would come to an end. It was quite long.
"I followed your scent," she replied.
I nodded. "I see."
The surrounding area fell silent. I had a question I really wanted to ask, but my neck was throbbing in pain. It made me forget what was I about to ask. I couldn't help but wince now and then.
Argh!
That abominable mutt!
I reached out and gently caressed the area of my neck where Parviz had bitten me. It had not yet healed. But it would, eventually. I just need to get out of here and enter the forest to draw some energy in order to restore my magic. It would then heal.
Kara abruptly came to a halt. She returned her gaze in the direction we had come from. "We need to get out of here faster," she grumbled, "someone is tailing us," before looking at me with concern, "Can you keep up with my speed? Will you be okay?"
I grinned. "You're belittling me too much; speed is just a simple spell that has no effect on me."
Kara gave a nod. "All right, then, let's go."
She vanished from sight after saying those words.
Fascinating! That's a lot of speed! It would be unfortunate if I couldn't keep up with her. I can't possibly embarrass myself right now, can I?
It didn't take long for me to see the light at the end of the tunnel. But as soon as I stepped outside, I was met by a flying ball of fire. I took a step back and looked for the source of that not-so-good magic. My brow raised unconsciously, and a grin formed on my lips.
"Oh, it's you."
"Yes, it's me," sneered Parza, "your death."
I burst out laughing. What a clever phrase. Couldn't she come up with something cooler and better?
I looked around for Kara, only to find her engaged in a serious fight with Parviz. I don't believe she'd lose to someone like him. But I need him to be alive for a spectacular event later on.
"Bitch! I'll show you the true meaning of pain!" exclaimed Parza. She started throwing flames at me like a lunatic loose from an asylum, with her staff.
"Fool," I said, raising my hands and drawing energy from nature, "you're in the wrong territory."
The ground trembled and the winds howled. As the trees moved, an eerie and dark growl echoed throughout the area. As she watched the trees, bushes, and mud contain lives, Parza's face turned horrified. Even Parviz and Kara paused their fights to take in the spectacle unfolding in front of them.
"Aren't they magnificent?" I inquired. The clouds parted, allowing the moon's light to shine down on my lovely face. Behind me stood the creatures I created.
"Attack her!" Parviz exclaimed as he awoke from his trance. Several werewolves immediately joined the fight.
I gave a quick blink. I'm curious how these werewolves would fare against my knights.
Hmmm...
Through biting?
By scratching?
By howling and growling?
I couldn't help giggling at those thoughts.
"Go," I ordered. The trees screamed before sprinting away and slapping the werewolves. As I presumed, the werewolves retaliated by biting and scratching. But not in the way I imagined. Their bite was powerful, and their claws could sever my trees in half.
Oh! They were excellent.
However, they had the misfortune of meeting me. I made a motion with my hands, and the trees that had been cut in half returned to their original shape.
"The energy here is abundant," I explained, "and I could play this game for the rest of my life if I wanted."
And my knights were back in action.
Parza was hurling flames at the same time, but nothing happened. I am the fire itself. So, how could she possibly destroy something I created with fire? Of course, my knights were fireproof.
Parviz, on the other hand, had already transformed into a wolf.
I sniggered.
Maybe ten minutes more?
Hmmm...
Maybe. I would play for ten minutes. After that, I'll let Parviz know what it's like to make an enemy out of me.
As I previously stated, I waited and watched them make a fool of themselves before slapping the entire army Parviz brought with him to sleep. Only he and Parza, who was panting heavily, remained.
"Ah!" Parza exclaimed as I lifted her with my magic and lifted her above me.
Severino, Cross, and the others arrived at the same time. Why do these people always appear at the right time? I couldn't help but think they wanted to torture these siblings before acting to save them.
They do, don't they?
