CHAPTER 47
MONTANA'S POV
Alpha stopped, turned, and looked at me. I searched his face, I don't know, but I suddenly felt like I should stop, and I would rather not look desperate, he did not even compliment me on how I looked.
"It's nothing", I smiled, and we kept working, "it's nothing," I said again in my mind.
I started convincing myself, maybe he does not want to talk about it and this is just not the place to do that.
My eyes quickly widened, and I stood in front of him, "After this, how about we go out."
"We are already out, Montana."
"I mean go out, like out to places, have fun," I explained to him, hoping he would accept.
"I still have work to do in the pack," he said, giving excuses.
"Please Alpha, plus I have not been anywhere, and it would be nice to get around," I said sweetly, praying and hoping he agreed.
"Fine, I just need to round up with my walk around the pack, then we can go."
"Yes, of course, that is fine, thank you so much," I exclaimed excitedly.
After everything was done, we headed back to our room to change. I asked him to dress in sneakers and I only put on my sneakers, and we met downstairs, "And where are you two lovebirds going?", Victoria came out and teased us.
"None of your business", Alpha Lincoln said to her and then turned to me, "Let's go, Montana."
I smiled and winked and Victoria.
"Anyways you guys have fun!!", Victoria screamed behind us.
Alpha Lincoln got the car door for me, I thanked him, and he went over to the driver's side, "So I have our day all planned out, first we are going to the amusement pack."
He turned and looked at me, "To do what exactly?"
"Have fun please please please, I have always wanted to ride in those, see how it feels, I always heard kids and people talking about it, but I never got to go, please Alpha", I begged him, using a bit of emotional blackmail to stop him from saying no.
"Fine, but I am not getting on that thing," he said.
"Oh yes, you are," I whispered, while holding in a giggle.
"What did you say?", he seemed to have heard me say something.
"Oh nothing, of course nothing", I pretended and he hummed.
We got there just in time and got our tickets. I could hear the distant screams of joy, and I was already getting excited.
"Come, we will go on the Roller Coaster first", I pulled him and gave him no room for him to decline unless I would definitely through a fit like a child. Imagine how embarrassing it would be if I did that, I said to him.
He was trying to hold in a laugh, "Let's just have fun, okay? I see you work all the time, so just let go a little bit, have some fun, and then you can go back to your normal working self."
"Alright fine, you sure have a good way of changing someone's mind", Yay, I said excitedly as he finally agreed.
We got in, seatbelts checked. Everything check. My heart was already pounding, "Relax", Alpha Lincoln chuckled, "Here, give me your hand."
"This is my first time, don't tell me to relax, I do not think I want to continue," I said a bit scared.
Alpha Lincoln could not help but laugh out.
"Why are you laughing, this is a serious situation", I shot him glares.
"Sorry sorry, just we are not going anywhere, so give me your hand", He laughed a little and I snarled then gave him my hand, so now I held his hand tightly.
"Embrace yourself," he told me, and suddenly, it moved.
I screamed my lungs out, while Alpha Lincoln just enjoyed my misery. It was like this is your punishment for dragging me here, and I was having fun but was very much scared.
When it finally ended, and we came down, I was seeing double while Alpha Lincoln kept laughing, "You should have seen your face, Montana, I have no idea why I forgot to make a video."
I punched his arm playfully, "That is not fair."
He got me some water and I gulped the whole bottle, "Come, let's play something else."
"I do not think my stomach is ready for another ride", I gulped
Alpha Lincoln chuckled, "It is not a ride but a ring toss game."
Well, that sounded fun, "Alright let's go."
I approached armed with sets of colorful rings, I was the one playing and Alpha Lincoln was going to be my supporter, giving me morals.
People were around, also watching. I eye the rows of arranged bottlenecks.
I was so focused, I wanted to win. And so I aimed my first one but lost.
"Don't worry, you got this!", Alpha Lincoln cheered me.
"I got this", I cracked my neck and said to myself, "You got this, Montana!"
My next throw resonated through the air as my ring made contact with one of the bottlenecks, "YESSSSSS THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT", I screamed out happily even though it was just one bottle, it was something. I turned to see Alpha Lincoln smiling and clapping, he seemed proud, and I was so happy.
Some people there also cheered for me. I had three more rings to go, and I won all, it was mind-blowing for me.
In the end, we left there with the four bottles I won, and guess what? Amazing wine!
And I was also given a stuff cute animal, a wolf, white for that matter.
When I looked at Alpha Lincoln as the gift was handed to me, checking if he was thinking what I was thinking, he chuckled and shook his head.
"Here, this is my gift to you", I smiled happily as I met him and gave him the stuffed wolf.
I thought he would say no, but he took it, "Thank you, I will do well to take care of it."
"Let's get cotton candies," I offered, and that was what we did. Mm…the candies were so sweet and melted in my mouth, mind you, as he got a different flavor from mine, I tasted his too.
But I have no idea why he tasted mine, pout.
We had finished everything at the amusement park and now heading to the car.
We finally left the place, but I noticed that we were not going back the same way we came.
I asked Alpha Lincoln, "Where are we going?"
He smirked, "You'll see."
