Falling for two alphas Chapter 19

I cried and cried because I couldn't do anything besides cry. Oh God just looks at me now... one night opens words and utters pain... I cannot begin to explain to you... this... I am not here. This is not happening. Oh wait, it is, isn't it?

I am a ghost. I am not here, not really. You see skin and cuts and frailty...these are symptoms, you know, of a ghost. An unclear image with unclear thoughts whispering vague things...

If I told you what was really in my head, you'd never let me leave this place. And I have no desire to spend time in hell while I'm still, in theory, alive.

I just wanted to go home to azelaic. He will never leave me and protect me from everything, every danger of this distraught place. Where are you azelaic? please, come back to me and I will never let you go away from me.

Tears began streaming down from my eyes and there was immense pain in my chest I don't know how I gonna go back home. The Tears brought me no relief.

I looked up at the sky. The sky was tar-black and the large clouds were moving towards me. I heard a tapping on the window and then it became a pitter-patter. People ran for cover outside and umbrellas were opened as the clouds spat out their beads of water. Puddles began plinking as the rainfall became heavier. The roofs of the cars danced with spray and I could hear the murmuring of the rain. It sounded like the buzzing of angry bees. The wind blows violently from all directions. The dusky is forecast with dark clouds and nothing can be seen except thunders and frightening at times. Sometimes there is lightning occasionally thunders roar. Usually, the electric connection is blown off by the wind. People shudder in fear. Such a stormy night is deadly dark. Thunderbolts and flashes of lighting frighten the people. just like my life was dark, gloomy, and frightening.

Suddenly, in the middle of the thunder, I heard footsteps approaching from the alley and I alert myself and saw a dark silhouette approaching me.

As it got nearer I found aunty, holding her umbrella and coming towards me.

" Aisling, what are you doing here alone?"

I couldn't say anything to her because I don't want anyone to get in trouble.

" Um, aunt I was lost and didn't know where to go?"

" Come on, Aisling let's go home. The storm is getting extreme."

I quietly nodded my head and my aunt brought her arm around my shoulder and nudge me. I don't want to go with her I just want to go home.

The Next thing I know, everyone sitting at the dining table except Jasper. I don't know where he was.

When I returned I haven't seen anyone in the house. I guess, they've come after me. I didn't talk about it.

Emily, ray, and Benny sitting on the opposite side of the table, and jagger sitting next to me and I feel the tension in the air.

Aunty's gaze leaped to the empty chair and she asked Emily, " Where is Jasper? Why didn't he join us for dinner?

Emily cleared her throat to speak, " Ma'am, he wasn't feeling well. I gave him the meal in his room."

" He didn't inform me about it. " she raised from her seat and said, " Enjoy your meal. I'll go check Jasper."

" But Ma'am, he told me to not disturb him. He is taking rest." Emily added and aunt shoot a glare at her which made her quiet.

" Emily, after finishing your dinner meet me in my office. You need to give me an explanation of what happened in my absence?"

Aunt looked in my direction with piercing eyes like she knew what we are hiding from her.

" of course, ma'am," Emily answered her and aunt threw her napkin on the table and she walked out of the dining room, leaving us alone. Emily took a breath of relief while Benny stare at me with hatred and I don't know why? I don't what happened to jasper that made him lose his control.
