I froze, unable to breathe the air caught in my throat.
He leaps towards me, any second he'd kill me and his claws will pass through me, The first time I see my death so close... Just a blink of an eye away and I will be in the dark abyss without any pain, any guilt, any memory, and any fear. I wasn't afraid of death. I find death more peaceful than living a life like mine, living in fear and shadow. I shut my eyes tightly. Anticipating death and there is no way I can dodge this.

My hair stood on end, a shiver went down my spine. Not because it was cold, but because it was the feeling I had. I felt frozen like I couldn’t move or breathe. It was here. The thing that I had been running from for years. I had tried hiding. I had tried running. None of it had worked. I was done running from my fears. I dashed and screamed as I tore down the dark passageway of Hell.
I run.. I run and after running what feels like forever I stopped in the middle of the road to catch my breath and the realization hits me like a bullet train when I thought about Emily and Jasper that might be in danger and I need to help them without thinking about myself. I redirect my feet and made a run back to the house. But a layer of fear comes over me which made me stop in front of the house.

But out of the blue, I heard a screeching sound of the car tire and I looked to my left side and saw a car was coming in my direction at full speed I raised my arms in the air to stop the car.
And the driver pulled the brakes just at the right time and the car stopped just a few inches before me.
" Hey! Please help me my friend is in danger!" I scream for help. And the car door opens and a man in a grey hoodie steps out of the car. I couldn't see his face because of his hood but he slowly make his way around the car toward me. A hooded figure appeared in the dark, alluring yet repelling all at once. He faced me. "You cannot escape me," the
figure said, his voice thick with blood lust, "You must pay your dues." His hood fell back, revealing the same exquisite golden eyes. It's him he found me. Shock rushes through my very bones
To rise and fall like waves of a restless sea Plunging my heart deep into the cavity of an abyss.
" You? How? How did you find me?"
" Wrong question! you must ask me what is going to happen to you?" a low grin appear on his face.
" Please have mercy on me! my friend's lives are in danger." My eyes
pleaded for forgiveness. To be let free. He roared in humor. "You want me to
let you go?" I nodded rapidly, relief
washing in my eyes. In a flash, he
grasped my throat, his mouth was parted in a wicked rictus. Anger environs his presence, emanating from his fingertips and through to my throat. "Never," he whispered. The light of
his words was washed away by the heaviness of the air.
I never noticed how bold the features on his face were. As I looked at him, It was as if certain parts pulled my entire attention and faded everything else. It completely captivated me. It gripped me so intensely, that my rate of breathing would get faster and faster as he stood closer and closer to me. I felt my hands get sweaty and my heart pound under my shirt.
Her eyes stood out the most. shimmery and bright. Suddenly, a loud growl can be heard inside the house which made him loosen up his grip, and in one blink of an eye, the floor scoop me.
