Mogana was examined by the physician, and her blood was collected. She kept smiling as to how Marinara was following her and looking at her. She knows exactly what to do to get her out of her way, but she didn't want to.
When she could not bear her standing on her way anymore, she spoke up.
"Are you always this insecure? Marinara didn't like that, she raised a brow, she opened her mouth, wanting to speak to her, but she decided against it. Talking with someone like her was pointless was the look she gave her.
Anyways, if you are always this insecure, then you really should not allow him come alone to my place because......". She was about to spill, when Jayden coughed, and she got up immediately to reach him.
Oh son, how are you feeling? Who are the people that attacked you? I hope they have been locked up, for if not, I will ask for permission, that they be given to me, so that I can personally deal with them in person". Jayden only opened his eyes, but was too weak to speak. His eye met with Marinara, and that was when he smiled.
"Please I will like to speak with my father". ". That was an indirect way of saying that they should all leave his sight.
Marinara quickly excused them. When Jayden saw that they were alone, he stared at his mother and smiles.
You got what you wanted, but did you have to risk my life? He asked her, and she opened her mouth in shock.
"What are you talking about? She asked.
"You know exactly what I am talking about.
You want to see father so much, you should have looked for another way to get here, coming here through this means, is totally unacceptable, if this sort of stunt happens again, I will personally, see to it that you don't get out of it squarely".
She didn't know how she was going to deny it anymore, at this time, Arthur had arrived, in company of Marinara.
"Oh! You are okay? He looked excited.
"Yes father. There is really nothing to be excited about, I was going to get better anyways, it might just take a while.
I want to know more about your twin brother Barthur". Arthur knew they would surely have that discussion. He had wanted them to have the discussion after the party, but then, the attack on him, changed the plan.
"We cannot have the talk here and now. You are just recovering, we have plenty of time so there is no need to rush". He tells him, as he kissed him and walked out, avoiding the eye Mogana was giving to him.
"Now that you are fine son, I think your mother should go back to her kingdom".
"Yes, she should". Jayden spoke without hesitation. Mogana was so embarrassed, he stared angrily at Marinara, who smiles sinisterly at her. That was a way of telling her that even her own son, doesn't want her there.
She would have just walked out, but if she doesn't get back at Marinara, she really wouldn't feel like she has achieved anything, so she walked out on them and went straight to Arthur.
"Are you leaving already? He asked her, but she nodded her head as to say no.
"I am not leaving yet, and I don't plan to leave now, but your son and wife wants me to leave, go in there, and tell them that I am going to stay in this kingdom for three good days, to watch my son fully recover". Arthur was shocked at her.
"But you know that is not possible? He argued, but she was prepared for him.
"It is possible, because you are the king, and if you want me to stay even for a month, no one can stop that, but all I am asking for is only three days".
"And what will you be doing here for three days? He asked, her, trying to make her see reasons, why she doesn't need to be there.
"Don't worry about why I need to stay, just do it, because I said so". she tells him, but he stamped his feet and yelled.
"I said no! Marinara doesn't like you. Just seeing you is enough for her to get angry with me. What do you think will happen if you stay a day, let alone three days".
"You can tell them that I damd to spend some time with my son before leaving, and if you cannot do this simple task, then, I think there is no point, keeping the truth from her".
That sounded very much like a threats, even though he was yet to understand what she was getting at.
"What truth are you talking about? He asked her, And she walked seductively towards him, touching his chest, she licked her lips.
"Don't tell me you have forgotten so soon, how you fucked me at my palace? He felt disgusted at her.
"I can't believe that you have the guts to bring up that topic, when you charmed me to get a pass at me".
"Is that what you are planning to tell Marinara, that I charmed you? Is that even post, to charm a strong Arthur like you? She was right, Marinara wouldn't believe her, and besides, all charms work only, when there have been a will.
Arthur had kissed Mogana back, which ibturn, made the charm work. If she had kissed him and he didn't respond and just push her away, he might have been free from her by now, but he had kissed her back, and now, she is threatening him with it.
"If you want to tell her, you can tell her, I was going to tell her anyways". Arthur says. Mogana knew he didn't want that, so she left, as if going back to the sick bay. Arthur races after her.
"Are you really going to go in there and embarrass yourself?
"Yes I will. And if you think it is embarrassing, then you are gravely mistaken. I want to be close to my son, even if it's for a while, and so shall it be". She walked on, while Arthur followed behind her, when the door opened, that was the first thing he said.
"Your mother have missed you, she wants to stay here for a few more days, allow her son. She is your mother after all". He could see that Marinara looked shocked, so he avoided looking at her, as soon as he was done, he walked away, but just as expected, she followed her him, while Mogana's face held a sinister smile.
