Even though his kingdom is just two villages from where he is, he needed to transport, walking through it, might take all day, and he doesn't seem to have all day to spare, he needed to see Blair, so that he could find his heart again, for as it is, it almost felt like he was walking with no heart.
He was scared, and at that time, very vulnerable.
He had only put up a brave front with Shadon, but he was really scared, that what he said, might actually be true.
He doesn't even want to think that it might be true, so he tried his transporting power again, to the river boundary, separating then from the other village.
All he needed to do was to cross the river and he will be in his kingdom.
His people used to go to the river most of the time, to get better drinking water.
Since his transporting power, was not working to get him at his kingdom directly, maybe it could work to be very close to the kingdom.

Jayden bent down to be on the same position with her, so she looked up fearfully at him.
"Is that really you alpha Jay? He likes the way he called him, she somehow reminded him of Blair, she calls him Jay sometimes.
"Yes it is me, why did they all run away, and your mother even left you?
She looked back, as if they were coming back, or she was expecting them to return.
"They don't know if it is you. A lot has happened since you left. Evil spirits, everywhere, we don't come out, and most times, they shape change into known faces, so as to deceive us, so they didn't run, they just hid somewhere, to be sure it is really you".
"But why didn't you run too? He asked her.
"Because I somehow know that it is you.
Jayden hugged the little girl, and said inti her ears.
"Yes it is me.
More haste they say, less speed.
He had been rushing all day to get home early, and now that he was just a stone throw from his home, he just couldn't rush anymore. He felt like doing something good for the little girl.
She would turn out to be a powerful wolf, when she will get all her powers back, she will be great.
For an instant, Blair's memory was about to fade away, but then he shook his head, more like bringing her memory back. Since the little girl, whom he hadn't asked her name seem very smart, then, she is likely, to know what is happening in the kingdom, so he asked her, trying not to sound like he is scared.

"My name is Lora, and a lot has been happening. The human that you came to the kingdom with, I am sorry, she died, right in this river". Jayden looked back at the river that he just crossed.
What will Blair be doing in this River. He didn't still want to believe it, until he started hearing voices around him.

Those that had ran away, started coming back. Jayden didn't want to show them that his heart was breaking, but if the little girl had said that Blair is dead, then maybe she really is dead, but how come the place is so calm? How could they all be calm, when his Queen is dead.

He looked back and saw the people that had ran away, then he saw the mother of Lora, wanting to get her from him, she didn't want to go to her, she held him close, even when he wanted to release her.
"I am sorry once again , but can I come with you to the kingdom to see her? I hear she is still as beautiful as always.
It's been a month since she died, but she still remained, she just looks like she is sleeping, she is placed in a glass tomb, and maybe just like the stories I have heard, the kiss of the prince, will bring her back to life".
This time around, walking to the palace, almost felt like walking from mountain cave to Demini. It was difficult for Jayden, but he still heard everything Lora said, so with a final thought of his room in the kingdome, with all the anger in him and want to see blair, he closed his eyes, holding Lora close to his side, he disappeared.
Lora was enjoying the ride, to her, it felt like she had flew to a new place, she had smiles on her face, but Jayden had somewhere else to be.
Those that had seen him at the river, had somehow, announced it, and everyone, even those at the palace, had left the palace to meet him half way, but he knows that the maidens, will be at their duty post, and he just needed to ring the bell for them to come out, but he isn't after them, he just wants to get to wherever they kept Blair. He opened his father's room, but no one was there, he checked his chamber, still no one, then he remembers that they have a place, a room that looks like a hall, where they bury royalties, he rushed there, and found her in a glass tomb, just like Lora had said, she was looking like she was sleeping, just like he had seen, but truely, she was dead, he fell to the ground, and broke down in tears.
