"I'm so sorry, sweetheart but I can't wait any longer. You can make it up to me, next time. But for now, I need you already," Erik was smiling at the same time as the emotion that proved the words he said was there.
Mia didn't complain about that anymore and instead smiled and nodded. As the young man began to move on top of her, she closed her eyes to savor the wonderful feeling that her partner was doing now.
A few moments later the young lady could feel her slowly approaching the other side. Then she glanced at him and then met Erik's dark eyes.
"I'm close," she said informing the young man.
Erik nodded and then gave her a kiss. She thought the young man would let go of her mouth, but she was wrong. Because of that, all the noise that she let go was trapped on their lips until she finally felt the hot and delicious feeling that exploded inside her.

"I can sleep here, yes?"
It was Erik after reaching for a blanket to cover their naked bodies.
Mia laughed softly and hugged the young man. After that, without having any second thoughts she pressed herself to his side.
"Good night," she said.
Mia heard Erik laugh softly as he touched her forehead with a simple kiss. She did not open her eyes, but she felt the young man staring at her face.
"Please say yes already, let's get married.”
When the young man spoke again that was what she heard him say.
At that moment Mia glared at him. She stared at the face of the most handsome man she ever met.
"It’s not that I don’t want to but it will be unfair for your side," she explained.
Erik shook his head. "Believe me, Mia, I know I have nothing to regret just in case," in the tone of his speech it was as if he was so sure about what he said.
Mia just sighed when she heard the determination in Erik's tone. "I'll think about it," that's what she replied to the young man again.
Perhaps the young man felt that the finality in her tone of voice so he didn't insist anymore. He just smiled then bent down and planted a simple kiss on the lips.
"If only you knew how much I want to protect you, Mia. And I believe that I can only do that fully if I marry you, that is if you agree," he further explained to her.
Mia smiled at what Erik said but she decided not to speak. Instead, she hugged him even tighter and allow herself to indulge in a vast sleep.

Mia has been asleep for a long time, but Erik still finds it hard to do so.
He had been staring at the beautiful and angelic face of the woman sleeping soundly next to him and he was very content with that. Maybe that's the reason why he can't sleep. Because he was so pleased with the beautiful sight in his arms.
His offer to marry Mia was true inside him. And he is also sure that he will not regret it even after a long time has passed.
Maybe Mia is the reason why he and Nadine did not end up together. And now that he knows that his ex-girlfriend is happy with the man she married, Erik knows that he should be like that and it's funny to think that he feels that way now.
He bowed to Mia again and smelled her fragrant hair. He couldn't remember how many times he had done that as he watched her sleep soundly. And he doesn't remember any event in his life that made him so content and happy despite the simplicity of what he was doing.

The next day, Mia woke up still locked in Erik's big arms. She smiled and then freely observed the still-sleeping young man.
She couldn't believe that this was happening to her now while before she could only look at Erik from afar. She was in that state when she didn't realize that the man she was watching had woken up. She only realized that when he spoke.
"Planning to give me a heart attack?" she said as she released herself from Erik's tight embrace. But she failed because he pulled her again only to hug her tighter.
"Good morning," the young man quickly pressed a kiss on her lips afterward.
Mia didn't know if it was because she was surprised by what Erik did because she quickly closed her eyes with what he did.
"G-Good morning," she answered slightly catching her breath after Erik released her lips.
Erik's eyes were gleaming as he surveyed her face with an admiring look before he opened his mouth to speak. "What do you want to eat for breakfast?" he asked her in his usual soft tone.
Mia's mind immediately worked on that question, and it only took a few moments for her to shake her head one after another. "Coffee," she answered.
Erik's eyebrows met when she said that. "What? Why?" was his strange question.
Mia shook her head again as she thought that Erik would not insist after saying that, but she was wrong. The young man just stared at her and in the end, she found herself speaking and explaining her side to him.
"Because the neighbors will see you, they might think that---,"
"Isn't something really happening to us? It happened twice, hasn't it?" Erik reminded her.
She nodded. "Yes, but because---,"
"I’ll say that I am your boyfriend, and I will marry you," Erik's tone was serious in what he said.
"Oh no! Doing that will only make Bernie angrier at me," she said.
"What? With the amount of oppression that he did to you, do you still think about him? After all, what am I to you?" at this point, Mia took a hint of resentment in the tone of Erik's speech, and it intensified when he suddenly got up to get dressed.
Mia thought about explaining but in the end, she thought it was better for her to keep quiet. That's why when Erik left the room she didn't chase after him. She has no right to do that. Yes, something happened between them, and it was like what Erik said, twice. But she also wanted that and the young man did not harass her.
Mia sighed when she heard the opening and closing of the big door in the house. Then sadly she threw herself back on the bed.
