Few minutes later,Melissa and the principal got to the Ice cream shop and they got their favorite flavor.Melissa bought a strawberry flavor while Mr hart,the principal bought a vanilla flavored ice cream.
"This shop is my best ice cream store,the man who runs the business is a best friend of man, and I'm his everyday customer"Mr Hart said.
"Oh,so you love ice cream this much?"Melissa asked.
"Yeah,I love it so much..and I have a lot of reasons why I do take it,I don't take Ice cream just because I want to take it"He replied.
"Oh.. thanks so much Mr Hart for the ice cream"Melissa said.
"It's a pleasure"He replied and they both say down on a chair in the ice cream shop.
"Do you wish to go home after taking this ice cream or do you still feel like going back to school?"Mr Hart asked.
Melissa wondered why he would ask her such a question,she was nervous to answer his question.
Because she doesn't know what would be his expression if she days she was going home.
"So what's your reply?,if you wanna go home I would allow you, because seeing you like this I know you have so many things in mind,so you should go home and take a rest and don't worry about your books,they are save with me"Mr Hart said.
"Thank you so much sir"Melissa manged to say.
"You are highly welcome"He said and they bother continued to take their ice cream.
There was Silence between the both of them,no one was willing to start a conservation.
"The last time I ever saw my children was during an election,they were all happy to see me but none of them ran to meet me because they were told by my wife which their mom not to do so,i wondered why she told them that but I knew she was still annoyed at me.She calls me a loser,a man who can't provide for his family,a man who is incapable of bringing up his children,a poor man and many other insult.."Mr Hart said and Melissa concentrated more on what he was saying.
He continued"This insult got me annoyed but I still kept calm because I know the reason why I'm like this.So after thousands of insult she left with my kids and till now i don't talk to them neither do they call me"
"So you are saying you aren't with your kids?"Melissa asked.
"Yeah, and that's the reason why I do take Ice cream because it's their favorite,they would always tell me to get it for them anytime I'm coming from work"He replied.
"Oh, really sorry for that"Melissa said.
"Nah,no need for that, I'm fine without her thought"He replied.
Melissa didn't say anything, instead she just kept thinking about Mr Hart's story.
"She shouldn't have done that"Melissa said.
"Can we just forget the topic and anyway,I need to go back to school while you go home"Mr Hart replied.
"Okay,I would see you tomorrow then"Melissa said and left the shop same as Mr Hart
"But wait,I thought you came with a car?"Mr Hart and Melissa turned back.
"Ohh, I've totally forgotten that I came with a car,I guess I would still have to follow you back to school"Melissa replied.
"Don't worry about it, here's Two hundred dollars,use it to board a cab now and tomorrow morning.. your car would be safe with me"He said.
"You don't need to worry about that Mr Hart,I would just get into your car and you should also enter and drive to the school", Melissa insisted and entered his car.
"Why are you insisting?"Mr Hart asked.
"Nothing,I don't just want disturb your finance"She replied.
Mr Hart smiled and went to the driver's seat, then he drove off.
