Iris's POV.
I matched furiously towards him, and he tried to run off from me, going behind trees but my paws matched them and they fell off, I hadn't transformed completely but I wasn't something that could be controlled, I was destroying everything that came my way. And all of sudden, I pierce stopped on my skin.
"Iris stop!!!" I heard someone scream, and footsteps ran towards me but I did not stop, I dragged my claws on my skin leaving a big tear on my neck. "Stop!!!" A voice came closer, and the next thing, I could feel, was soft lips smashed against mine, and that was all I could remember, I blank out.
After a few hours, my eyes opened slowly, fire was burning inside the cave while I was lying on the bed.
"You are finally up." He moves closer and stretches a bottle of water for me. "Why you were asleep, I decided to go back to the castle to get you clean water and healthy food."
"Thanks!" I sat to eat, then I remembered what happened the last few hours before I passed out, I glared at him, remembering he call me a whore.
"You should stop, calm down don't freak out, you can't possibly go on that right now because you might not get out of a coma for the next two days, and I can't afford that." I turned my gaze but it was not working, I noticed that my hands were trembling and the pain was coming back.
"Rupert, it's coming, I can't..." My hand trembled badly and could feel that my gums were aching. ''Rupert, it's..." He smashed his lips on me, and he kissed me slowly, I found myself calming down and my body became relaxed, the very minute he noticed that my body had calmed down, he pulled from the kiss. "Why did you stop?"
"It's because you no longer need me."
"Are you going to always kiss me when my anger shoots up and I am unable to bear it?"
"Nope!!!" I stared at him.
"It's simple, I am going to help you to control it because I wouldn't always be here or you want me to capture your pack and be their alpha that way I could kiss you and be your alpha as well."
I glared at him.
"I am not giving up my pack for anyone."
"Not even for your Future alpha?"
"I am not going to have an alpha, I am only going to have pleasure mate."
"What is pleasure mate?" I stand from the bed smirking, Rupert stares at me confused. He had no idea of what I meant by pleasure mate, I meant someone who would help me calm my arousal and satisfy me when I had the urge but alpha no unless he decided to forsake Celina for me. Rejecting his fated mate might be difficult, so no need.
"Don't worry, you find out soon."
"You are something else."
"Come on; let's try it again."
"Try what?" He asked
"My energy."
"No! It's too dangerous for now, I don't want to get killed.''
"So what should we do, we have just two days, and maybe, you shouldn't call me a whore again, I don't like that." He tittered, then moved closer to me.
"You were getting too playful, I didn't know the right words to use to provoke you, that was the only word that came to mind. I am sorry." My eyes didn't leave him when he was speaking and the sweetest thing is that he ended it with I am sorry. "I said sorry, stop glaring at me."
I didn't know that he was this nice, he was caring and lovable, too bad in the next two days, I couldn't be close to him, I would not be able to kiss him, hug him, or even tease him.
"Stop dwelling on that, enjoy it while it lasts." Sally's advice, is right, I could be happy for these two days that I have him all to myself.
"What now?" I wondered how you change the mood so fast, one minute you are glaring at me and the next minute you are giving that sweet smile of yours.
"Sweet smile? Do you like my sweet?" I rushed to him before I could get to him, he moved from where he sat, I tittered in my head. Where are you going?
"To get your stuff, so we could start your training."
"I thought I was not supposed..."
He interrupted me. "You should train, we don't have time, and you have rested enough."
"Fine!!!" I stand from the floor. "Such a grumpy old man."
"How many times, did I tell you that I am not an old man?" I know he hated that I referred to him as an old man, but still, I like to call him that, I rolled my eyes at him, and as he threw the sword at me, I caught it, and he smiled. "What is that smile?"
"You are getting better with time."
"Is that a compliment?" He didn't reply, he just threw a fruit at me, it hit me, and I fell to the floor.
"Come on, you should cut them if you can't get it, I don't think you can fight with Damien, I have studied his army strength and speed, they have high speed like a race car."
"How is that possible? During the father's era, the warriors were not like that."
"Damien had acquired so many enemies, so he needed a strong army to defend the pack, I heard that his Luna is the devil herself."
"Hilary?"
"Did you know her?"
"Yes!"
"So who is she?"
"I don't want to talk about her."
"Is she your friend?"
"Rupert!"
"Fine, I am not going to bring her up, but the truth is, you need to catch up with your speed. If you could do that, I will reward you."
"Reward!"
"Yes, name your reward, I will lean you the pack armies..."
"I don't want that as a reward."
"So what do you want, name it and it's yours."
"Really?"
"Yes, the words of the alpha are his bond."
"I will get a kiss, whenever I get it right."
"Iris, that is..."
"The words alpha are his bond."
"Fine!" He accepted in frustration, I smiled, and I could feel Sally jumping in my head, we were getting a kiss, if not numerous from him. He grabbed the fruit without warning and threw the fruit at me, I knew that was what he wanted to do, so I moved my sword and split it in two, he didn't expect it.
"Wow!!!" He cheered at me, I smiled, it wasn't something that I thought I could do. I raced to him and kissed him.
"Iris!!!"
"Stop calling me, remember, the words of the alpha are his power." He rolled his eyes.
"Now, let's see your speed since you can get the target." He threw more fruits at me and I split all of them into two, it was amazing. I didn't even blink.
"You did amazing." I run towards him and kiss him, his eyes bulging. No matter how many times, I kissed him, he still got off guard when my lips clashed against his.
We fought with the spear, I could see Rupert smiling with my every action.
"You are good, I eat my words, you are not just good for a man's bed, you are fit to be an Alpha not even a Luna."
I smiled but that smiled faded away, he stared at me.
"Did I say anything wrong?' He moved closer and pulled my face for my eyes to meet his.
"What If I want to be your Luna?"
