Iris's POV.
That voice it's Rupert, he came from me. I smiled, as he dart towards us, his feet stomping on the floor with every step he takes it was like he was going to cause an earthquake.
"Are you happy that he came for us?" Sally speaks
"I am still very much mad at him," I growled but that wasn't a growl of irritation.
"Who the heck is he?" Damien yelled.
"Your worse nightmare." Rupert Snarled and the next thing darkness engraved the place and the sound of my shackles falling to the floor. He throws me off his shoulder, as he races through the rooftop jumping from one of the buildings to the other. It did at ease, after all, he is a vampire.
"Get them, now, don't let them escape." Hilary snarled, I know I am her worse enemy and she wants to see me bow before her.
He throws me into his chariot, the moment we get to the floor.
"Where are you taking me?"
"Wildfang shadow pack."
"Are you kidding me? I have gone too far to want to back out, I am here and there is no going back."
"Iris, you are been too stubborn, how could you appear before Damien without letting me know?”
“let you know? Have you forgotten you throw me out?” I growl, now this is for real.
“I didn't throw you out and I have been trying to mind link you, if I haven't come across that fellow at the passage, I would not have been able to look for you.”
“stop acting like you care.”
“fine, I don’t.” he snarled. “let’s leave, he who fights and runs away, lives to fight another day.”
“Well, that logic is not from me.” I jumped off the chariot, without warning.
“Iris.” He screamed.
“You can leave, thanks for freeing me,” I yelled as I run back.
“Shit.” He cursed, as his chariot didn’t stop. I close my eyes trying to stop the tears that were about to fall from my eyes, that he didn’t stop me for the second time nor come after me.
“This is your cross, so carry it.” I mouthed as I run towards the soldier that was coming after me. I swing on the floor turning 360 degrees which led to the fall of the first soldier that comes my way, I grabbed the spear of one of the soldiers, that are already on the floor and throw it at the one in front of me, I ball my fist throwing it left and right, make sure it hit their jawbone.
"There she goes, get her." Damien growl.
"Idiot, I am not backing down this time." I mouthed to my wolf as I fight mercilessly in my human form.
"Jack, get that traitor, caught off her legs and arms but I want her alive." Damien gives instructions to Jack.
"As you wish alpha Damien," Jack responded.
"Remember I said I want her alive." Damien turned from him.
"You and all of you come with me." Damien and his men were running towards me, I pick the sword of one of the soldiers, and I swing the sword in my hand, cutting the head, and hand of any soldier that comes my way, this will be tiring but I am determined to get what I want.
Jack blows the horn of alarm, telling everyone there is danger and I know, more people will join the fight.
"Sound of alarm." More soldiers shoot out, Damien is a demon, Campbell was right, they have made so many enemies, so they have built a strong warrior.
"Alpha Iris, I am with you." I turned and look at Drake. He grabbed the sword and fight side by side with me.
"I thought you betrayed me?"
"I will never do that, I only wanted to keep my sister save and look for alpha Rupert, the one the spy suggested."
"Thank you." We both move from each other, creating a space between us, as we cause those men coming towards us to fall to the floor, but something was different some of the soldiers are falling with arrows pierced into their hearts, I look up at the trees, I could see Campbell and Mason, I smiled now I got the strength to fight, there was also a strange face, I have no idea who that man was.
"It's a trap, kill them all." Jack growl and howls at the same time. I swing my sword left and right as I kill everyone supporting that monster of an alpha. I move my sword back killing a soldier that was about to attack me.
"Change into your wolf form." Jack gave another instruction, it was louder than the former, and they all growled and howled at the same time, as they shifted to their wolf form before I could shift into my wolf form, Damian hit my head, I knew it will come to this when wolf found out that they are not winning a battle in their human form, they ended up shifting.
But I was too slow and the demon of Damien take it as an opportunity to hit me, causing me to fall to the floor. And to think that on the other side of the pack, the celebration is going on while we are fighting to death.
Damien pressed his legs against my head to the ground. I struggle under his feet, I watch as Jack attacks the injured men of Drake, Mason, Campbell, and the strange man who were already shifted fighting alongside Drake.
One of the warriors grabbed the girl's neck, she is still in her human form, and she doesn't have her wolf yet.
"Come here, you think you could run away? Do you think your brother, could save you? You wolfless idiots." I could see her struggles under the warrior's grip, he is about to strangle her with the chain.
"Ah" I screamed pushing myself off the ground, and throwing Damien's legs off me, he raised his sword to cut me but his sword hit someone else, I turned and look at the person, he is Rupert.
He hit Damien's face, sending him to the ground. He stops the soldier's sword from meeting him, using his other fist to throw a punch across the soldier's face. Rupert throws more of the soldier to the others, causing more to fall. As I throw the other soldier and now I could see Jack approaching us.
Damien growl and howl at the same time, throwing his sword towards me, but Rupert's hand block him, the sword breaking in two. He grabbed Damien on the throat, piercing his claws into his throat as he hit him on the tree.
Sending a punch across Damien's face, he struggles to get off his grip, and attacks Rupert, he pushed him from himself, and now he launches towards me but I Dodge causing me to go behind him, I hit him and I could see more wolf shoot out circling Mason and the others, also more come to us, I look at Rupert.
"Don't shift." He said.
"Why should I listen to you?"
"It's because I don't want another man to see your nude." He speaks as we fight with our backs against each other.
"You don't owe me and I haven't forgiven you yet." I squat, and he too goes down, causing the two wolves launching towards us to hit themselves. "What did I do wrong?" He asked innocently.
"You did everything wrong when you send me out." I pushed my sword into the stomach of one of the wolves.
"But I am here now, will you forgive me." I turned and look at him, for a second I forget we are in the middle of a battle, we are here to take my pack, when my eyes meet him, Sally flashes his nude in my eyes. I turned my gaze fast before I could begin to think of all the things I and Rupert could do in bed.
"Ah!" Damien growl as he launches himself at me. I too growl and shifted into my wolf, our paws going to each other shoulders, and as we pulled off, I throw him off the ground, leaving a tear on his shoulder.
"This is for my mother." My claws went to his other shoulder. "This is for my dad." I could see my wolf eyes go darker and his strength was no March for me, as my claws buried in his tummy. "this is for misusing my love for you, and thank you for your Rejection."
I pull out his intestines, along my claws, he howls in pain but that wasn't the end. He try to stand from me, even though he is hurt, I throw him back to the ground, and my paws pinned him more to the ground, and my fangs elongated.
"Goddess." He screamed and my fangs went to his neck.
