My Rejected Mate And Our Secret Triplets Chapter 32

Chapter 32

***ALVINA***

I slowly opened my eyes as I heard the door of the dungeon open. I shook my head and looked around me. I was still in my cell. I sat up straight and quickly wiped my face as I saw guards heading toward my cell. I had fallen asleep while crying and it was night already.

The guards opened the door of my cell and one of them came to pull me up from the ground.

"Get up," he said, but I pushed his hand off me.

"Don't touch me!" I yelled at him, but he ignored me and pulled me up forcefully while another one tied my hands to my back with a silver chain.

They pulled me out of the dungeon and led me through the hallway of the pack mansion. I looked down as we passed by the maids and servants in the house.

"What are you looking at?!" I suddenly yelled at them, raising my head and they all moved aside quickly to let the guards bring me through. I looked up and saw my dad standing in front of the door and he gave me a reassuring nod.

I looked beside him at Derek who looked scared and thankful at the same time. The guess dragged me out of the door and I looked up to see members of the pack gathered around. They all moved aside to let us walk through. I couldn't see Logan anywhere in sight. As I looked around, trying to find me, I felt a stone hit me on the forehead, missing my eyes by an inch.

I cried in pain and fell back, causing the guards dragging me to fall too. They got back on their feet and pulled me up too.

"Traitor!" I heard someone shout in the crowd and a ball of mud came flying at me, splashing on my face. I closed my eyes and spat out all the mud that got into my mouth.

"Whore!"

"She's a slut!"

"She deserves to be killed!"

"Yes, she should be burned alive!"

Several more stones flew in my direction and I gritted my teeth as another one hit me in the face.

The guards quickly stood in front of me, turning their backs against the crowd so the stones didn't hit me while other guards pushed the crowd back and stopped them from throwing things. The guards moved me past the crowd quickly and I groaned as several stones hit me in the back while the crowd continued shouting angrily.

I knew my father's position was the only reason why my punishment wasn't death and it probably annoyed everyone in the pack.

We soon got to the border and the guards stopped. I looked up and finally saw Logan walk toward us with an angry look on his face. He stretched out his hand and a guard gave him a key as he walked closer to me.

He leaned in closer to me and whispered next to my ears, "I hope the Rogues eat you alive."

He used the key to unlock the chains used to bind my hands behind my back.

"Alvina Vasquez, you are hereby banished from this pack, never to return!"

PRESENTLY.

I grunted as a punch flew in my face and staggered backward.

"Niceee, you're getting better," I said, grinning at Peter, the boy I was in charge of training. Every member of this pack who turns 18 immediately starts getting trained by someone chosen to teach them for six months.

This was my third month with Peter.

"Your stance is still weak though, your enemy can easily throw you off your feet," I said and grabbed a water bottle, throwing it to Peter who caught it, and muttered, "Thanks."

I grabbed another one and opened it, gulping down the water.

"Don't let her intimidate you, she wasn't born with fighting skills." I looked up to see James approach. He was the son of the current Alpha of the pack and Peter was his younger brother.

"Were you?" He asked with a wide smile on his face and I rolled my eyes.

"That's all for today,"  I said to Peter and I chuckled as he immediately ran off.

"Has my brother worn you out already or are you interested in fighting someone your own size?" He asked with a teasing smile.

"Are you challenging me?" I asked with a smile and he shrugged.

"What do you think? Want to get your ass kicked?" He asked and I scoffed.

"Fine, bring it on," I said and dropped the water bottle I was holding.

James walked to the wall of the training room and grabbed two silver swords. He threw one at me and I caught it by the hilt.

I charged at James and he jumped into the air as I swung my sword at his feet. Still in the air, James threw double kicks at me, which I simultaneously blocked with my arms.

James landed with a loud thud on the floor and in the same second, he threw a punch, targeted at my side. Swiftly, I caught his arm and attempted to break it with his other arm, but James suddenly threw his knees up, jabbing my jaw.

I groaned in pain as I felt my jaw bone crack and stumbled backward, my sword falling to the floor. I didn't spare too much time for the pain and I stepped on the hilt of the sword on the floor. I watched the sword fly into the air and I caught it precisely by the hilt.

James didn't attack but continued avoiding my sword. He moved left, then right, then he bent over backward, my sword passing over his face by an inch. Taking advantage of the split second I lost my balance, I saw James move like the wind, and I found it hard to follow his movement even with my enhanced sight.

By the time I blinked once, James pinned me to the wall with his sword held to my throat.
